@PostOffice None when I departed - the queue was a few people longer as I left the shop, I’m afraid. There was also a queue of 2 or 3 at self-service, trying to find a staff member to help them.

@PostOffice Thank you for responding, you really to need to ask the customers; If they receive an acceptable level of service? I Generally leave Bath Larkall Post office unhappy or dismayed by the poor experience. The staff here have no concept of a ‘good ‘ customer experience.

@KirstenTElliott @WeLoveBath We complained via Twitter that there are no seats now and it was clear when I was queuing some elderly people were having problems standing to queue. No response from @PostOffice yet.

@PostOffice Just tried to change £60 of £2 coins (correctly bagged) into notes & was told NO by your staff. When i asked why, they said for money laundering purposes. I said that was a stupid policy & your staff then told me to watch my language. For saying "STUPID POLICY" 😮

@IndiaPostOffice Thanks you for taking up even in off hours. We had medicine only till today afternoon & we needed for evening. Next dose is due 8am tomorrow, it's critical CNS Medicine. So please help as soon possible. Never expected this to stuck at next door postoffice for 2 days Thanks again
