@PostOffice Don't Royal Mail have some sort of legal requirement to provide a postal service?Or is that just within the UK? Surely they have contingency plans? It seems absurd that they can just suspend the international mail service.

Hi help @PostOffice. I sent a parcel to South Korea 14th of December by tracking. The tracking didn't change until yesterday. I went to the post office and we tried to claim with the man who works at the post office. When we chose the country, couldn't find S Korea.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail if a company wants to stay in business, they need to provide a quality service. A Post Office not being open during their hours because the shop owner was too busy is poor, Royal Mail delivery times are poor. Maybe its time to close the businesses?

@BleghHanna @PostOffice This is a service you need to print yourself, attach the label then take it to a Post Office if you need a receipt. Or you could take it to a Royal Mail customer service point for them to print it for you. Post Offices cannot print this label for you.
