@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

@davidallengreen @PostOffice The extraordinary thing is just how many jobs people like Venetia have all at the same time. The obscene thing is the damage she caused to people's lives with seemingly no legal consequences.

@davidallengreen @PostOffice Big Businesses has too many Directors sitting on too many Boards. Non-executive Directorships are supposedly a check on the Executive but have failed to reign-in bad practice. It was in the interests of BOTH companies & Boards to pretend all was well.

@davidallengreen @PostOffice And innocent people went to prison due to these horrible decisions made by people for bad reasons. Justice requires that the people who made the horrible decitions for bad reasons get the same fate.

The Post Office scandal must be one of the worst miscarriages of justice in this country (and there have been a few). People have died, reputations ruined etc all because of a faulty computer system. And no one has been found to be responsible at PO. Absolute joke #PostOffice

@davidallengreen @PostOffice It was insane that the otherwise relatively successful CEO of the FAW seemed to want to employ the former HR person from the Post Office. **** knows what was going through his head at that moment.

Absolutely disgraceful how those poor Post Office workers were treated by @PostOffice & @fujitsu_uk they now need to be properly compensated if that’s even possible after what you knowingly put them through! Well done @nickwallis

@faisalislam @PostOffice used the private prosecutions process and acted against its workers as judge, jury and executioner. There were no safeguards to prevent the abuse of power which was allowed to continue for so long despite cries of help from so many victims #PostOfficeScandal

@davidallengreen @PostOffice Post Office culture, as for all companies, will be set by the person at the top and the Board. This is the basis of the corporation and the PO showed the basest of cultures in defending bad products/systems against the heart of the business - its people.
