@munchkin_teddy @PostOffice The chap did phone whoever is needed to open the safe and they said they’d be back. Not really rushing back to help a customer mind you. Still waiting 🤬

I’m pretty sure @PostOffice #Horizon was investigated in the first issue of @PrivateEyeNews I ever bought in the late 90s or early 00s and repeatedly thereafter. Why is this only a scandal now? @BBCNews ?

It's crazy hearing the @PostOffice say they can't afford to compensate the people whose lives they ruined. Well hears an idea, get a loan, use that money for the compensation and then get the bosses that cause the issue to pay the load back.

@GBNEWS Should be the Labour Party that pay out, It was Keir Starmer who was responsible for not looking at the problem. It was rather obvious that 700 people didn't all embezzle money from the postoffice.

@KeillerDon I worked as a sub postmaster at the time - they treated us with absolute contempt. Luckily it was a very small postoffice so when they said I was £100 down, I did manage to prove they were wrong - or perhaps they could not be bothered to do me for a small amount.

@PostOffice just tried to make a cash deposit into my @joinmettle business account. Told that system has changed and need to swipe card myself, did that and reader says ‘use chip’, enter card and it says error. Never had this issue previously when the PO staff swipe my card.

The @PostOffice scandal is so heartbreaking every time you hear about it - those poor employees wrongfully accused. The scale of it is mind-boggling. How did senior staff not twig sooner before accusing hundreds of fraud? @BBCNWT #PostOfficeScandal

So shocked at what the subpostmasters and subpostmistresses went through. Where were the #PostOffice managers? Where where the computer experts? Where were the forensic accountants? Why didn't the prosecutors divulge the extent of the problem? What were the defence lawyers up to?

@ShellEnergyHome ok so I’ve got no internet & my internet provider says I need to contact you to get it sorted - unfortunately I’m also one of the @PostOffice customers transferring and I’ve been hanging on your phone line for over 20 mins #HELP #CustomerService ?!?!?

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice This is a real issue. I have watched vulnerable elderly customers being sold services they do not need and the staff excuse is that “Royal Mail require us to do it.” It is unethical and I want to know why it is happening
