Chloe (@chloedotd) reported@PostOffice trying to visit your counter in Salisbury Avenue, Cheltenham is like a really bad maths problem. Website says open until 8pm. Sign on the door says open until 10pm. Get to the counter at 6pm to see a sign saying closed at 5:30pm π€π€π€ adhoc hours is it?

Just in case you forgot I paid for a service I DID NOT RECEIVE. Did I ask you to investigate before handing my money to you???!!!
