So I bought stamps from the online @PostOffice website and I was really surprised to see that they were delivered by @UPS , nothing like not trusting your own delivery service 😂

  • Bla1s0 B K (@Bla1s0) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

  • KGravil Keir 🔸 (@KGravil) reported from Bristol, England

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

  • Stephen2791 Stephen Carter (@Stephen2791) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

  • nick15cox Nick Cox (@nick15cox) reported from Bristol, England

@parcelforce Sincere thanks for your truly shocking service in collaboration with @PostOffice. Phone up to provide instructions, opposite of these instructions carried out. Costs time and money. Great 🙃

@IndiaPostOffice Harrasment is a small word for kind of service and behaviour of staff from Giridih Postoffice (Head office-pin code 815301), running behind the staff to get a small work done for 4 months now, still no resolution. kindly help and interfere

  • nomis1066 Simon Stoddart (@nomis1066) reported

@GouldsBlog @PostOffice Precisely. You only need to pin down more than one auditor/investigator telling more than one spm "You're the only one" ........ The spm's will surely recall the names of the people who grilled them.

  • SteveAdamCox87 Steve Cox (@SteveAdamCox87) reported

@PostOffice how can I speak to a real person about an issue I've been emailing about for 3 days but which needs to be solved today?

  • VarchasPatel Varchasanraj V Patel (@VarchasPatel) reported

@PostOffice I will like to see an apology made to my father with full compensation after wrongful conviction applied. Can you help? #PostOfficeScandal

  • siany_d Siâny D (@siany_d) reported

@NPhilatelics @PostOffice Im not sure to what level royal mail advertise them. Trouble is too you have to lick them which in the current times most are not willing to do so they sit in branches effectively gathering dust

  • GraphicsMonkey Andy Stonehouse (@GraphicsMonkey) reported

@siany_d @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp No. But you can’t expect the public to know. If I buy something at a shop & it’s fault it goes back to the shop. All I said was your customer service team could have contact the relevant people - shorten initiative & tried to resolve the problem. Not pass the buck

  • shahketul34 ketul shah (@shahketul34) reported
