@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

I go to the @PostOffice to renew passport by their digital click and send service, only to be told the service is down, nationwide, till next week. Seemingly no announcement of this on their website, leaving me wondering about the value of time, money and carbon wasted.

@HSBC_UK when you walk into your bank as a business customer and find out you can’t get change for your business you have to go to the local @PostOffice instead, what’s the point in banking with you I might as well just open up a @PostOffice account!

@imteddybless @PostOffice Beth, the exact same thing happened to me in September and I didn't manage to get anywhere -in the end I had to cancel my PO insurance and go with a different provider. I hope they solve it for you.

@Computer_999 @PostOffice @Iromg That’s appalling. As masks are no longer mandatory I don’t see how they can refuse you service. Was it someone who hasn’t realised the mandate’s been dropped? Or just a jobsworth who gets kicks from refusing to serve people?

@PostOffice You see how this is a flawed system? Do you think everyone is in a position to just replace their whole going away money because the local Post Office couldn’t fulfil their order? This is placing my entire trip in jeopardy and I don’t feel any effort has been made to help.

@PostOffice Does the Travel Money Card still support Apple Pay? I had a @MastercardUK Travel Card and it did support it but then stopped when the card issuer changed. Is this the case with yours?
