Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

Kate Smith (@lucybod) reported@PostOffice why have you changed for oneline parcel sending program. It used to be so easy. Now I have had to wait for a Postoffice van to pick up a parcel when all I wanted to do was take it down to the Postoffice. There was no choice only pickup.

Been advised refund processed and PROMISED 5th working day I’d have my refund, nothing!! Useless! Will never use you again. Been such bad service.

John B Good (@HannanCade) reported@PostOffice Yes the photo was taken before I sent it. at 5:40pm The Post office workers came out to close and told them go leave but the youngsters were a bit mouthy at them. Would definitely suggest closing off the stairs at the back as lots of school kids and youth cause problems there

Apparently ended up Chelmsford but no further update. Recipient never received. Tried calling lots of tel nos but none take me to an operator. What r my options?
