J (@MarineInsLpool) reported@RoyalMail I returned a @Nike item a week ago using a QR code @PostOffice for the label. Nike can see it has been sent but won't help without proof of postage. I don't have the paper receipt and the post office apparently can't produce another. Can you track with the QR?

I tried Beckenham yesterday but they don't do any passports, driving licences or verification despite being listed on the government website 😞
