@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

So @PostOffice got few parcels for me but their postman never leaves me a red card so I can’t track them and get a delivery 😤

Fuming 6 of 10 parcels sent 10 days ago have not been received I have used @PostOffice to support them but this is ridiculous and cannot report them missing till 11th day @PostOffice you need to get your act together and sort, these should have been received in 24/48 hrs

And the worst thing about all this is: your members and customers are quickly losing faith in a “building society” that is the only “bank” on the High Street that has no banking deal with @PostOffice . I don’t know why I joined you. I’m leaving once I can get help for my o/d ..

@hackneygazette Good luck with that one if you live around Broadway Market/London Fields since the #postoffice shut down 2 years ago for refurbishment by landlord, with a promise to return. Apparently, the counter didn’t fit! @mayorofhackney wrote letter 7 months ago, but no response reported.

@PostOffice You stated tracking number, Signed for is not tracked.... It a proof of delivery reference number, It is misinformation to the customer on the parameters of what the service actually offers.

@Raceolly @PeterBu21208777 Surely the post office have a duty of care / responsibility when a elderly (maybe vulnerable) customer comes in and withdraws her life savings in cash? Especially if driven to PO by the roofer. I know it’s her money etc but you would have hoped for more from @PostOffice
