@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It's only taken 1 month!!! But you have finally scanned my item, not acceptable service!

  • Bla1s0 B K (@Bla1s0) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice Well, seeing as it was due to the post office branch that the posting was delayed, a guaranteed service should have been offered as a way of apologising. It's not my fault the staff couldn't figure out how to sell a few postage stamps.

  • sewrayme Rachael Alexander (@sewrayme) reported

@PostOffice hi, is it common practice for drop & go items to be left sitting for 48 hours before being processed? I get it’s busy but really this is terrible service!! (2nd time it’s happened and I’ve only used the service for 5/6 weeks)

  • groverdPO Beer Lert (@groverdPO) reported

@GandMBB @PostOffice Thanks mate - no, I thought I was doing well, was doing well, tomorrow a year since a breakdown destroyed Christmas day. Yesterday I was broken. Now a blubbering mess. I really hope for bad things to happen to those who did this to us, including the inept MP @scullyp the imbecile

  • theCritiqal Steve (@theCritiqal) reported

The uk @PostOffice has literally gone from world leading to an utter nuisance. 3 “repeat attempts” to deliver parcel, not once rang doorbell. Went to collect instead and told not there - and “I should open my door”!! Shambolic, rude service. You deserve to go under vs competition

  • SweetestJemz Earth Angel (@SweetestJemz) reported

@PostOffice Must be an error at my post office then :( they said I couldn't. I have just informed all of my customers. What a mess I need to try to fix now :-/ thank you!!

  • hvklav Henk van Klaveren (@hvklav) reported

@MsLoloJ @PostOffice Had the same issue - wanted to buy stamps for NL and was told to wait until after 1 January at the earliest.

  • GreggMcBride Gregg McBride (@GreggMcBride) reported

There is no excuse for the inept service of the @usps. I mailed packages Dec. 1st with tracking and two of them are completely missing in action 23 days later. One is to someone who is all alone at Christmastime. And now I don't know if the package will arrive at all. #postoffice

  • DavyTolmie Davy Tolmie (@DavyTolmie) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Not contacting anyone, there is no point I am just voicing my disappointment that after paying almost £40 for the "service" and I use the term loosely, between you all you can't literally Deliver the goods.

  • sewrayme Rachael Alexander (@sewrayme) reported

@PostOffice It’s the main branch, Unicorn Way, Glenrothes, Fife. Definitely never been made aware. 48+ hours is not acceptable.

  • MsLoloJ Lauren Harris MCIPR (@MsLoloJ) reported

Odd thing happened today. I wanted to post a letter to France, but the @PostOffice in our village refused to frank it. Postmistress said she’d had instructions not to accept any mail bound for Europe until further notice. Is this an isolated incident or is it happening elsewhere?
