@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@HM_Passport please help we sent my daughters application via postoffice check and send,did not ask for count sign at the time after you emailed asking for this and her birth cert which we have sent. We keep receiving emails saying that You don’t have the birth cert. Please help

@GlenAshby @PostOffice Exactly the same poor service at your Mover Lane Barking sorting office, I waited 45 minutes to collect my parcel. When I finally got to the counter the entire place was a mess, parcels on the floors, bits of paper everywhere, coffee mugs, the place looks toally unorganised.

@mattbob84 @MetroBank_Help @PostOffice Interesting, I might have to have a look at that, I've not been inside a NatWest and honestly the amount of drama with Metro is just not worth it. It's the level of pettiness that annoys me. There's zero reason to treat business like this. No wonder their buyer pulled out in 2021

Hi @PostOffice how do I make a complaint about one of your branches? The gentleman who runs the local PO to me is unbelievably rude and unhelpful every single time I go in there. Surely as a rep of the PO, this is not right.
