@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice my uncles post office Broad band keeps saying ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR When online. I have unplugged it and replugged and still the same result. He is elderly and disabled and asked me to help

@ChesterfieldDeb @PostOffice It is a counter service as they are securely delivered by hand to the postman and then to the central banking depot of the post office, so a more secure process than dropping into a post box

@PostOffice I have done all this, you state delays are due to the amount of complaints emails etc from this experience I’m hardly aurprised as I’m on Twitter taking up your time and someone is responding to a complaint when it clearly has not been read. it’s a product that has been missold
