@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@PostOffice how do I complain about our local post office. It’s a temporary set up and they are often not open (when they should be) without any indication. Very bad in a rural area.

Queue for 45 minutes on the phone to @PostOffice for broadband issues, finally get through does a line test and cuts me off! Back on hold it is! No wonder the complain lines are so busy!!

@AskeBay is there something you can do I print you postage labels on eBay and when I go to post them the post office they won’t scan but if I print @PostOffice labels they can absolutely fine HELP!

@PostOffice Hi, for the past week I've had nothing but issue with your broadband. The internet cuts out every 5-10 minutes consistently. Im using a wired connection, ive restarted the router etc. Is there an problems currently on your side?

@david_veasey @RevRichardColes @PostOffice They did! Managers knew there was a problem with it. There were problems from the start, the roll out of the operating system was delayed by years it was that bad.
