I've lived in the Clapham area for over 35 years For 20 of those I've been at the #Clapham South end so have used #Balham @PostOffice It's always been a really poor experience but now it's just horrific PO management should be ashamed of themselves - 20 dismal years of decline

You can now get the brand new 50p coins featuring King Charles’ head replacing the head of his mother the queen, head down to your local @PostOffice branch to get your coins, it will only cost you the amount of however many coins you want, for example 2 50p coins equals 1 pound

@PostOffice the women at the east kilbride branch has a horrible attitude- standing at the door at 12:15 saying she doesn’t get paid to be there after 12:30 and turning people away - horrible experience won’t be back

@PostOffice Thanks Tom. Judging by my tweets it was 20 minutes, which given the length was impressive. But I’m sure a good half (including me) could have been removed by use of the self-service kiosks. From memory they were out last time I was in, so presumably a long-running problem.
