@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@johnredwood @YvetteHenson 1/2 And why did the #PostOffice & #Fujitsu ignore &/or hide the fact that there were significant problems with said it system, preferring instead to shift the blame onto totally innocent people ? At least one of whom was told not to mention the system in legal/proceedings/Court !

Why isn't anyone from the @PostOffice who prosecuted those poor postmaster and postmistresses in prison themselves. This has to be the most horrendous mass injustice in the UK

@NormanBrennan Those @PostOffice who were in charge of implementing and monitoring the system have blood on their hands and their heads should roll or do prison time did no one think, what's the common denominator with over 500 instances of the same problem? 🤬

@BBCRadio4 @nickwallis @BBCSounds Having worked in IT, I know other firms who had "issues" with their DB. A transaction from on customer injected into the records of another! Every one knew about it. As those in the PostOffice IT department must have. Any of them should have prevented the miscarriage of justice.
