    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

    @PostOffice I posted a 1st class, signed for parcel last wednesday. It still hasn't arrived and my local sorting office said they can see it's in Chelmsford, not Southend. I've spoken to "Help" and they didn't.

    @Annamaflea @PostOffice Its not a service we offer. Businesses are charged for the provision of change. We get many requests asking us to provide change for free, it does not pay the wages.

    @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice please advise. Item still showing at the Gilley Law post office and not yet scanned into main network. Gilley Law PO are being most unhelpful and are refusing to discuss how an item is scanned when being picked up by the driver. Advice reqd

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice You use the post office to provide a service to your customers. That's a choice you make. Maybe you ought to care if those you contract with to provide services to your customers are doing a good job or not?

    Hi @parcelforce I have an understandably upset customer who has not received her parcel. The parcel was collected from Clapton Postoffice and arrived in East London depot on 15th Dec, no movement since then. Please advise.

    @PostOffice saw a notice in our village #postoffice today. Post office shut 25th December & reopening on 3rd January. Seems a long time without service for those who reply on the post office. The 24 hour garage where the post office counter is located remains open throughout.

    Hello @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice the post office I usually avoid due to past bad service has just refused to scan my prepaid labels & give me a receipt. If those items do not arrive, you WILL be hearing from me again. In the meantime, have a chat with postmaster at OL15 8AB.

    @PostOffice This has still not been delivered. No doubt my customer will be asking for a refund as it hasn’t arrived for Christmas, and I can’t apply for compensation until 28th. You’re destroying small businesses.
