  @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

  @PostOffice v disappointed by lack of service parcel left at Cirencester post office inside WHSmith Thurs aft - parcelforce can see it’s signed for. I took time collect but they told me not got it call from parcelforce say it’s now scanned in there, 24 hrs after late #royalmail

  @PostOffice so everyone else gets a reply on twitter but I don't, so not only has the complaint I made online been ignored I'm being ignored on here too. Some excellent customer service that is, and wonder why I am complaining 🤔

  @PostOffice Hmm... delivery office where I used to live didn't ask for tracking number, just address & ID was enough. Appreciate being a small village office, not a large town centre one has a bearing on that, though. Even if I've only moved a mile further down the valley. Thanks anyway

  @PostOffice raised a complaint ages ago but post office won't answer it?? Honest post office has gone right downhill this last year. I am not only mad but now I'm vunerable as face charges cause of being let down. Furious

  @PostOffice No. They insisted I had to have the card. Apparently a driving licence is not official enough on its own. I went back with card only to be told someone has already asked for it to be re-delivered. Sadly my wife doesn't have a customer service team on Twitter I can complain to.

  @rob3047 @PostOffice @firstdirect This doesn’t help you Rob but I stopped taking cash and cheques in 2019. Under £1000 the cheque can be paid in via the app but is still a PITA. It’s card or BACs now and I only pay out in the same way.

  @PostOffice Hi Tom, according to a local resident posting something, it's been closed on a Saturday for a while. The digital driving licence renewal also isn't possible as the tech is not working. Bit shoddy really.

  Hey @PostOffice you might want to change your website. Just had a 30 mile round trip for nothing. Website says Barnstaple is open. It's not. The nice bloke putting post into boxes doesn't count,the sign in branch says closed & none of the advertised services available. Not happy.
