    So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

    @PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

    @harryjmunro @PostOffice As a postmaster there would be no way I would want to offer this service. There's the time that would be taken (which Post Office Ltd wouldn't pay us adequately for), the queues that could be caused, and the liability should something go wrong...

    @WhatWouldKirkDo @PostOffice I am assuming this would be a service that would require the hiring of additional staff by the Post Office to deliver and mitigate any queues. I think it would offer value to customers and be profitable.

    @PostOffice is down the pans. Asking at sun post office for status of foreign post in light of malware ransoms demand publicised a few weeks ago 17:35. Cellarhouse Norwich. Waited 5 mins only to be told come back tomorrow!? Jesus wept. Any wonder why foreign postal firms winning?
