@postoffice on Walworth Road is an absolute joke. Shut it down!! Get rid of the lazy *** staff. Can’t even borrow a pen to write an address after waiting over 30 mins in a queue to send a parcel.

@PostOffice Please make sure you put the opening times on the card, for me to return and collect my parcels as it would save my petrol! I went to the #camberley customer service point for because its closed from 8am to 10am then open from 12pm to 2 pm. Totally #unacceptable!

@PostOffice Thank you for coming back so quickly. I just wanted to raise it, the person that served me said it was getting them down because members of the public were taking their frustrations out on them. All because hours were cut and staff couldn’t afford the drop in pay.
