@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@wmtucker @PostOffice What’s going on there & at many many PO’s is that Post Office Ltd aren’t paying us enough for us to be able to afford to staff our PO’s; more than one member of staff & it’s costing either our retail side or us personally. An awful Catch 22 situation.

@PostOffice I would like to report Queenswood post office because they are charging £1 for special delivery bags. They gave me one for free. I use that service a lot. They should not be a post office!!

@PostOffice @coates_callum @coates_callum Hey Callum if you put cash in a card, you should use special delivery service as that's a real-time fully tracked service and gets signed at the other end. It's risky posting cards with cash on a standard stamp.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail @WHSmith Frequent issue - we had only just spotted the sign in the window saying that it was shutting at 2pm, so rushed to get the post down and joined the queue at 1.30pm. 30min wait-we have customers paying for a next day service! Hence why we use Special Delivery
