@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

Staff at Kendal @PostOffice equally unhelpful and patronising. Almost as if you're under orders to make the public service unusable so the nazti party can try to justify selling the last bit off to chums. That's what they did with railways, utility companies, post office
