So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

  • DavidPenton1 Dave (@DavidPenton1) reported from Bristol, England

Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

  • KGravil Keir 🔸 (@KGravil) reported from Bristol, England

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

  • Bla1s0 B K (@Bla1s0) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

  • MunkeyKungFu Liam Hall (@MunkeyKungFu) reported from Bristol, England

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It's only taken 1 month!!! But you have finally scanned my item, not acceptable service!

  • nick15cox Nick Cox (@nick15cox) reported from Bristol, England

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

@PostOffice I havent. That's the problem. Hasnt even been assigned a case manager. The @Trustpilot reviews are shocking. Constant promises to follow up but nothing

  • Resurge888 Resurgence (@Resurge888) reported

NEVER ever use @PostOffice Travel Insurance. Four months after claiming and no action. No phone backs and proforma email replies. Foreign Dr now threatening legal action against me for non-payment. @PostOffice Travel Insurance is a crock of sh** .

  • dmcfuge D C Fuge (@dmcfuge) reported

@PostOffice Tom, it makes no difference what time as there are never enough staff. Today I was there at 11.30, but yesterday at 2.30 I tried to go in and gave up as the queue was out the door. There have not been enough staff all year. People are fed up waiting and the staff are stressed.

  • JessicasuAKA JessicaAKA (@JessicasuAKA) reported

Contacted Scotland citizen advice consumer watchdog @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice. If they’re able to help me take action I’ll be doing so unless this item arrives today. I’m sick of having my anxiety disorder+ conditions like a connective tissue disease made worse by relying on u.

  • JessicasuAKA JessicaAKA (@JessicasuAKA) reported

disabled. I’ll be sending a complaint to yourselves @PostOffice for repeatedly pocketing 1pm post I’ve paid for then not telling senders of delays. If not here today I’ll be considering small claims court. I’m a disabled customer who supports strikes but you obv don’t want me to.

  • TTMP83499272 TTMP (@TTMP83499272) reported

@PostOffice @ParrotKeith Is Chrissi buying postage from 'your website'? Or buying it from Royal Mail's website? It's confusing. The point of the original post was to help customers understand PO and RM are two different companies. Do Post Office have a website selling postage???

  • Whosyourdaddy19 Danny Peacock (@Whosyourdaddy19) reported

Just been told by @Barclays that the @PostOffice pay in service to replace the 6 closed branches around me has now been limited!! What is the point of banking with a company that limits how much money can put in?? Shambles, after 46 years I will change banks!!😡

  • Resurge888 Resurgence (@Resurge888) reported

@brpo126 DONT USE POST OFFICE TRAVEL INSURANCE. EVER. You claim, they'll ignore it for months and months. Crap company. @PostOffice

  • ekbthered Edward Kevin Brown (@ekbthered) reported

@toryboypierce Please pop down IDRC @PostOffInquiry 8th December to see at first hand how @postoffice and their legal teams are still delaying compensation claims and still spending £MILLIONS of tax payers money 💰 as they did trying to defend the indefensible high court GLO #PostOfficeScandal
