@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@miwamouto String that man up by his pinkie toes. Going to the local postoffice and reporting this would, hopefully, be effective. Because genuinely what the actual ****.

@PostOffice @PostOffice they are no help whatsoever- absolutely appalling customer service, I’m having to raise a complaint via the ombudsman because I’m getting nowhere with the claims team - managers are NEVER available to speak to, they can’t put me through to the claims assessor

  • IDARAOB25529316
    IDARAOBONG (@IDARAOB25529316) reported

@PostOffice I had my parcel label mixed up at your London office (SE18 3SH) resulting in my parcel being lost. It has been over three weeks now and after several emails to your customer care, your office has failed to take responsibility for this error. Where is my parcel, please?

  • uddersfeeled
    m (@uddersfeeled) reported

@PostOffice @PostOffice @Collinson can someone help rather than fob me off asking to call the claims team as they DONT do anything. They have escalated and expedited my claim on a twice weekly basis since the beginning of March, why hasn’t it been dealt with by now?

  • Actual_madders
    Dave Madders (@Actual_madders) reported

@PostOffice My friend sent me a parcel from the UK to Thailand. It only took a few day to arrive in Thailand. Now your carrier here however. I have had overnight from BKK no problem. Shopee get me a parcel from china quicker than your local distribution. WTF?

@paulidilge @HalifaxBank @PostOffice Its ridiculous, Halifax have closed majority of branches in North, and I have had the same issue with cheques and the Post Office, if app does not pick it up properly. Closest branch is now 25min drive away, absolute joke! #HalifaxDontCare Time to change bank
