@Djaievd @PostOffice If it’s a provisional you will have to fill out the D1 form. The digital renewal service is only for full licenses unfortunately.

Oh yes there is no date on the form. Which you would have picked up if you had bothered to check as I had requested. You did not bother. Terrible service. Not charging me for it was about protecting yourself rather than helping me.🙏 #PostOffice #Accountability

The closure of @PostOffice card accounts has created major difficulties for people we support who are homeless and can't get a bank account for their benefits to be paid into. There's no problem with applying but banks are bound by rules which mean not everyone is eligible 1/3
