@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

this #PostOffice story where those poor people were wrongfully accused of theft & convicted & it was faulty systems. how bloody awful, some lost everything. some died before their name was cleared 😰

@NewPOGuy @PostOffice Keep post offices open and staffed then they may aswell close down now and save people the pain and misery of stepping in one ( that’s if you can find one still open) not sure what your role is and why you defend them but you must be deluded ( or have shares)

@PostOffice Is this a joke , customer S refused saying it's with legal dept. They were asked two mnths ago to help by manager at Islington branch and CS could not care less even when manager said I had nothing to eat , This is intentional bec PO run by mentally insane people
