WHAT A SHITSHOW.
-
buggrit (@macmeonly) reported@SarahJa28484793 @PostOffice @TVNaga01 The Post Office and Royal Mail are two separate organisations. Just to let you know who to blame next. The Amazon service is good, but unregulated by the government - hence they get away with slave labour.
-
Craig Stevens (@csnevs) reported@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Point is you are promising a service you can’t fulfill if your delivery is handled by a partner that is out of control

Cerys Owens (@CerysOwens78) reported@PostOffice really hoping you can help out a poor confused Christmas elf. I placed an order on my Mum's behalf and stupidly mixed both addresses as one. So my street name, but her town and postcode. Not track and trace. Is there anything we can do to get it for Christmas?
-
Chris Kearney (@chriskearney7) reported@PostOffice Absolute rubbish. I’ve had parcel due from M&S and for well over a week it’s been stuck at South Yorkshire PSC. No updates on T&T. Gave Royal Mail help the tracking number and had no response. Everything I’ve ordered from other organisation not using RM has arrived as planned.

pamela wallace (@PAMMYW68) reported@PostOffice complaint re telecomms support to vulnerable father in law. Really poor customer service. Who can I contact urgently. Support on phone has been below adequate for someone who lives alone with only a landline which has the same fault again
