@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice Hello, I've searched for my local branches on your website to find one that can print a label for a package but I can't see that service listed. Is it only certain branches that do this service?

@PostOffice we were charged incorrectly for a package but the post office were adamant it was not their issue. The scales stated 239g but the printed stamp stated 260g. The clerk seemed to state it was a system issue. Perry Barr Post Office B20 2QL

@PostOffice @flincauk From what i can gather you purchased a royal mail signed for service, this is not tracked and will be updated once delivery is attempted. If you required tracking you should have purchased a tracked service. When we sell car tax your contract is with dvla, in same way mail is rm

@PostOffice @DanTheTwatter Courtney - What about the rest of the network do you think they wouldn’t stock stationary? I can’t think of one branch that wouldn’t stock something as basic as a posting box

@PostOffice Yes now a letter saying to get refund from Mums bill to take documents to the post office . In the present situation this should be online . I have never experienced such terrible unsympathetic customer service . I am not taking my lovely Mums will to show it to a stranger
