  • Bla1s0 B K (@Bla1s0) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

  • MunkeyKungFu Liam Hall (@MunkeyKungFu) reported from Bristol, England

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It's only taken 1 month!!! But you have finally scanned my item, not acceptable service!

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

@cruelanu @RMCpost @narendramodi When school dropout gets postoffice degree, history shytt propelled by NCERT and ICHR will not be understood. Get real, get down to business. Shed your sycophancy Pradhan Sevak ji. Sack your moroniic ministers & advisors. Hire some sensible people who give sane, kadak advice.

@PostOffice Hi, I'm trying to track my item which should have been delivered on the 09/02 however your website is still showing 'In transit'. Can you help me please?

  • evanrud Evan Rudowski (@evanrud) reported

@RosieRem_x @PostOffice Thanks for the explanation. Yes it seems silly that a self-service machine relies on an employee to monitor and approve it continually. I can understand why the employees turn them off!

  • RoyalMailHelp Royal Mail Help (@RoyalMailHelp) reported

@BrGreenBrands Hi, we are a separate company to @PostOffice who you would need to speak to about the service in branch. With regard to our postie, to report what happened please call our customer service line on 03457 740 740. Alternatively if you would like to send an email please...

@RoyalMailHelp And on that note, why in the name of all that is holy doesn’t @PostOffice accept Tracked 48 services when they’ll accept every other goddamn Royal Mail service under the sun??????????????

  • mwf100 Matthew Ford (@mwf100) reported

@three_broadband absolutely disgusted. Charging people late device returns fee in the middle of a pandemic and lockdown. Going to the postoffice or leaving the house is in no way an essential trip. Especially when you cancelled the service.

  • UlyssesReader Ulysses Reader (@UlyssesReader) reported

Bed: ed. The King's own. Never see him dressed up as a fireman or a bobby. A mason, yes. He strolled out of the postoffice and turned to the right. Talk: as if that would mend matters.

  • suffolkspice1 Stuart (@suffolkspice1) reported

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp That would explain why my post office counter staff were grumpy when I asked them to stamp the proof of postage certificates. “That’s not the way we do things!” Joined up service? Not really.

  • trav_al Also (@trav_al) reported from St Albans, England

@PostOffice Oh I know that number by heart. Would've replied sooner, but it's gone down. Again. So didn't see the tweet.
