Has anyone managed to successfully claim the @postoffice 100% travel money buy back for cancelled trips? They only refund normal rate in store & you have to email customer care for the difference but no response to emails 😢

@PostOffice Kingswood, Chase Shopping Centre are not providing that service and I was told by the staff member that he knew only Keynsham and The Galleries, Central Bristol were providing this service.

@PostOffice Hi Wickford Willowdale Centre post office refuses to give me proof of postings unless I use a bulk form from website because I’m using up old stamps and not paying postage there. They say they don’t get paid to do it. I have eBay items to post and my printer is broken

On friday a former subpostmaster’s family met with me about how the Horizon computer system had ruined their Post Office; how they lost huge savings, suffered mental ill health. @PostOffice who shut them down are claiming wrongly my constits missed deadlines for compensation.
