@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

At no point did he say this wk that the machine did not belong to him. He was rude arrogant in the same way he was last week I said I would complain to @PostOffice . He said complain to whoever you want.

@fagewelsh @GOVUK @PostOffice Hi, for info I have had issues with bulb too,they claim the post office send the vouchers, but when I spoke to the PO they said this was not the case,checked the guidance and the gov say its the energy companies that send vouchers,eventually got a voucher fm bulb not the PO!

You'd think that like any good retail business, @PostOffice would prioritise availability of counter staff at the busiest times of day. 1330 today in Altrincham town centre, no chance. 10 customers queueing and only 1 staff member. Recorded delivery is a service I can't buy!

I sent a package within the continental USA via USPS Priority Mail service - and it is still tracking to delivery 11 days after being dropped at the postoffice . What's going on with the postal service? Priority payment and expecting priority service - not so true this time.

@PostOffice Your Barnsley branch is a joke customer's queueing out the door 1 person serving and 1 person on the self service which makes it not self service also very rude unhelpful staff

@PostOffice The lovely lady up the road in the corner shop has happily delivered them for me no fuss. If the man on the counter can’t be arsed putting through 6 parcels he needs sending on his way. Just pure laziness! Wouldn’t mind I queued up for 15 minutes as well. Terrible!
