Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@davidallengreen The #PostOffice should pay out compensation for the many shattered lives. I gather there are more who need help?

  • TonyRome51 Simon Oliver (@TonyRome51) reported

I hope those sub postmasters & staff who were convicted following the @PostOffice Investigations sue the crap out of them.

  • DavidFilce David Filce (@DavidFilce) reported

@deborahbonham @PostOffice Wondering if there is a perjury case to answer. I guess they'll blame the advice at the time. No number of apologies (normally from a faceless minion) or amount of money can repair this damage. Sling the Post Office bosses inside for a lengthy stretch. Perhaps sewing mailbags

  • singostokey Andrew Singleton (@singostokey) reported

What gets me is the Post Office knew their new accounting software had bugs and faults but they released it anyway and didn’t figure that any accounting anomalies must be down to the system but chose to blame innocent people #postoffice #courtofappeal #39postmasters

  • terry_moran1 Terry Moran CB 💙 (@terry_moran1) reported

@VarchasPatel @PostOffice You and your family and many others have had to go through so much it’s a terrible tragedy. I do hope Justice will eventually be served and those responsible for the injustice are held to account.

  • hittitezombie random thoughts (@hittitezombie) reported

"Campaigners believe that as many as 900 subpostmasters and subpostmistresses may have been prosecuted and convicted between 2000 and 2014. Some went to prison, many were bankrupted, marriages broke down..." Shameful. #PostOffice must pay for this.

  • Kilkeerock Siobhan O'Connell (@Kilkeerock) reported

@SeemaMisra7 @PostOffice @fujitsu_uk Fantastic news - just seen you on TV news. So happy for you but what a terrible ordeal you and other innocent people have gone through.

  • jill_ster Jill Holden (@jill_ster) reported

@JohnGor30307844 @DavidLammy @PostOffice Absolutely. Enquiries now equate to losing things in the long grass. Accountability and responsibility for this terrible crime - which the cover up was - should be pursued far more swiftly.

  • cornwell167 Elizabeth Cornwell (@cornwell167) reported

@AndrewBooton @PostOffice I hope they are,& these poor people are compensated,it was an utterly disgraceful episode.

  • Peeka_P Peeka (@Peeka_P) reported

@BBCNews Outrageous that the word of the Postoffice regarding the security of this dodgy software would be taken. It should have been independently tested then those people would never have been found guilty.
