    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

    @PostOffice Oh just ranting about your queues Courtney. My local post office have cut their staffs hours when they didn't have enough people working in the first place, and the queues are always SO long and slow. Last time I waited an hour. No bueno.

    @PostOffice i get "sign into wifi network " iv reset my router loads of times even done a reboot through the admin settings just incase it was a router settings issue still no connection altho i still got all the green lights on my router.. no red..what do i do.. do i call cust' sevice

    @alexandraa_jo @HMRCcustomers Guys through postoffice/digidentity, you will need an in date valid UK bank card. You will also need UK Passport or Driving L. If you have neither of these, you will need to contact postoffice but from what i know, they wont help otherwise. Gov gateway verification is similar

    @PostieMcPost @PostOffice We pay first class click and drop, the hope for next day, if not 2nd day. When the receipt is given there is a bar code which allows you to see when it is delivered. 8 days later they have not tried to deliver Not good enough - not first class service for 10 miles away

As a goodwill gesture if available abranch may give you a little, but if they are within their rights to say no, esp if it involves opening new bags which they may have already cashed up. Giving you change doesnt generarte any income!
