@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@cstone7200 @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Also Chris, valuables ( money, jewellery, gift cards etc) are NOT covered by the signed for/recorded service. Always use Special Delivery if you want compensation.

@RevRichardColes @PostOffice 👍I listened to some of the interviews / it was extremely distressing to listen to and I can totally relate to having your integrity trashed like that - it cuts to the heart of you - no amount of compensation can redress that - awful 👎
