Newbury is a medium sized town and mid-morning there was one person on the counter who was the ‘phone for all the time I was there. It is just not adequately manned. If you want to time the queue pop down yourself, it’s always the same

Only 1 person on a Monday, self-service tills closed, the queue going out the door & to top it all closed at 5pm! WTH? If you're going to close the main post office in town, at least provide a service in the one that's open!
