@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

Agghhh damn bloody .@PostOffice and .@USPS. You did NOT deliver my @NicholeLynel package. There was no re-attempt to deliver now it’s back to the USA! I need that package, it’s for my holiday FGS! Thank you to Nicholas team being helpful.

@PostOffice Hi, do you have an update on this yet please? No change on the website which still shows no green box against this service at any local Midlands branch. There are no branch numbers to call & I now can’t drive around the branches to ask in person (& pollute the environment)! Ta

@PostOffice one of the digital check and sends I had done for a passport renewal has had its photo rejected. Obviously this shouldn't have happened as that's 1 of the purposes of check and send. How do I make a complaint about it?

@revbarryhill @PostOffice Disgusting, and cancelling insurance for holidays already booked. I suggest you contact the Financial Service Authority. Check out their website at least. Maybe Financial Conduct Authority, these regulators suffer from name changes. I wish you well.

@PostOffice I’ve already called. The advisor I spoke to couldn’t have sounded less interested if he tried, had no idea what my issue was and couldn’t give me a straight answer other than “try in like 2 hours or something”. I don’t have time to sit and wait another 40 minutes unfortunately
