Congratulations to all the sub-post masters/mistresses for having their day in court and beating The Post Office Counters Ltd hands down. Shame on you. Now hit them where it hurts. Cough up Post office. You own them deep. Saying sorry is not enough @PostOffice @PostOfficeNews

@PostOffice the staff in your Glastonbury office are just downright rude and extremely unhelpful. Very disappointed and will not be using your services going forward.

@PostOffice @siobhanefagan That is not what I was advised today by post office in Whitton, Twickenham, please advise where else in that area is guaranteed to be able to offer this service. Thank you

Such a slow and disappointing service #postoffice you’ve probably won the award of being most inefficient service provider. Why can’t a PPF account be closed from any other branch? We’re not living 1960s where people have the jobs in same city! #postofficeindia

@PostOffice how can I talk to an actual human about the fact one of your branches has not handed over the parcel to Royal Mail that I paid £8 for next day delivery for? Second time using this service, second time it’s happened! The parcel is useless to me any later than today.

@PostOffice @siobhanefagan The main Post Office in Leeds is still reporting the system as broken and advising use of form D1 for renewal. Not what I want to do at all.

@PostOffice It’s been couple of days now. Still nothing? Would anyone take a responsibility and do his job from @PostOffice staff or? @parcelforce customer service also unfit to do anything.

Can any postal workers shed some light for me? Parcel coming from NL to UK (I left my capture card and phone there, oops!) Sent 11/3. Arrived in UK 17/3 and I've had nothing? No delivery attemps, no letters, nothing? Any idea where my parcel is? #Postalworker #Postoffice #Help

@RoyalMailHelp @MagickODaly @PostOffice I sure hope RM is the name of this social media dude, and doesn't just stand for Royal Mail, 'cause that would be poetic and RM is never allowed to work anywhere else.

@BettyBull @PostOffice There is a new system now where you have to swipe the card through the pinged on the customer side. You might need to explain this to them. Hope this helps
