So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice the staff in the Camberwell Wynham Road in Se5 Camberwell branch are awful they threw away my sons receipt that he left behind just 5 minutes prior I rang the store and the woman on the phone was absolutely rude and did not care shocking behaviour I'm disgusted

@devusinh in this digital era, Postoffice still adopt Home branch concept for some service(maturity etc.I request due to Digitalisation in Post office, home branch concept be abolished and all unit of Post office could serve to the customer of post office 4 all services.

Completely lost my patience with @HSBC @HSBC_UK, who not only refuse to give their customers change, but also won't accept bags of change, either. All they do is palm you off to the @PostOffice, who also won't help because they're tired of the excess customers. Zero CS skills 😡

@PostOffice You closed down a decent 7 counter Post Office in Harringay and replaced it with 2 counters in a local shop. 35 min wait at 230pm on a Monday just to post a parcel for a 10 year old’s birthday. Look at Google reviews - shop unusable.
