@KirstenTElliott @WeLoveBath We complained via Twitter that there are no seats now and it was clear when I was queuing some elderly people were having problems standing to queue. No response from @PostOffice yet.

@PostOffice None when I departed - the queue was a few people longer as I left the shop, I’m afraid. There was also a queue of 2 or 3 at self-service, trying to find a staff member to help them.

@PostOffice No it's ok, I'll just use another travel insurance company. Your online portal for renewing has been down for a few weeks anyway, and I had a similar reply regarding that from your customer "service" over the phone. #notinterested

@PostOffice I appreciate that but both times there has been a member of staff doing paperwork at a closed till point, whilst the queue is growing. Suspect management need to review their rota's and or customer service

@PostOffice I am disgusted that you allow such terrible customer service at your branch in chesterfield staveley, they gave my girlfriends post which was a Christmas present to any random stranger and took a signature when they couldn’t confirm who it was… avoid them if you can

@PostOffice @nzpost all I can say is you should be ashamed. An Xmas GIFT to a close friend, value $78NZD (38GBP), charged ($34NZD) 17GBP + 8GBP handling fee. Any wonder why the postal service is in decline?

@BernieSpofforth @PostOfficeNews I’ve suffered the same abuse in a post office. The ridiculous response from the @PostOffice was I should wear a lanyard. But they’re wrong and it’s not law. It’s on the government website. Staff are rude and abusive.

TL:DR? In short, 'professional' people working for an IT company lied & abetted in the withholding of evidence, together with legal representatives for their org, their customers legal team, & with very little doubt with the knowledge of their customer the @PostOffice for 20yrs

@PostOffice @DaveAmbo That poor woman was humiliated in front of everyone.

@PostOffice @MJBr00ks58 See that you do Courtney. This is bad news and you really don’t want to be seen to be discriminating against and bullying elderly disabled people. Nor do you want to be picking up the fascist baton from the cowards in government 👍

@MarkKL29 @B0mberHarris @PostOffice There are two ‘greeters’ at my Post Office who are particularly aggressive in their policing of their branch. Makes you wonder what direction is being handed down to the staff from on high.
