@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice absolutely disgusted with your customer service! You’ve lost my cheque and haven’t responded to my email, forms and no way of contacting you to speak to someone! And you say you provide banking services! What service? To lose your money??

The insurance I was sold by @PostOffice was bought quickly in an emergency and I wasn’t able to read the full terms and conditions. It was more worth using the policy certificate as a paper airplane. Please do your research when taking out insurance. 2/8

@PostOffice have still not activated our new upgraded broadband connection despite switching the old one off yesterday morning and promising us it would be live by midnight on the 15th. Kids don't understand terrible customer service... Struggling here...

@PostOffice I think you’re missing the point…your £55 cancellation charge is standard policy meaning ANY customer who wishes to cancel their policy with you, regardless of how long they’ve been a customer, gets charged this extortionate rate. Shocking and cynical #betteroffwithdirectline

@PostOffice Thanks Courtney. Earliest engineer can come and switch our supply on at the service box is Wednesday - 5 days after our GoLive date. Not really good enough, is it?

@PostOffice Hi Courtney, thanks for your reply. I think it’s safe to safe that you won’t go beyond your contractual obligations as, like most insurance companies, you don’t want to pay out. The support I’ve received from your team whilst stranded here is mediocre at best and incompetent…
