@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

Every time I go to the #postoffice I’m behind someone who has never mailed anything ever. Doesn’t know they need a return address on a package, doesn’t just say cheapest ship rate but wants every level explained. Who are you? A time traveler from 1816 - there are no ponies!!

@PostOffice I mean fundamentally we had a manager not cut off the queue, announce rudely that he’s going for an hour lunch break or else he will “drop dead from serving you time-wasters” and then proceeded to be rude when we queried why we waited a half hour for this 1/2

@PostOffice poor experience today. PO in Sainsburys Excalibur Drive Cardiff closed early without explanation. Staffmember inside wd not open door to several customers who knocked.Then went to Heol LlanishenFach as your website says open -counter closed! Finally fd Birchgrove open

@RoyalMailHelp @Marymar34407657 @PostOffice Mary, if it’s a lost parcel chances are the Post Office branch won’t be able to help you anyway and it is Royal Mail you need as they are responsible for the delivery of mail. In which case your best call is to the RM helpline on 03457740740. Hope it turns up for you.

@PostOffice hello I had my first visit to Hayle post office this morning- impressed quick efficient service was in and out in less than 20 minutes I didn’t catch the name of my server but I give both of them working this morning praise

Appalling service by @PostOffice Chadwell Heath. Arguing with customers about them not wearing masks when they could be exempt and then not wearing any themselves and they are sat 40cm apart!
