    @PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

    @PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

    @PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

    @PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

    We privatised the Post Office and left them to it. I did not receive 8 Xmas cards and a cheque for £170. What did they do with them? The PO is now ****. Where is the government's duty of care? They don't give a **** either. @PostOffice @Keir_Starmer

    @PostOffice Orpington. After five minutes in a long line the poor girl at the counter had to abandon post to deal with parcel collection. I gave up then. Given the length of the queue, a half-hour was optimistic.

    @GOVUK who owns @PostOffice has not only subjected Postmasters to litigation abuse, contributed to the stress & death of some, but it has failed to return monies Postmasters also paid? #DearGB wake ******** up to the corruption of UK Govt. Doesnt matter what party leads, same 💩

    @PatrickNeylan @PostOffice Unfortunately staff shortages do happen. Staff have to man the self service kiosks too so if there is only one person on, they turn them off. A little empathy wouldn't go amiss here...

    @taffgall @PostOffice So you didnt fill out a customs form but you expect compensation? Why do you think this is a Post Office problem? Its not, it's Royal Mail who will laugh at you if you ask for compensation when you didnt fill out a customs form.

    @PostOffice pay 30 pounds of the service an as expected not arriving on time. The staff specially mentioned it will arrive next day and uses DPD exclusive service. Yet it is delay do unknown reason, is this consider to be false advertising? I need some form of compensation

    @LilywhiteSimon I tried again (on different devices) and still wouldn’t work for me, so I gave up and bought elsewhere. I try to support my local @PostOffice but the website has wasted far too much of my time today.

    @CorvusCrypto @MichaelAArouet And we had it long vefore USA. Not sure they have any digital pqyment service today? Not long ago they had to pick their sallary out from the bank/postoffice every month.
