    @PostOffice @shell @FirstUtilitySL I want to tell the world these companies are absolute bastards to deal with in a crisis. House burns down and these all chased me for months wanting payments for a home I wasnt even allowed to enter. I’m spreading the word.

    @PostOffice should have never moved there CC customers to JAJA, it’s ruining the @PostOffice rep...JAJA customer service is crap - would have been better to move them to the @CapitalOne PO card 😡😡

    @PostOffice just waited on hold for 20 minutes to be put through to a terrible connection and an operator who couldn't hear me and hung up. Had no internet since the weekend.

    Don’t bother opening a @PostOffice Online Saver. They’ll allow you to deposit but when it comes to withdrawing, you’ll be told ‘Transfer cannot be applied at this time’ Can’t withdraw, can’t close & I already have a linked bank account! Withholding their own customer’s money!!

    @PostOffice Service currently being offered in Thame just isn’t good enough! Erratic opening hours. Very very slow. Only one of three windows ever open. Today’s worker didn’t appear to know what he was doing. I was third in the queue and it took forty minutes.

    @GDRFADUBAI Sir is there any fast way to get Emirate ID after giving biometrics. As i found that courier service will take 7 to 10 days to diliver ID at postoffice. Please guide me for the same. As i will have to present myself for biometric tomorrow at al nahda center.

    @PostOffice hi i’m wondering if there’s any postal strikes in leeds this month as i haven’t received my march voucher and i haven’t seen any post men down swinnow in pudsey leeds for days now i also haven’t received any mail in the past 2 weeks i’m starting to worry xx

    So the postoffice has “stolen” my package I was waiting for so long.. my birthday gift.. and Im just sad and mad that this all doesnt work. Once in a while I but myself something (and I havent in a long time.. u know being a mom..) and then it just doesnt arrive.😭😭😭

    @FedExHelp imagine OVER 3 hours ago I sent a tweet to both FEDEX and @parcelforce and @PostOffice about the rip off services I was asked to DM and STILL no response just DM us to save your shame? This is terrible I need a resolution asap

    Postal system is broken. No mail for 10th day running. Main city post office (now squeezed into WH Smith) has 2 assistants & queue of 20 customers. No blame attached to the poor posties & long-suffering staff. Blame lies with feckless management of @RoyalMailHelp & @PostOffice
