Queue for 45 minutes on the phone to @PostOffice for broadband issues, finally get through does a line test and cuts me off! Back on hold it is! No wonder the complain lines are so busy!!

@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@PostOffice how do I complain about our local post office. It’s a temporary set up and they are often not open (when they should be) without any indication. Very bad in a rural area.

Dreadful service from @PostOffice banking today when trying to sort out some stuff for mums probate. They had issued a letter with incorrect details. I wanted them to reissue it with correct detail but not disclose any data to me and they point blank refused

@WeAreTheMSM @GillianKeegan @sajidjavid How many scandals can the poor girl cope with? Her shifty hubby up to his neck in the Postoffice scandal. But, they have managed to acquire 5 homes and a yacht so won’t have to worry about the lecky bill or filling their 4x4’s up.

Has anyone managed to successfully claim the @postoffice 100% travel money buy back for cancelled trips? They only refund normal rate in store & you have to email customer care for the difference but no response to emails 😢

@PostOffice Previous tenant of house we now rent has intentionally left his car & other things registered to this address. We constantly receive final demands, fines, court summons for him & a few times bailiffs turned up! He's twice collected post but not changed details. Help!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Cheers for the response Stephen! Yeah it was mailed from a PO with help from staff so the postage etc should be correct - £13.70 for 00.570kg, international tracked & signed. So it's on to you @RoyalMailHelp - why would this item be returned?

@JosephKnightof @PostOffice The only one of these that will actually have a tracking reference is the 48hr tracked return. Cheap-*** 2nd class isn't a tracked service.

On friday a former subpostmaster’s family met with me about how the Horizon computer system had ruined their Post Office; how they lost huge savings, suffered mental ill health. @PostOffice who shut them down are claiming wrongly my constits missed deadlines for compensation.
