@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

  • Bla1s0
    B K (@Bla1s0) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It's only taken 1 month!!! But you have finally scanned my item, not acceptable service!

    Harrovian TERF (@HarrovianTERF) reported

@RLK303303 @PostOffice Oh!? I thought it was a member of staff. A customer? I wonder who the worker was who found the cocktail dress too revealing.

    Matthew Smith (@Matthew58392631) reported

@SeddSezz Thankfully his message doesn't go very far. But his betrayal of postoffice staff should never be forgotten!!

  • CarolynOgden
    CJ (@CarolynOgden) reported

@JamesMelville Totally agree. I tried to help a 93 lady. Bright and chatty not IT literate, couldn’t pay her TV licence at our local PostOffice so drove her to CoOp. Didn’t have a bar code do we gave up. She said “the world is against me now I am old” broke my heart @PatrickChristys

  • JosephKBennett
    Joseph K Bennett (@JosephKBennett) reported

@keir50443 @lily_lna @PostOffice That is by far the likeliest explanation and you know it. Postmasters / staff would not give a monkeys about a customer wearing an evening dress. Their pyjamas or a dressing gown? Maybe

  • NoWorseThanYou
    YawningChasm (@NoWorseThanYou) reported

@lily_lna @PostOffice They put a note on their own notice board while you were in the shop.. and then what ? Pointed at the sign and said ‘hey’ ? People will believe any crap at all these days

  • Dominos183
    dominos man 183 (@Dominos183) reported

@lily_lna @twasthentisnow @PostOffice Oh **** yeah. Forgot customers dont know what modesty is. Stfu stupid *** ***.

  • kathy29983
    Kathy Prendergast (@kathy29983) reported

@lily_lna @PostOffice Presumably they have the same policy about men coming into the Post Office exposing their backs or chests. It' just the female version of the "No shirt, no service" rule. Yeah, it's an old and fuddy-duddy rule. but it's really not all that difficult to follow.

  • foxygrandpafit
    Colin Butler, CSCS (@foxygrandpafit) reported

@lily_lna @PostOffice This is ridiculous because I wore the same thing at Post Office and didn't have any issues.

  • berrycakes
    charlotte. (@berrycakes) reported

@lily_lna @PostOffice I get that some people fetishise backs. But they also fetishise toes. Should we say ‘don’t come in wearing flip flops.’ No, because that’s dumb. Just like this. This dress wasn’t inappropriate. Anyone thinking it is seriously needs to consider that they in fact are the problem.
