    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

    @Timbromaniac @RoyalMail @PostOffice They never needed 'data to process mail', they just paid the postage with a separate Special Delivery bar-coded label. If you mean they don't have a datamatrix code, they never will have.

    I sent 3 parcels via @PostOffice on 8/11/21. Two haven’t reached their destination and one was opened and the contents removed prior to it being delivered overseas. Problem seems to be this end, if you want to fight it out between yourselves and @RoyalMail

    @PostOffice hi I need your help. A parcel I sent has been lost so putting a claim in via royal mail however there one form wont accept the value of the item, only £50 even though I bought the correct value cover up to £250 and declared correct item value. What is going wrong ?

    @PostOffice The new staff at the Keelings Road, Northwood branch don't seem to know how to run the post office. I'm an OBA customer and they have no idea how to deal with me.

    @Jchurchellis @PostOffice Its not a service that has ever existed. As a goodwill gesture if available abranch may give you a little, but if they are within their rights to say no, esp if it involves opening new bags which they may have already cashed up. Giving you change doesnt generarte any income!
