    @PostOffice … please help with my mission impossible. 1/2 Driving licence won’t renew online despite multiple attempts and checks 2 weeks calling and not once could I get through Email response after 3 days, you have to go to Post Office

    @PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

    So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

    @RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

    Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    My 92 yr old mom still drives. She has agreed not to drive outside of her small town though. She goes to the bank, church, grocer, postoffice, gets her own gas, local car dealership for infrequent maintenance [where they treat her like royalty btw] She takes food to funeral dinners and diapers to new moms. Makes cookies for local bake sales and youth events. I'm so grateful.

    @clpblue1 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp They just asked me to DM with details and last time o received letters before yesterday but it seems to be an issue in middleton all my street having having same issue. It ridiculous

    @PostOffice What should I do when I've paid cheques into a branch & they've never reached my bank? Have a @PostOffice receipt but branch manager says I should speak to my bank yet bank has received nothing & told me to contact @PostOffice. 😕

    @FizzyWizzy29 @PostOffice Its the norm unfortunately. Post Office actually have no say in this as most POs are franchises inside of shops now and its down to the shop to put on staff. They'll only provide the bare minimum.

    @HeatherJPreston @PostOffice It was delivered to Higher Buxton Post Office. The scan at 12:02 will say “Delivered to Your Customer Service Point by…”. That’s when RM delivered it. The scan at 12:07 “Available for collection” is when H.B. P.O. scanned it in to Horizon as Local Collect. Trust me, I run a PO.

    @RoyalMail I have been charged additional postage on an item weighed @PostOffice and told sufficient stamps had been put on by sender……then you sent them a day later than you specified…….poor service😟

    @mybroadband Perhaps in exchange for taking over postoffice functions and locations? ie provide a postal service.
