@PostOffice Thanks but the website kept falling over with an error message, my complaint is lengthy and involves missing cheques. Can it only be submitted this way?

Boscombe @PostOffice. Shop assistant wearing no mask, happily helping a customer with the photocopier. Maybe @BCPCouncil & @dorsetpolice should take a look.

@PaulDon1989 @PostOffice Thanks, resting up here hoping it doesn’t go through the rest of the staff, 2 down 3 to go…

Wow - it never gets any easier listening to the voices of people falsely accused of theft and jailed. Shocking, heads need to roll #Panorama #PostOffice 😡

@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

  • TirEoghain59
Bourneirish (@TirEoghain59) reported from Christchurch, England

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

Just received this reply from @PostOffice (Charlotte) however interestingly given me a new complaint number (CAS-4652456-F5T0K2). They’ve only acknowledged receipt and say a Complaint Handler will be assigned within 15 working days. Until then, further replies won’t be monitored. What’s funny though is this came through just 15 minutes after I tweeted about the situation, I tweeted last one at 8:37am they sent the email at 8:52 am! Coincidence or not, the timing is interesting. All my other email was for not to dispute the appeal decision but request for a fuller explanation of the appeal outcome so it’s interesting that request is being treated as a brand new complaint, and also other part of that request was asking for information if they’re part of a ADR and the contact details, but when I clearly provided the original case number (CAS-4564626-W1G1F8) With 96 complaints as I say in 5 years at Camberwell branch (61.5% tactically closed), this slow, dismissive process is exactly why people lose faith. And I know @PostOffice sees my tweets. It’s time @PostOffice up their game. Either resolve this properly with a reasonable solution and apology, or respect my rights including my right to full transparency and the right to escalate this to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. Why should I have to accept someone getting away with verbal abuse? No justice whatsoever. Otherwise, we’re just going to continue this very public spat for as long as it takes. The choice is yours. #PostOffice #CamberwellPostOffice

@PostOffice my local P/O insists that even though the opening times are on the front they can open as hoc!! How can this be when you're trying to run a respectable service that custmrs rely on? If you can't be trusted to be open? Absolutely madness, what a way to run a business!

@PostOffice another example of extreme poor service. Apparently, attempted a delivery at a primary school but no-one was there. Legal and security requirement for schools to be manned and message advising redelivery for tomorrow, when the school is closed!! 🤔

That’s total baloney. Your service is horrible. I thought the Postoffice was the worst in history now you can’t even deliver. Something’s been sitting at the terminal for two freaking days every day. It’s a new excuse and another day added to the delivery time.

@KerryFail Just repost it to @PostOffice with the detail of your complaint and they’ll direct it to Customer Services. Bloody disgrace.

    JaneJordon3 (@Jordon3Jane) reported

@gm2112rush @DonaldPond6 @PostOffice The Post office for decades was run as if it was a service provider of the Government and had 30,000+ outlets. The largest retail network in Europe yet the management and successive Governments totally missed the commercial opportunity to generate income/ profit s. They were some of the last to install ATMs, they farmed out Government services to other providers and the advent of internet transactions was the final naik- all of this went from very profitable Sub Post offices to loss making within about an 18 months period.

@AnimarchyYT so, Genuine question, because I keep seeing this and those "lawnpirate" situations in the US... Do your delivery people just leave your **** at the door? Like, is this the norm? Because here, when I'm not home, I get a little note in my postbox to pickup my **** at the postoffice

@AfricanIcarus @PostOffice Hi, we are reaching out to you again. Please provide us with your address details in Cape Town. We wish to make you aware that we are required to keep parcels at our branches for a specific period. If you fail to collect by that time, we will return them to the sender.

@EdwardJDavey Have you apologised to every single postmaster wronged by the @PostOffice for completely ignoring them when they sought your help and then trousered $250 k from the solicitors acting on their behalf?

  • coachpolarbear
    Is Treasa Tuath (@coachpolarbear) reported

@DonaldPond6 @MRSMLH @PostOffice Because they want to force the closure of all physical post offices. It’s how they privatised and butchered the postal service from the start.
