@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice your #insurance is awful to deal with, put in a claim last week and still awaiting car to be removed and told I cannot have a courtesy car due to a worldwide shortage #breachofcontract, 45 minutes to get through and still no answers given

@PostOffice Hi I've an issue feb 9th Gorleston high street post office I bought a iPhone app tunes card £100 the guy let me go away with it. When I got back my£100was taken and receipt says error 14card not activated and a refund will be refunded It's 14th feb I'm still waiting he said 24hrs
