    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    @AsianMommiee @Chariflame @PostOffice Web and App for me. I don't want to use Evri, had to many issues. Royal Mail aren't perfect but they haven't cocked up so far. I hope they get up and running again soon.

    @PostOffice Just been to collect my parcel and was rudely told the system is still down after being told yesterday to come back today. This is ridiculous. I want my parcel to be delivered instead now, been twice won’t be going again.

    @topacregganman @PostOffice There’s No update until Delivery with the SF service. Your ref no. doesn’t say it’s Still at PO, it says where it was accepted. TBH, I think the Signed For service leaves a lot to be desired!

    @KateJon41196503 @PostOffice I'll just have to wait now until 10 days has passed and then claim and then re issue the legal letter with another 14 day grace period. RM don't make it easy to do business

    @PostOffice Things will never be 'back to normal ' for you lot. @PostOffice must surely be the most toxic brand in the UK. Pay your victims and mutualise ffs.

    The UK is truly a comedy country! AFAICS all @PostOffice branches are 'down' - a @fujitsu_uk problem apparently. Fix time has risen from 20-40 mins to 40-90 mins. Why are Fujitsu even allowed anywhere near the Post Office after the scandal of #Horizon? ******** of a country!
