Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@KeillerDon I worked as a sub postmaster at the time - they treated us with absolute contempt. Luckily it was a very small postoffice so when they said I was £100 down, I did manage to prove they were wrong - or perhaps they could not be bothered to do me for a small amount.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice This is a real issue. I have watched vulnerable elderly customers being sold services they do not need and the staff excuse is that “Royal Mail require us to do it.” It is unethical and I want to know why it is happening

@byronsbrain Cancelling stamped mail with a pen squiggle rather than traditional hand franking is becoming common practice nowadays. Lazy, unprofessional, and looks awful. @PostOffice @RoyalMail

A small package was posted from EastGrinstead to Pinner for a volunteer to bring, to help kids in Africa @RoyalMail @PostOffice, but a fortnight later it has still not arrived. What recourse is there? Feeling sad as the PostOffice is not what it once was😢

@IndiaPostOffice As always, Mahuva,(Dt. Bhavnagar, Gujarat) Postoffice is not delivering couriers. I have tracked the status with consignment and it is showing delivered. What's going on!!!!! I'm complaining this thing 4th time in a row and don't see any improvement in service.
