    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    @parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

    @RoyalMailHelp urgently need help! Supposedly my package has been deemed lost?! Although it has a tracking number. The recipient gave the wrong postcode. I’ve tried to call and correct this. Surely if there’s a tracking number it can be sent back to the original postoffice?!

    @PostOffice You said there was no collection “on that day” implying only one day was affected so not explaining why the service was affected for over 12 days.

    @PostOffice Croydon post office, man late 20's, serving lady "why no mask" instant abuse, swearing, aggressive, banging the screen threatening if he saw her again. She was excellent, very calm, professional, returned his letter and directed him to self service. Pointless anger !!

    @PostOffice terrible lack of service at post office at abingdon this afternoon. Refusal to pay out a lottery ticket. Fortunately the coop manager stepped in. The post office don't seem to realise that they are the nominated payers on the lotto's site. Disgraceful behaviour by PO

    @PostOffice I understand these are difficult times and travel in the UK and between nations is extremely limited. So why offer a service that you can't deliver? I would like my money back please!

    Submit complaint to @PostOffice who use technology to suggest my complaint isn’t for them. It is. They apologies and expect you to submit the complaint again. A 400 word detailed complaint. The UK is fast becoming a leader in incompetence.

    @jajayourlife promising callbacks but failing to do so. I requested to close my Jaja account over 2 weeks ago. Yday an unidentified payment went to Jaja from my bank account. I can’t access my Jaja account as my @PostOffice card details don’t work. V poor service @MoneySavingExp
