@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@c_embo @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice You’d think they’d do that, but no. Before sending, I expressed my asked in the PO if normal service had resumed and they said yes. I called RM yesterday and they gave a different story. To check the bulletin on their website

@PostOffice What a joke. Bangor Gwynedd now has just ONE PO to serve acmassive community and one that includes Bangor University. How wonderful. With Halifax bank closing down too the PO will have so much work. Give me a good reason as to why YOU the PO have decided this happens

@mptickner @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp When an item is accepted for posting at a Post Office, the item is accepted as an agent on behalf of Royal Mail. There is no contract between you and Post Office Ltd. What service did you use? Signed For? That's not tracked anyway.

@PostOffice Today, around midday. Several others turned up with parcels too. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great that it looks like we’ve got a permanent PO in town. But… frustratingly poor comms as no pre-warning notices on past visits.
