@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It's only taken 1 month!!! But you have finally scanned my item, not acceptable service!

  • Bla1s0 B K (@Bla1s0) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

  • nick15cox Nick Cox (@nick15cox) reported from Bristol, England

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

@PostOffice @CyberProtectUK Do you ever send texts like this out? What would they look like and what would the URL be? Please help by telling us how to spot a genuine text from you.

  • DavidHeadViews David Head (@DavidHeadViews) reported

I go into my city centre branch of the @PostOffice. All positions closed, so have to use self-service, where all three assistants are helping customers. At the counter, assistants are behind screens. At self-service, they are right next to you. Both bizarre and questionable.

  • SongMacom Pete Murray (@SongMacom) reported

@ant_hkuk @PostOffice @CyberProtectUK Anthony, it's Post Office - the left hand doesn't even know the right hand exists. It is the oldest communications company in the world, yet the very worst at communicating. They are too busy trying to protect their staff from prosecution for abuse of power and corruption.

  • NewPOGuy Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported

@PostOffice Doesn't matter. If a label was printed (which it was here) we cannot hand it to the customer, we can only give them the stamps.

  • SongMacom Pete Murray (@SongMacom) reported

@ant_hkuk @PostOffice @CyberProtectUK yes, and the problem also is that they clone numbers, so blocking is pointless, as are abusive replies which has been trending on social media, as it just means some poor random receives a nasty response to a message they never sent!

  • omi_saini_1984 Omprakash Saini (@omi_saini_1984) reported

@IndiaPostOffice can we get some one educated in your Postoffice Sector 7 Rohini Delhi branch who help us to activate a simple service called mobile banking ?? bcz its been three visits with complete documents submitted and countless hours spent.. i hope its not rocket science ??

  • CelTech67 TonyBhoy (@CelTech67) reported

@mojos55 You do realise posting this on twitter instead of getting copy's printed and sent to the post office for delivery to every person on twitter who may see this has cost the jobs of printers and postoffice workers. Shame on you! Never use instant messaging it cost jobs!

  • TweedRiverSue Sue Worth (@TweedRiverSue) reported

@PostOffice Thanks Courtney. It seems the van was out of service for nearly a week. What mechanism is there for warning the public so that they don't make unnecessary journeys or miss postal deadlines?

  • ant_hkuk Anthony (@ant_hkuk) reported

@SongMacom @PostOffice @CyberProtectUK Oh. I don't suppose everybody is aware of that. Do Royal Mail send out texts? They need to clarify that they NEVER send ANY texts, rather than just not like these ones.

  • KateJon41196503 Kate the Plate (@KateJon41196503) reported

@Jakson_DJ_ @CrookesAnn @PostOffice Hi Jakson, Did the PO Clerk not advise you of the rate before you completed the transaction? We, in branches, ARE trustworthy. The different rates are dictated to us by First Rate & there’s nothing, other than advising the customer, that we in branch, can do about it.
