@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

Congratulations to all the sub-post masters/mistresses for having their day in court and beating The Post Office Counters Ltd hands down. Shame on you. Now hit them where it hurts. Cough up Post office. You own them deep. Saying sorry is not enough @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews

  • KGravil

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

@RobsRips the issue is the postoffice system doesn't know how to track ESE Im waiting on something shipped 10days ago the only thing that was updated was there was an origin processing which only confirmed they have it

@juliedoherty29 @PostOffice @lily_lna I can swear too! I could call you a thick stupid c**t but I choose not to because I don’t want to look as stupid and thick as you.

  • JonezinWidJonez

@twasthentisnow @lily_lna @PostOffice If you're of even average intelligence it quite clearly reads as if they are a customer

  • secularmammal
    Secularis Occidentalis (@secularmammal) reported

@lily_lna @PostOffice When I last checked this was still the UK, despite the best efforts of successive governments to turn it into something else. So no, you're not wrong, you're entirely in the right and within your rights. It's the proprietors who are are the problem. Thanks for highlighting this.
