    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    @LeslieT5t @mjoniya_j Is postoffice relevant in this day and age? Can u imagine if all SOE have this foresight to be innovative. If postnet can deliver such great service. If telkom was not privatized it would be on the line of receiving bail out. Even if it is expensive atleast it competative

    @siany_d @PostOffice Then maybe the post office should consider offering payment through a website they get commission from because I'm not taking up 25-30 mins of time in a small 1-2 person run branch dropping off large amounts of orders, it's not a me problem

    @tom1394941341 I understand. If we talk about some kind of delivery company, then first of all it is EMS? 🤔 In my country, international mail is processed at a regular postoffice, so I just can't understand what the problems are in other countries. U have a difficult post sistem, i guess? 😞

    @siany_d @PostOffice They can offer RM, Parcel Force or whatever else services in a post office run website where they get commission. If their problem is losing money through small businesses needing to use RM click and drop, they should just compete with it. Nobody wants to spend an hour in a queue
