@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice A week since we were overcharged and the staff were rude and told me I was in the wrong. As a 'gesture of goodwill' I have to wait 7-10 days for a letter to take into a Post Office to get £5, £2.98's worth of 'goodwill'.

@memecannot That's crap, in the UK you can have a document verified by your local postoffice. They'll photocopy it for you, verify they saw the original so you can send the photocopy off.

@jet2tweets @PostOffice Perhaps more staff would help or an automated response to assisted travel requests. The service to purchase is instant.

@PostOffice Thanks for acknowledgment. Historically been regular user of your FC service and it has been very good. Don’t worry. Didn’t go for @PostOffice scandalous buy back rate. Took it to @HaysTravel who gave a much better rate but I will be looking for you to refund the difference

@jet2tweets I have waited hours trying to organise assisted travel for my father. No response by phone or email. What an appalling service. @PostOffice equally appalling lack of response to attempts to renew travel insurance. Is the world stuck?

Hello @PostOffice, are you still answering queries about broadband? I'm aware it's now Shell owned, but your website still suggests that Post Office branded support continues.

@ArchNichola @VarchasPatel @PostOffice Totally agree.. but one way or other, we have to remove this rot from majority of civil service and govt.. they are simply not fit for purpose and are self serving crooks.
