    @PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

    So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

    @lyndajjewellery I believe they use PO Boxes there. You would need to speak to @PostOffice about the service you received in branch as we are separate companies. Apologies for any confusion caused. >Mayah

    @PostOffice just had to use one of the pens on your counter to complete a tracking address sticker. I’ll know to bring my own next time but doesn’t feel v Covid secure - maybe staff could fill them in on customer’s behalf?

    @Thabisoo some people cant afford bank charges on that R350. The Postoffice service is bad if the is no electricity they stop in 2021 they don't have alternative power supply #POWERTALK

    @PostOffice @RooshShah Ah yes, the guidance for PPE which is essentially just buy it yourself. No help from POL for that, no help from POL for cleaning supplies and sanitizer (which we're supposed to offer to customers). Thanks for that Courtney.

    @PostOffice why do you keep increasing prices ? £2.60 then £2.65 to £2.90 to £2.95 to £3.10 now to £3.20 ...your service has gotten worse over 2020 and it's not like you're giving your postman a pay rise so what are you doing with this money?

    @postoffice customer care should be called customers we don’t care , insisting a 90 year old man goes out to post back a router that he doesn’t want . Well done !

    @PostOffice Store has separate post office and little market. 2 doors, one for post office, one for market. They locked post office door, and had 1 till in market serving post office customers. No system to queue, no communication, all customer in a small space!?

    @PostOffice SO I CAN USE THIS BRANCH WITH THE SERVICE I WANT NOW? IS THIS CORRECT? I CAN USE EBAY PREPAID LABELS WITH THE QUALITY OF OVER 5 PARCELS ? AND I WILL NOT BE REFUSED???
