@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Do you know what one of the most common questions in our town facebook group is? Is the post office actually open today? It's so short staffed so often, despite being in a WHSmiths, that they resort to handwritten signs about opening hours and we never trust it's open at all.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Only in Britain can the bit where we post and pay for the post **** off the bit that delivers the post. How **** is that as a PR Campaign? Imagine Father Christmas slagging off the Reindeers; An Elf Spokesman said, “Ah, but the Reindeer are a separate company…”

@PostOffice We know that. The royal mail didn't destroy the livelyhood and give criminal records to many of its employees when it made a bad choice of software

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Given they're your sole service provider, I'm not sure the distinction is worth making.

@thonrebelbitch @PostOffice @RoyalMail We also provide the services for DVLA and HM Passport Office, are Post Offices also responsible for any errors or delays by them

@PostOffice @SteveBakerHW @RoyalMail You need to radically speed up the self service machines. People spend ages working out how to send one parcel. Make them do all the prep on the website at home, then when they get to the post office they scan a barcode on their phone and the machine prints the label, job done.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail No you are the ones closing all the local post offices down so it's a total pain in the neck to post anything local
