Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

The most convoluted claims process which is so nightmarish, almost like they designed it to put people off. Literally don't care they've lost your package.. all you get is a big '**** you'

@mellie0509 @secretchances54 I am a small business. Don’t tell me what I prefer. PostOffice? Where? The money still has to be personally counted, checked verified and transported by someone DURING the hours that these organisations are open. They are ALL closed by the time I finish trading. Idiot.

@PostOffice My Son Mr Akshay Pareek from London has sent a parcel from London by Royal Mail - Tracing No RL 455336169GB on 04 th July . It has not been delivered yet at my Kolkata office . On tracing On 12 th July Kolkata GPO , has sent it to Mumbai. Please help.

@PostOffice Could you ask the technical team please? The more you dig into this, the bigger the problem sounds. Reports of 900 printers broken. Printers are 7 years obsolete. Post offices being left in the dark is not good for customer experience? Do us small business need to look elsewhere?
