@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

Hi,@IndiaPostOffice ,I hv booked an article through speed post&paid the fee through UPI,which has been credited to postoffice account,but your local post office could not issue receipt due to some online glitch& collected fees in cash separately,but i did not get refund,pls help

@PostOffice why is it with your multi currency card it always declines and causes issues and the issues always being my card being blocked for 'fraud'?! This is the 3rd time this year. 2x in Atlanta and just now in Berlin! Shocking.

Recorded Delivery Sign saying disabled please give me time DWP documents DLA PIP no note left see the guy one minute later walking to a home a few doors away called out rudely said I have to go to the sorting office Miles Away. Cought on CCTV. Awful GPO

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Why @RoyalMail ? I paid for this service at my local post office, the items were sent from my local post office or they at least should have been! 4 days later they’re still showing as at my local post office. Stop passing the buck.

@PostOffice why are all the self service machines down, minimal staff on duty and queues out the door these days. Had this experience multiple times now. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

@PostOffice Do you think you could add to the Branch Finder to indicate which branches sold ANY special stamps. I don't mean a full philatelic service, that would be too much to ask, but many Locals don't sell any; Drop+Go don't, but some do. 1/2
