@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

@PostOffice Tried to ring a couple of times but just take so long to answer never got through, have emailed a complaint in but they want 10 days to reply to that which is a joke! Will give it 10 then will raise with ombudsman if no or unsatisfactory reply. Thanks.

Without a doubt the worst place to have to go to on your lunch break is @PostOffice. Queues round the building every time and I'm not gonna have any break left by the time I'm through it. I wouldn't mind but it's every time.

@PostOffice #Banbury #Castlequay there are 9 people ahead of me in a queue which has not moved for the last 20 minutes. I appreciate it's a busy time, but you could do much better than this. There's no customer communication & 1 guy just hanging around who "hasn't been trained"
