Been trying to top up my @BritishGas electric since Saturday but the @Payzone_UK machines aren’t working and @PostOffice are closing, never had this issue with @PayPoint! What the hell @BritishGasHelp

  • KGravil Keir 🔸 (@KGravil) reported from Bristol, England

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

  • sarahambe70 Sarah Ambe 🌹🇪🇺 (@sarahambe70) reported from Bristol, England

So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

  • LCollins75 Lee Collins (@LCollins75) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

Congratulations to all the sub-post masters/mistresses for having their day in court and beating The Post Office Counters Ltd hands down. Shame on you. Now hit them where it hurts. Cough up Post office. You own them deep. Saying sorry is not enough @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews

  • Stephen2791 Stephen Carter (@Stephen2791) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

  • nick15cox Nick Cox (@nick15cox) reported from Bristol, England

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

  • Bla1s0 B K (@Bla1s0) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

  • MunkeyKungFu Liam Hall (@MunkeyKungFu) reported from Bristol, England

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It's only taken 1 month!!! But you have finally scanned my item, not acceptable service!

  • daveyatesUK yatsie (@daveyatesUK) reported

@pauldbowen @PostOffice any comment? My missus had the same issue. #illegal

  • stephenheggie steve (@stephenheggie) reported

@PostOffice guildford high Street branch, 3 staff and only 1 working on counter, self service pointless as it needs staffing yet no one using it

  • Tokyotobath Jared (@Tokyotobath) reported

@PostOffice @DotCott00128461 This is the Post Office's responsibility. All staff should be trained to never discriminate, they need to be explicitly aware they will be held directly responsible under the Equities Act 2010.

  • B_W_Marshall OldStravonian (@B_W_Marshall) reported

@MarkKL29 @B0mberHarris @PostOffice There are two ‘greeters’ at my Post Office who are particularly aggressive in their policing of their branch. Makes you wonder what direction is being handed down to the staff from on high.

  • SafeSavvy Mark Finch (@SafeSavvy) reported

@PostOffice why are Coop shutting post office counters at 17:00 especially this time of year “it will be after 5 by the time I serve this customer, use the self service” oh surprise nothing to sanitize the screen!!!

  • Gabster_78 Gaby van Uitert (@Gabster_78) reported

@tradeinnsl This is what I mean. The postoffice says it has been delivered. But it is not. Tradeinn wants me to file a complaint with the postoffice, but the postoffice says I cannot file one, because I didnot send the package. They refer me back to tradeinn. This is going in circles.

  • zoisiab Sarah (@zoisiab) reported

Just went to @PostOffice to send a small parcel. Has been a while, but seems it’s the norm to advise customers that “due to it being Christmas, lots of parcels are now going missing”. telling me your service is a tad shakey in order to try up-sell me postage 🤨

  • brianwhelton Brian Whelton (@brianwhelton) reported

TL:DR? In short, 'professional' people working for an IT company lied & abetted in the withholding of evidence, together with legal representatives for their org, their customers legal team, & with very little doubt with the knowledge of their customer the @PostOffice for 20yrs

  • 945644bill Bill B (@945644bill) reported

@brianwhelton @PostOffice So did the defence not ask ‘are there any issues in the platform that undermine the accuracy or evidential nature of the data used’? Or did the witnesses just lie in court?

  • JCDonnelly19 JCD (@JCDonnelly19) reported

@PostOffice and deansgate aswell it had a sign says post office open guy was very rude maybe look when they actually close
