@kevin_j_foster @PostOffice But they don’t provide the services, it’s the thousands of independent self employed postmasters that give the service to their communities, often at their own expense as the remuneration PO Ltd pay them doesn’t cover the costs of delivering the service to the public.

@dean4watford @PostOffice The Post Office can accept?? This scheme should be totally in the hands of an Independent Body. POL have repeatedly proved they are untrustworthy, slow, and obstructive to the process.

@PostOffice the staff in your Glastonbury office are just downright rude and extremely unhelpful. Very disappointed and will not be using your services going forward.

@PAULIP0CKET Oooh Anatomy, que fancy. When I was learning about parts of the cell I would literally copy down all the different parts and try to make analogy about their function to help me remember. Only things that work for you, for ex I thought the Golgi Apparatus was like a postoffice…

What happened to Customer service at the @PostOffice ? Why can’t they politely ask does your parcel contain any of these items on the list. Instead of being rude and asking “well what is it” then being asked to list what’s inside.

@PostOffice the line that never moves - WH Smith Bon Accord/St Nicholas. Self service chap not serving customers, one person on till duty, none of the remaining staff offering to serve customers. Only one of the 9 queue customers can self-serve. Who'd be in a hurry?

@PostOffice Still no progress with this 2 weeks on from when we were overcharged and the staff were rude. Customer Care have issued a letter for £2.02, I will have to drive to a Post Office and queue up with ID to redeem this.

@PostOffice why don't you have more people working in your town centres? The few staff you have look stressed and over worked, they are sat at positions next to each other, so not social distancing, and as a customer, I don't enjoy waiting for 20 minutes, no-one does.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Yes realise that but parcel is immediately passed to RM and RM is the carrier. The RM link suggests that if sender is happy with duty unpaid a CN22 is sufficient. ANPost in Ireland disagree and said "You will need to contact RM as they know what the issues are". Very unclear.
