@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

@Atmywitsend3 if it was a case of @postoffice just being busy?? I’d be happy to wait!! I AM A DROP AND GO CUSTOMER in a wheelchair. DROP AND GO POST should be processed the same day. @rickygervais is right!! Twitter is full of trolls!!

@postoffice STILL WAITING FOR ANSWERS. Your customer services is appalling. I am disabled and you’re expecting me to drop my post by 9am if I want it processed same day!! If I stand in queue instead of drop and go they process them!! How is this acceptable?

@PostOffice DROP AND GO is prepaid and I should NOT have to take to another branch as local branch leave them sitting for DAYS!! Not acceptable to a business customer and not acceptable for #disabledpersons in wheelchair to take elsewhere.

@PostOffice You had all information yesterday. Still I was forced as a #DisabledPersons to drive an alternative branch. Fakenham Post Office have not been welcoming despite being a customer for last four of this branch. I spend over £500 a week on post.

@postoffice was rude to my Son when he took my DROP AND GO. Where am I supposed to take my post as a #DisabledPersons in a wheelchair???? I CANNOT drive and get my own wheelchair out!!!

@PostOffice DROP AND GO should be DROP AND GO. FAKENHAM branch refused to process them as I was not early enough. 12.30 drop off , branch closure at 5.30. DISGUSTING to treat #disabledpersons like that.

@PostOffice You are joking. Guaranteed 9am next day Item delivered 26hrs after the guaranteed end time. Waste of money. Tracking is great to watch your parcel not move for 24hrs. Shocking service. Probably worm your way out of paying compensation too.
