@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice hello, how can I make a complaint about my local post office? Every time I go they are unable to do anything because they don't have staff so the post office is shut, but this happens every Saturday and evening when it's the only time I can go....

@RoyalMailHelp so... IOSS is not available to the Canary Islands, according to your website. So is it just not needed? Or will our customer be taxed locally because we cannot provide it? Presumably one reason why your click&drop labels to Canaries won't scan @PostOffice

@PostOffice Nope! They just said they couldn't do it. It was probably as she was too busy talking to her mate and couldn't be bothered... often seems to be the case in there! I think a undercover customer is needed in there for you to realise how rude they can be!

@VirginMoney @NeepyW To combat money laundering and fraud, the FCA has put pressure on the banks to improve their controls. This means that a majority of banks are now introducing these types of limits on their accounts. This is not down to @postoffice at all.
