    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

    @PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

    So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

    @PostOffice you seriously need to sort out your travel insurance company. Consistently on hold, no support, refuse to cover cancelled flight etc as the ‘wording’ apparently didn’t fit. Why bother with insurance? I won’t be buying yours again. Most disappointing @financialombuds

    Today i visit indian post office Kanpur (nawabganj) branch Now the server is not working properly & customers suffers very hardly. only 1 person in a counter & only he recieved a speed post for a customer i am in aline for last 2 hours 👎🏻 @IndiaPostOffice #postoffice

    @PostOffice I have been standing in Southend high street pos office for 20 minutes now in a queue. A main post office. One person serving. Self service closed. They have been serving the same customer the whole time. This is hell.

    1/2 Back in Feb we had to cancel our flight/hol due to a positive covid PCR test 1 day before flying, we were sad of course but felt reassured in that we'd chosen @PostOffice @RoyalMail travel insurance, six months later we are still trying to get our insurance £ back.
