Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

@PostOffice why in a digital age is special delivery only traceable via the tracking number on a paper receipt? Surely if you have all details: branch ID, session ID, time and date mark, address sent to etc you should be able to help!! #ridiculous

@PostOffice how come a Royal Mail branch wouldn't scan in a Royal Mail pre-paid tracked sticker provided by @madebygoogle - Google support are telling me I need to go and organise my own courier because of this.

@PostOffice I really think this is an infringement of privacy, surely it’s enough to declare there’s nothing on the banned list. I object in our tiny village po telling everyone what I’m sending. The awful woman in there wants details. What’s next, asking if we packed it ourselves?

@CWU_Huw @CastletonLee @PostOffice The business model for sub postmasters was fundamentally changed when the Govt dropped the Benefits Card in the 1990s after they accepted that the Horizon software could not support it. Govt at that time did nothing to provide another income stream with footfall to replace it.

I'm going to make a complaint on behalf of those who deliver letters everyday. Unfortunately I have a front door with a letterbox that is about 12" from the floor. I feel sorry for all the delivery staff working for the #postoffice who have to bend down day after day

@PostOffice Please can you clarify if a parcel sent by Special Delivery at 3:30pm on Thursday 1st December should have arrived at its destination by now? If not, what's your service level agreement or timeframe given it has been paid for as priority?
