    @PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

    @PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

    @PostOffice Charles Street PO, Sheffield refused to swap old stamps for new barcoded ones saying they'd already sent theirs (old ones) back. Server was rude and obnoxious to my mum (who doesn't use social media). Should they have swapped her stamps for her?

    I hate it when you ship an item online (after weight and packing it yourself) and a week later the postoffice is like- “You ****** it up, so we’re charging you more to cover the difference, thanks for using our services!” 🙄 It was only $5 extra but damn.
