So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

@siany_d @PostOffice Easy, Royal Mail don't. Were you running a PO when they sent A4 posters for display for all new issues? That hasn't happened for the last 20 years, apart from exceptions like the Olympics, and a few one-offs.

@PostOffice never been more angry in my life. Your branch on Adam and Eve St in Market Harborough have refused to accept my Scottish bank notes for a cash deposit on the grounds that, get this, they simply don’t accept them. Not good enough as I have nowhere else to bank here.

@PostOffice Dolgellau post office closed again this morning without prior notice to customers. I even checked yday and was told it should be open. No staff today. If you pay minimum wage for a job that requires skill and tons of responsibility you will never attract or keep staff

@siany_d @Fairy_Foot @PostOffice As Mia says, you don't have to lick them - and you do have to wet virtually every commemorative or special issue, like Cats, Pride, Star Wars, Marvel, etc. That's if people want to actually use them of course!
