@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

It made me so angry. I shouted in a loud voice I'm sorry the lady's ignoring you.Not everyone's that rude.

@PostOffice Wanted to give you an update. Went to the Sydenham branch and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely people who went OTT to help. Bromley and Beckenham need to take a few lessons from Sydenham 👍🏻
