@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@PostOffice New owners need sorting. Bad attitude, no manners, when questioned about it, refuse to serve the customer, tell them to go elsewhere and not come back because they won't be served. It's a public essential service, is that even allowed? Check Google reviews over the past months.

@PostOffice Hi, I am wanting to renew my provisional license which I am told I can do at the post office, however I don’t have the renewal letter and my address has changed. Is this something you’d still be able to do? Response is appreciated as DVLA never reply
