Queue for 45 minutes on the phone to @PostOffice for broadband issues, finally get through does a line test and cuts me off! Back on hold it is! No wonder the complain lines are so busy!!

@PostOffice @BridgeeCee Just listening to this on the radio I am fuming on their behalf. Post office management responsible for this need to be locked up. An absolute bunch of lying bastards. Lucky one of these poor postmaster didn't take matters into their own hands. Wouldn't blame them if they did.

@RevRichardColes Feel so bad for those poor people. Hopefully the @PostOffice will now compensated them immediately and the Gov, who have said they won't prosecute as it was 'too long ago' will look at the 2 soldiers being prosecuted on Mon for bloody Sunday and realise that's nonsense!

@BBCNews Outrageous that the word of the Postoffice regarding the security of this dodgy software would be taken. It should have been independently tested then those people would never have been found guilty.

@DavidLammy We need to understand why @PostOffice only apologised now. We do not need an inquiry. We need a police investigation to determine the criminality behind the court cases when @PostOffice officials knew there was a problem with Horizon but chose to prosecute innocents.

Hi @PostOffice think you need some extra staff in your Lichfield city centre branch. Poor lady on her own - queue of 15 people and there’s a woman holding everything up because she’s writing the addresses for 20 Christmas cards.
