@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

@PostOffice I think the staff in your Andover High St branch are extremely bad mannered and have a very unwelcoming and grumpy attitude towards customers. Just a smile and polite “Hello” wouldn’t go a miss, rather than snapping one word instructions at people

Customer's at the #postoffice are just not serious people. Sir, why YF do you need step by step instructions to fold a box ? I do not understand. "Oh and you need me to explain how to fill out from/ to labels which the rest of the lline waits "??? Sure sounds reasonable 🙄

@PostOffice @StevieMetal66 Maybe take it down as it does appear a bit fickle and glib at best, considering there are a growing many that want rid of the Royals completely

British G has changed my direct debit from £46.02 to £579.36 per month without notification - they do not have my gas meter barcode number so were investigating it. Can someone contact me - the helpline said they would call back within 2 hours yesterday,no-one did
