    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    @Janetsk20073533 @PostOffice My thoughts exactly. Who approved this and the puppy dog one, must have a relative in the right place. Certainly shouldn't be in the job on merit. "💡How about we post something generic to all and totally irrelevant to our business; to avoid negativity?" FAIL!

    @PostOffice 1/5 counters open in our local post office. Queue of 10 and no self-service. Not sure how you expect to escape becoming obsolete like that

    @PostOffice the main PO WN7 has a queue outside it's locked doors. This happens frequently but there is never any notice to explain the reasons. The phone number found online isn't for a specific PO. Do we wait all day?

    @PostOffice the St Thomas St Post Office in Wells, BA5 3LF has been shut ofr 3 weeks due to computer amd IT issues !!!! Please advise when this will be sorted. @JSHeappey @tessamunt

    Horrendous from the @PostOffice I'm home waiting for a delivery, then recieve a text saying: "Simon attempted to deliver today your parcel but no one answered". Yeah, because he didn't ring the bell. I've been charged to rearrange the delivery. Disgusting service #postoffice
