I Generally leave Bath Larkall Post office unhappy or dismayed by the poor experience. The staff here have no concept of a ‘good ‘ customer experience.

William (Bill) Hughes (@esmedunae) reported from Trowbridge, England@PostOffice None when I departed - the queue was a few people longer as I left the shop, I’m afraid. There was also a queue of 2 or 3 at self-service, trying to find a staff member to help them.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice.
