    @PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

    @PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

    @PostOffice not the best Customer service when you cancel pick up due to the weather. But there is no way to rebook because error code. 60 minute items on hold to a phone number that charges 5 p a mi. Fantastic!!!!!

    How I can talk to someone at a management level who can deal with the problems with our PostOffice landline. It's been down for nearly 2 months and no one @PostOffice is able to tell us when it will be fixed. Have spoken to 3 different people on 0345 600 3210 to no avail 😞

    @PostOffice When are royal mail going to stop using the pandemic as an excuse for shocking service? ...1st failed delivery was failed at 3pm (yep, 2hrs after the 'guranteed' time and 2nd one today, when I was sitting at home... No card left, no knock on door. It's disgusting.

    @PostOffice I will do this but I think you need to look at this as a bigger more serious issue. Look at the appalling reviews. I’ve had problems with this PO every time - previously he refused to print proof of postage and another time when I printed my own PoP he refused to stamp it

    @PostOffice If contacting me means an e-mail to say they’ll look at my complaint within TEN DAYS that’s really not much use to my 15 year old who can’t join her on line classless. At a time like this there should be allowances made 😡😡

    @PostOffice what a shambles of a service three days later and first class letter still hasn't arrived. Full postage and address given what is the difference between 1st and 2nd class apart from huge increase in prices Time there was proper competition
