So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice Hi there, I sent an International Standard Letter to Reggio Emilia, Italy from Cambridge 2 days ago and realised the postcode I wrote was missing 1 digit (I wrote 4123 instead of 42123), the recipients, address & city etc. were right. Will this be a problem? Thank you

@PostOffice Well usually if you put a complaint into somewhere you usually find out the resolution to your complaint,but judging from your attitude in the response 'what further is it you are wanting to know,' you have no customer service attributes either.

@Atmywitsend3 @PostOffice Don’t rmb asking for your opinion. If u’re paid to do customer service and failed to do your job then apply for a job that you’ll enjoy. Nobody is forcing them to be there. I paid for the service and the least I expect is a hi and a thank you for keeping that business going.
