@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Not contacting anyone, there is no point I am just voicing my disappointment that after paying almost £40 for the "service" and I use the term loosely, between you all you can't literally Deliver the goods.

@charlotteleeigh @PostOffice @WHSmith Oh no! That’s awful! Yeah it was just so unnecessary of the Post Office bloke. Our local Royal Mail post man is lovely. He always waves and is really friendly. It’s Hermes we have the problem with round here. They lost 6 and smashed 2 of mums in lockdown.

@PostOffice Hi Courtney thanks for your reply. It's the Bruce Grove branch, the staff were behind the counter, do they get tested regularly, otherwise there are at least 5 people sharing a small space. Very poor air circulation too.

There is no excuse for the inept service of the @usps. I mailed packages Dec. 1st with tracking and two of them are completely missing in action 23 days later. One is to someone who is all alone at Christmastime. And now I don't know if the package will arrive at all. #postoffice

Really? Over three weeks to deliver a package 350 miles? @USPSHelp @USPS I could have WALKED there and back in less time than this. #postoffice #uspsoperationsanta lol Santa ain't coming this year I guess. 0/10 service.

@PostOffice hi, is it common practice for drop & go items to be left sitting for 48 hours before being processed? I get it’s busy but really this is terrible service!! (2nd time it’s happened and I’ve only used the service for 5/6 weeks)

@PostOffice It’s the main branch, Unicorn Way, Glenrothes, Fife. Definitely never been made aware. 48+ hours is not acceptable.

@PostOffice Behind the counter, all customer-facing. I understand they can't force people, but they should at least mention it to them. It's the Peckham Road branch. I had to post something today and felt extremely unsafe, as there were 5 people this morning in the queue inside without masks

@sam_angelina22 @PostOffice @WHSmith Write a direct letter of complaint to the Chief Executive of Royal Mail. They hate it but you do get a response.
