@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@Payzone_UK @PostOffice Maybe try and find out why the post office is saying the machine is not working as I did go to top up tonight to be told machine not working. This is no good when I have had to come out after work to get a top up when I’ve been paid to be told I can’t top up.

@IndiaPostOffice i have already provided complete information by filling this whole form, i dont know why these employees harass customer by calling again n again to the postoffice for a very tiny work,i am already frustrated by circling these offices multiple times
