TGIF... it's been a funny old week! Lessons learned... "treat people as you wish to be treated" I'd like to acknowledge Liz @Tesco for her exceptional customer service skills & will refrain from shaming the unhelpful/rude woman at @PostOffice #customerservice

  • AllThingsDecor_
All Things Decor Ltd (@AllThingsDecor_) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, England

@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

  • julescops
🌟Jules🌟 (@julescops) reported from Sheffield, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

  • Jayneebell
Jayne Horspool (@Jayneebell) reported from Hucknall under Huthwaite, England

@PostOffice Thank you Courtney. I am now told by the branch I have to be there before 5pm! This could be a problem for me. Does it really take 30minutes. I don't think so.

@ArturNadol7566 @PostOffice Didnt Tony Bliar @UKLabour know the system had serious issues. 1998 Memo: Policy adviser Geoff Mulgan warned Sir Tony Blair that signing off on the Fujitsu-backed system would leave a flawed infrastructure in place for over a decade

@lily_lna @PostOffice I get that some people fetishise backs. But they also fetishise toes. Should we say ‘don’t come in wearing flip flops.’ No, because that’s dumb. Just like this. This dress wasn’t inappropriate. Anyone thinking it is seriously needs to consider that they in fact are the problem.

  • Marv147
    Marv147 (@Marv147) reported

@Rahmani_Mreza @lily_lna @PostOffice If you read the note, it clearly says ‘backless’, not ‘blackless’. Also, an employer can, within reason dictate what is or isn’t deemed work attire. That outfit doesn’t bother me but may be too risqué for others. I can also dictate what people wear if they want service

    @HarrovianTERF @PostOffice This is for a customer.

  • FactsFacts2023

@lily_lna @PostOffice This is how they take over countries. The @PostOffice is meant to be a national service for all people. This is disgusting!

@simonupperton @lily_lna @PostOffice Probably Fatima and Muhammed from Syrian who happen to support Palestine, own the convenience store.

  • keira_con
    Keira Connolly (@keira_con) reported

@lily_lna @PostOffice Wow @PostOffice I see a well dressed woman who could be on her way to an event or a wedding using your services would you treat a person who spent the day on a beach who was wearing a wrap the same way. ?

  • DavidGaleUK
    Derby Dave 🇬🇧 (@DavidGaleUK) reported

@stugoo17 @PostOffice This is the same company whose directors told the @PostOffInquiry that its HR recruitment issues had been dealt with whilst simultaneously making a complete bodge of appointing new NEDs. Anyone that might deliver real governance had their application go missing. Ask me how I know

  • NoWorseThanYou
    YawningChasm (@NoWorseThanYou) reported

@lily_lna @PostOffice They put a note on their own notice board while you were in the shop.. and then what ? Pointed at the sign and said ‘hey’ ? People will believe any crap at all these days

@PostOffice The level of customer service in your Darlington Post office is worse than bad and you really need to educate your staff.
