    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    @PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

    So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

    @PostOffice … please help with my mission impossible. 1/2 Driving licence won’t renew online despite multiple attempts and checks 2 weeks calling and not once could I get through Email response after 3 days, you have to go to Post Office

    @PostOffice I had to go through the queue twice because I had put string on my parcel and had to buy tape from the shop - the counter staff couldn’t help me with that. I know I was there for 40 minutes. Please answer my question.

    @PostOffice It is what it is. I was in the queue for about 1315 and eventually walked out at 1430. I appreciate you have targets for self service but surely if there are people who need a cashier it would make sense to see to them too?

    @PostOffice It would be nice to get cash from my post office, however. I live near KIrkby Stephen, what are you doing about no post office in this town? Why isn't there at least a parcel collection box there? The overall post office service in this area is appalling.

    Is #BRSK Broadband better than #Shell Broadband? Originally brought Unlimited Broadband from @PostOffice but they sold it to @ShellEnergyHome Since @bradfordmdc started digging holes all over the place for BRSK my Broadband has become annoyingly slow

    @lisajon60648359 @RoyalMail What service did you purchase Lisa? If it was Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 it can’t be taken to a @PostOffice, otherwise they should have accepted it whatever size the branch was.
