@kevin_j_foster @PostOffice But they don’t provide the services, it’s the thousands of independent self employed postmasters that give the service to their communities, often at their own expense as the remuneration PO Ltd pay them doesn’t cover the costs of delivering the service to the public.

@PostOffice 1. Said he didn't have knowledge on router settings 2. Said the new router was exactly same as the 10yr old one it replaced, so didn't need editing anyway 3. Said the problem (from the day after router arrived, which doesn't exist using mob hot-spot) was to do with my work vpn.

@debbygiglio1 Soulds like the system was deficient from day 1. The support architecture requirements aren't just made up ad hoc - there are required structures - missing. Born to fail. But @beisgovuk and @PostOffice see their systems as gods - not to be challenged unde any circumstances.

@PostOffice Probably better-off asking the staff in the branch. I was a customer waiting in line and it just seemed odd the way the PC was badgering a female member of staff about something obviously out of her control.

@jamescunnington @PostOffice I wish I could! Had to be fast track so just drove four hours to sort it. I don’t actually mind that as it’s good to have the service but just make the bloody forms available lol! Not everyone can go to the central post office between 9-2 🙈

@PostOffice I've just been told at one of your counters I can't send a computer insured with all the services @royalmail or @parcelforce offer. Wtf is this nonsense. Absolute clowns - last time I go to a post office.
