    @PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

    So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    Well done @PostOffice. If you're going to offer a service to renew driving licences, it might be an idea to make sure your staff are trained to take photos in accordance with @DVSAgovuk requirements, so that applications don't get returned and you don't have to do it again.

    @PostOffice Nope still in the que. The server is in the travel money office so there is also a que at self service as no one is taking the parcels away. Shockingly awful

    @PostOffice @australiapost it is now over five weeks since I posted an A4 size padded envelope by air mail to Melbourne, and it has still not been delivered!!! At £13:80 for postage I consider this to be pretty poor service!! Did the carrier Pigeon die ??

    This week the #Harpenden #PostOffice queue was HUGE (Isn't it always?) & all I wanted was stamps. I walked down the entire queue saying 'Anyone want to use the self service till? Anyone?? Bueller??' & nobody wanted to...Got my stamps & walked out past the huge queue #LittleWins
