@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

@PostOffice your service at Forest Hill @WHSmith is always appalling - only one window ever open and the queue always goes around the entire top floor of the shop…

@PostOffice I received an email saying I will be receiving a parcel today between 11:35am - 1:35pm today. I saw the post van arrive earlier & has left - but still no parcel. Why haven't I received this delivery? I checked your site & they say there's no problems in my area!

@RoyalMail @PostOffice is there anyway to show proof of postage from 15th Nov from #Littlehampton branch? After 12 days, someone has said their small parcel never arrived. I sent a large bunch of parcels that day, and I think they are pulling a fast one. My receipts gone AWOL :(

@PostOffice I’ve done that already, on numerous occasions which is exactly how we got to this stage in the first place! I’d just like others to know the kind of service to expect is all.

@PostOffice you need to sort international postage weights . I have just posted a few Xmas cards with letter on sheet of A4. Normal card, normal paper. Too heavy for a stamp. The poor woman at the PO had to put every address into the machine and print off postage - Not efficient

@PostOffice Why don't you just do something honourable for once and immediately start compensating your workers who you persecuted, humiliated and ruined? You are such a cruel & horrible company.
