Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice Wouldn’t of been so bad but the staff don’t know what services they offer. Then was refused the use of sellotape to reseal the envelope and was told to rejoin queue. Not great service. Thank you for your help Stephen.

@Top_CashBack @PostOffice Thanks, I'm still having the same problem though. If I click on on Chrome via Mac, it gives me a 404 error. I tried using Chrome on my iPhone and it let me onto the first page, then when I clicked get quote it gave me a 403 error. Tried on Safari and same issue + doesn't track

@PostOffice why are you accepting parcel for international shipping. 5 to 7 days deliver but over 14 days and nothing why not inform us of the issues before sending .

@PostOffice v disappointed by lack of service parcel left at Cirencester post office inside WHSmith Thurs aft - parcelforce can see it’s signed for. I took time collect but they told me not got it call from parcelforce say it’s now scanned in there, 24 hrs after late #royalmail
