    @PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

    @PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

    @PostOffice Hi we seem to have an issue where staff at your branches are not taking the cost of a stamp when we pay for signed delivery. They also charged me £6.45 before when I discovered that it can be signed for at £2.45. They are also not taking off prepaid envelopes.
