@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

@dhanyarajendran @YouTube I don’t think so! But the way of execution really has a problem. Door to door verification in apartments is tiresome. They are also humans. They need to carry paper bundles and roam around. Proper house numbers are not there. This exercise should have postoffice s help!

The Ghataro SO(844119) bihar is mostly out of service & Postmaster unavailable. There is no alt arrangement when Postmaster is on leave. Ive to dispense amount and update passbook and also wanted to give ATM closure request but the postoffice is nonfunctional @IndiaPostOffice

@NikkiOsbor4715 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Your issue is nothing to do with the Post Office. Royal Mail are the ones that deliver mail. They are the ones that sent you the emails. Post Office and Royal Mail are 2 separate companies and have been for years.....

@PostOffice Hi is it normal for a post office to simply refuse to do one of the services? I went to the Wandon Village (Worcester) branch to exchange some old notes as described on the website and they refused to help. Possibly because of new owners who hadn't done it before..?
