@TSB you really do provide the worse service. Branch closed at 2pm on a Friday so can’t pay in cheque. Oh I can pay in @PostOffice as long as I have a TSB envelope! Really! #pointless

@ShellEnergyHome My elderly vulnerable parents have been without a land line or internet for 8 days and counting! No updates, no apology no one @PostOffice or contact centre can’t help! absolutely disappointing to treat a loyal customer in of over 15year!

Thuli Madonsela destroyed a lot of lives with her "investigations" that in most part relied on hearsay information and innuendo. I will never forget how her lies decimated a good person, whose only crime was being the CEO of the PostOffice.

@PostOffice Is it common practice for a post office not to accept Scottish money in England when I'm trying to pay it into my bank account? Your customer complaints department was particularly unhelpful... apparently you're too busy to help!!
