  • Bla1s0 B K (@Bla1s0) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

Congratulations to all the sub-post masters/mistresses for having their day in court and beating The Post Office Counters Ltd hands down. Shame on you. Now hit them where it hurts. Cough up Post office. You own them deep. Saying sorry is not enough @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews

  • Stephen2791 Stephen Carter (@Stephen2791) reported from Bristol, England

@PostOffice utter appalling level of service. Customers services none existent. You get it’s not my problem. You should be stripped of your royal approval not deserving of it. Still no parcel either and left in total limbo. Very argue.

  • MunkeyKungFu Liam Hall (@MunkeyKungFu) reported from Bristol, England

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice It's only taken 1 month!!! But you have finally scanned my item, not acceptable service!

  • KGravil Keir 🔸 (@KGravil) reported from Bristol, England

@RoyalMail @PostOffice you guys have provided abysmal service lately. I organised redelivery to my local branch of a tracked item, it's been signed for at the Post Office yesterday and lost. Keep getting 'it'll be here tomorrow' excuses. When presented with evidence of delivery..

According to @BritishGas, when they stupidly moved from @PayPoint to Pay Zone you could top up at any @PostOffice Apparently not, I’ve just been to one in Blackpool that doesn’t. This is bloody stupid!

  • GlendRay Ray Glend (@GlendRay) reported

@PostOffice Trying to buy Home & Contents insurance via @comparethemkt but apparently you are experiencing some technical problems at the moment, any idea when these might be fixed or should I find another provider?

  • Jaydeecee2012 Jacqui Carpenter (@Jaydeecee2012) reported

@PostOffice who do I contact please to get some money back? Instead of paying £3.20 for 2nd class parcel postage, I paid £6.57 for 1st class recorded only for the parcel to be left on the drive, no signature obtained. At least it was still there! Shocking service.

  • ShibiTCT ShebblesTheTeapot (@ShibiTCT) reported

@PostOffice @CarlosD01814644 Some people do label their dogs as 'emotional support animals' when they are assistance dogs. Even if this isn't good practice, the law does not require a dog to wear anything in particular so if someone says their dog is an AD and it is acting as such it should be treated as one

  • CarlosD01814644 karlos&oscar (@CarlosD01814644) reported

@PostOffice hello am I allowed to take my emotional support dog into your brunches? I have been refused entry on Hackney Road. Rude people.

  • CarlosD01814644 karlos&oscar (@CarlosD01814644) reported

@PostOffice why should your services have lack of consistency regarding support dogs? It’s not nice customer service.

  • liquid_skinz Stu Herring (@liquid_skinz) reported

@PostOffice I went into Romford post office to renew my licence yesterday. I got there at 5.15pm to be told that the Dvla shuts down the machine at 4.30pm. Unbelievable! Can I use this service at the weekend?

  • SmokeyEarl Ian (@SmokeyEarl) reported

@PostOffice He is elderly & I believe given the wrong information, by someone at a local branch, do you have a simple direct phone number that can be used by the elderly to deal with various issues, I know some of the banks do?

  • GlendRay Ray Glend (@GlendRay) reported

@PostOffice I just in case there are any problems I want to confirm that both my sister and myself have spoken to Tracy from your CS and told her we do not wish to renew the current House & Contents policy However we do wish to go ahead with the policy purchased earlier today

  • bigwillyking SW (@bigwillyking) reported

@PostOffice I’ve been trying to order foreign currency since Thursday but there have been constant issues with the website. When will this be fixed?
