@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

@PostOffice I want an answer from your Chief Executive and I want an answer now. Do not use Christmas or Virus as the excuse. The services are always ******* **** from the post office. What has been done about this?

@PostOffice Thank you so much for your help with this Tom. Just to clarify that this behaviour was pre covid so I don’t think covid was ever an excuse. I used to buy my stamps at the counter but I don’t anymore. I do it online and go for proof of postage to avoid my frustration.

@Muffinink @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp It is also the customer's responsibility to check the details are correct on the proof of posting, so if there's a mistake it can be rectified easily and immediately.

@Hshah102 @PostOffice You’re telling me to spend less time on social media but if I spend 10 seconds scrolling down your Twitter page every single one of your tweets is you complaining about something. We’re in the midst of a global pandemic and you have nothing else to do other than be a Karen.

@PostOffice It’s been going on since before COVID. The normally post office was shut down and put into the other store to make things quicker, but it’s definitely not.

@KateJon41196503 @GeoffJD @PostOffice My problem isn't the local office who were, ironically awaiting delivery of the stamps, but the central organisation who have known about the increase and the impact on sales for months. Why not support the branches properly?

@PostOffice I am still waiting for a reply to my messages. I want to know when the post office is going to provide excellent customers at your branches and on the phone. What have you done since I made my complaint?

@PostOffice this branch has places for four members of staff and I have never seen four people serving customers and on Friday there were two and a queue of 20 people. I want to know what has changed since I made a complaint?
