Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice @RoyalMail you have a service for 2nd class large letters, 100-250gms £1.53 & 250-500gms £1.99 plus other price ranges but you don’t issue a stamp for these services, why?

@PostOffice is it possible to get a refund on postage if an item I posted got returned to me for no reason? It didn't get rejected by the buyer and there are no issues with the address.

@PostOffice your @RoyalMailHelp is absolutely useless. I tweeted them, they ignored me. Twice while others been responded to. I dmed, finally got a reply. I responded within 2 minutes and now I had no reply. That was a few hours ago. Worst customer service ever.

@TSB our Prestatyn branch just closed down. TSB letter said we can use the Post Office service. For “money change” for business the post office said we need a “change card” From you so we can use the PostOffice service? How to get it?

The @USPS once again failed to deliver a First Class package that took 2 days to go from NYC to Orlando but 4 days after arrival, still hasn’t been delivered. #postoffice #fail
