So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

  • KGravil

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

  • Stephen2791
Stephen Carter (@Stephen2791) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

  • Bla1s0
    B K (@Bla1s0) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It's only taken 1 month!!! But you have finally scanned my item, not acceptable service!

@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice This is just a high profile case. This kind of thing goes on up and down the country in varying degrees all the time. Power is never accountable for the damage it causes!

  • WattenRobbie
    Robbie McGowan (@WattenRobbie) reported

@PostOffice @Kitty49499561 Post Office couldn’t care less about your complaint and most post offices are franchised anyway.

  • alisonmalvern

@cwsuth1 @ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Power in the private sector is usually accountable. The public sector never seems to be. I worry about nationalisation for this reason

  • janellabooks
    janellabooks/ #voiceofthewronglyaccused (@janellabooks) reported

@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice and ten years later you are still fighting them. Happening right now, never think the Post Office scandal is the only example, it isnt, the bad guys use computers all the time to silence whistle blowers, and fit up the innocent.

  • DeRey0602
    DeRey (@DeRey0602) reported

We had the PostOffice of SA that failed. They had a concept called Fastmail. How did they fail when our government had both SAA and Rail systems? By association they would have monopolized the post and courier space. What went wrong?

  • BarnetAkela
    Graham (@BarnetAkela) reported

Hello @PostOffice are you aware that literally nothing is working at your main Cambridge branch? The self service machines haven’t worked in weeks and now the ticket dispenser for the counter service doesn’t work. Any chance of getting stuff fixed?

  • SeeEffects
    @CFX (@SeeEffects) reported

@LilywhiteSimon @PostOffice It confused me at first but then when I thought it through, like why would they do that? It struck me that if every post service took on other post service errors it could be exploited. What do you think?

  • Peterbradfcxua2
    Peter Roy Bradford (@Peterbradfcxua2) reported

@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Where Ed Davey? This is disgusting. The poor Lady needs help.

  • pplrstupid977
