@umist0966 @PostOffice Post Office don’t make the Rules on posting. That’s done by the CAA who decide on Dangerous goods etc and then pass it down to Royal Mail. Hence why PO ask what’s inside Parcels. RM can destroy dangerous goods parcels and have done many times in the last. Letters however….

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thankyou. They’re no help to be honest as we use Drop & Go which is a Post Office service rather than RM. We’ve had to try Click & Drop today but would prefer to stay with D&G if poss so that our PO gets the business!

I hate my job. I literally had to stand here for 15 minutes listening to some crazy conspiracy theories some paranoid YT lady is rambling about. Just had to blank out my face and nod and pretend that this **** wasn't bananas....😬 #Postoffice #workingcustomerservice
