So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

@GrahamStretch @ComPharmWaqas I've NEVER understood how you are expected to charge £9.35, take it by card and hand the government £9.35. I'm ignoring the staff time. You have banking charges with the payment. When @PostOffice take a payment for Road Tax (Vehicle Excise Duty) do they get a %age?

@PostOffice your travel insurance is the very worst I have ever come across. Like Groundhog Day - emails come and ask for the same info, over and over. 7 months on and my two claims still not paid. Disgraceful!

@PostOffice Hey post office, had a horrific experience with one of your branches, emailed a complaint in which was responded to and I was told action was taken and I would receive a voucher. Still haven't got this and have followed up 3 times with no reply. Why?

@TjDevonport @RoyalMail Same for me posted cards 1st class at the postoffice on 5th December, only arriving with people now. Believe the later posted items did better as the early post was piled up and they are only just getting to it. I support the strikes but +25 days is insane!

Visited Post office today to pay my PPF amount. God so much rush & such a big queue 😕 From next time, will never prefer to go on weekend & will try online payment. Visiting those places for amount payment is such a pain in few branches 🙏 Legacy still there. #PostOffice #PPF

Amazon has a far superior logistics and tracking service. While the Post Office has been sitting on their hand. @PostOffice my parcel was suppose to be delivered on 6 Jan. tracking is a joke.
