    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    @PostOffice The lady is rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Over the months I have been told six times now the top up machine isnt working which seems to be when there is a queue. I went back in later on the latesr occasion where the other member of staff managed to do it..

    @PostOffice I’ve been trying to get onto the drop and go to help them out but haven’t heard from anyone since applying online for it. Anything I can do to make the process easier for them the better!

    As a #disabled person, I’m exhausted by drs and co’s that aren’t #accessible. 4 times just this week! Tried to mail a package and struggled through the heavy doors of my #postoffice, can’t make appt at dr office by text/email (I can’t speak). And 2 co cust service are phone only

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice can you tell me why a post office branch wouldn't accept a parcel that met the size and weight restrictions for "large letter" being sent as that, and would insist on it being sent as a small parcel? They were able to pass it through the template check with no issue

    @PostOffice The woman has just said she needs to do self service only. Self service is empty. I’ve complained to the manager and the manager has said she will serve those of us waiting for counter service
