    @PostOffice … please help with my mission impossible. 1/2 Driving licence won’t renew online despite multiple attempts and checks 2 weeks calling and not once could I get through Email response after 3 days, you have to go to Post Office

    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

    @PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

    @parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

    So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

    @1Robaldo @briannaylor8 @SkyNews I work in the postoffice. We ring our local pickupdriver driver for parcelforce to make sure he's able to collect the parcel that day before we offer the customer their guarantee services. Makes life a little easier.

    Currently standing in a long queue at Nottingham city centre Post Office there is one till open. When I asked if they could open another I was told no. Privatising the PO was obviously a bad idea. @PostOffice

    If anyone is considering a @PostOffice travel money card don’t bother. Such a painful process and not even tried to use it yet but not holding up much hope based on terrible experience so far 😡

    @PostOffice Yes. I went there first assuming as they are the main post office that they would provide this service… I was wrong 🙄 but thanks I will try rosehill. Would it be possible to update your website to remove Sutton from this service?
