    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    @PostOffice All lies!!! Sort out your I.T., can't complete a transaction when account has more funds than required for transaction. No wonder there isn't a Royal approval on the company you work for. Royal mail won't be for much longer either. Really poor about everything.

    @LeftywokeMark e.g. Australia, lived out of a van for year. Address thing was possible because mail could be sent to a postoffice to be collected. Did have trouble trying to use bus, tube or a train in Sydney because they introduced a cashless system. Need address to get the electronic card.

    India not having PINCODE tied to a geographical location have created a problem for me. @IndiaPostOffice PINCODE in India is tied to a post-office and therefore your PINCODE can change when a new post office is created or a postoffice shuts down.

    The last country postbox near us has just changed its daily collection time to 9am weekdays and 7am on Saturday. Absolutely useless & totally customer-unfriendly. Effectively means 2 days minimum delivery duration. @PostOffice (pl. don't tell me that I shouldn't write letters).

    Since @PostOffice moved into @WHSmith it's become an absolute joke. Massive queues and never enough post office staff but whsmith staff stood about doing nothing!
