@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@lucyallan @PostOffice Can you ask him why no-one from Post Office security or NFSP has been arrested yet? Justice doesn't mean fight over compensation and move on, justice means settle things for the victims AND find those responsible for the damage!

Surely, in any context, it's better for the govt to settle. ANY context. P.S. it's Christmas. At least tell them they'll be getting paid by end of Jan 22

After paying for ‘1st Class - Signed For Delivery’ on the 10th December I am very disappointed with @RoyalMail @PostOffice for not delivering a birthday card and gift to my niece for her birthday TODAY 🙁 Why offer and charge for this service if you can’t deliver on time?
