@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@pictureladyjan About an inch of snow here, -3 C and a very steep road down from the house. I won’t be venturing out unless there’s an emergency. However, I’ll put money in our postie coming at around 10am. @PostOffice is brilliant in Wales. 👍

How I can talk to someone at a management level who can deal with the problems with our PostOffice landline. It's been down for nearly 2 months and no one @PostOffice is able to tell us when it will be fixed. Have spoken to 3 different people on 0345 600 3210 to no avail 😞

@PostOffice @DanTheTwatter Courtney, your reply makes it sound like only WHSmith stores sell stationary. Maybe you could support the small independent post offices too, no wonder some of us feel forgotten by POL

@PostOffice @DanTheTwatter Courtney - What about the rest of the network do you think they wouldn’t stock stationary? I can’t think of one branch that wouldn’t stock something as basic as a posting box

@PostOffice @DanTheTwatter Who actually trains these folk like ‘Courtney’ to offer such nonsense advice. Alienating a whole network.

@PostOffice I have sent in a complaint on your website, I have tried contacting Royal Mail about my issue, they told me to contact you. Then the automated email I got from you told me to contact Royal Mail.

@flincauk @PostOffice your issue is that you believe any medical quackery you see online. Shouldn't have left your facebook profile public.
