    Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    @PostOffice @FlaskEnd I stopped loving the Post office when it was sold , big respect for our postman , lovely people who front line for a bunch of greedy shareholders who don’t pay well and insist their staff post loads of crap leaflets for us to throw away, all for more. Public ownership again!

    @PostOffice So what about your next day delivery? You need to not sell this as a service. I had a next day delivery parcel posted to me a week ago & it’s still it here!!! What a waste of money. I feel sorry for the small businesses trying hard to survive in this climate

    The customer service of people that work in the post office is amongst some of the worst I’ve experienced #postoffice compare that to friendly shop owners doing the evri drops very pleasant experiences #evri

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for your response but @RoyalMailHelp have been no help at all! The parcel was posted last Friday, next day delivery. I appreciate people are super busy and there are strikes but next day delivery should be postponed then if it’s not guaranteed

    @PostOffice Hi team - I sent an item tracked delivery via a QR code a retailer provided to me ...Realised the cashier never gave a PoP receipt. I need it relating to an issue with the retailer. Can I use the tracking number to trigger a reprint?

    @LeoLem99 @RoyalMail The #royalmailstrikes are pathetic The #postoffice keeps taking mail & packages, meaning, money. The posties keep getting paid while not working FOR MONTHS now. Even when they "work" nothing moves and mail takes weeks. Their average pay is higher than others. #EnoughIsEnough
