Queue for 45 minutes on the phone to @PostOffice for broadband issues, finally get through does a line test and cuts me off! Back on hold it is! No wonder the complain lines are so busy!!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@siany_d @PostOffice Lucky that Courtney from the @PostOffice tried to be more helpful then. My tweet does have RM in it as we are aware of where we ordered Keep Safe from and deliveries. We've tried Royal Mail very many times without adequate resolution, hope you never experience the same problems.

@IndiaPostOffice Sir, it should be forwarded to Kushinagar Official as incident took place at HATA postoffice, where they asked me to visit a cigrate and pan store to buy it as black and said revenue stamps are not being supplied to Post Office Hata since last 3-4 years.

@RavWilding @PostOffice Also as a point the post office do not deliver mail/parcels,so that should help people realise its a scam.I know theres scam royalmail ones aswell. RM do send emails 2 say parcel will b delivered,good way 2 check is not follow link,copy tracking number & check on RM track & trace
