@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice keep getting txts saying a package wasn’t delivered to me and I need to pay a fee. As far as I know I only have packages coming via Amazon and Royal Mail. When I login to rearrange it logs me straight in but don’t recall setting an account

Incredible isn't it @PostOffice spent circa £92 million on legal costs fighting a problem they knew about & prosecuted people for. Vennels the CEO at the time walked away with £5 million And only now the people who brought the case "may" be compensated properly..

@HMRCcustomers hi, I’ve only ever been able to login gateway with gov verify thru post office as won’t let me change my phone number. From 1st can’t use post office to login , is it possible to update details while I can login with Postoffice before 1st April
