@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice In Stevenage PO we asked for 2 intl driving licenses to hire a car in Canada. Cashier misheard & processed 2 renewals. Snipped both licenses in half before we could stop her! Please can you help us? We need our renewals expedited as we fly on Sat or long awaited holiday ruin!?!

@IndiaPostOffice Every month before 15th and before the end of every month, Postoffice in our area pause their work for 5-10 days by saying that their system is not working. Pincode:- 743127 shyamnagar

@PostOffice Thanks for responding. It’s not the first time it’s been like this. You also had all the self service tills out of action. Since moving to WH Smith standards and service has dropped considerably.

@PostOffice I received an email saying I will be receiving a parcel today between 11:35am - 1:35pm today. I saw the post van arrive earlier & has left - but still no parcel. Why haven't I received this delivery? I checked your site & they say there's no problems in my area!

@PostOffice I tried it last night and after being on hold for 20 minutes was told that if it wasn't back on by 8am today to call customer services. I work from 7:30 so I don't get chance to call. I've now been on hold for 52 minutes and haven't spoken to anybody. Customer service is a joke.
