@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They sent a letter asking for docs with 21 day deadline, sent within 2 or 3. Returned them on 19/7. Then on 28/7 said I have not supplied. Told on phone issue due to processing, because of covid.....!?! So you guys messed up, but I have to jump through hoops to do it again!?!

@IndiaPostOffice I do not understand how can you close the complaint without even enquiring? I am unable to reach Indian Post helpline number therefore I registered the complaint. I had posted a postcard from Hikkim postoffice to Lucknow Post Office 226016, but haven't recieved.
