    So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    @PostOffice you are refusing me the right to speak to a Manager. Your service for life insurance is flawed and accusations to the policy holder are disgusting!!! I would suggest that a Manager comes forward and deals with this asap! Terrible service!!! 😡

    @PostOffice Your new post office at Dyce in Aberdeen is a disaster. Always have to wait ages, only ever one very slow untrained person on the till who can't speak English. Why did you move it to a new shop when the old one was far better?

    After 2 humiliating visits trying to collect 2 parcels it is clear that companies MUST poverty proof & discrimination proof their service processes! Financially challenged people without super smart phones shouldn’t be made to suffer negative impact @DPDgroup_news @PostOffice
