Boscombe @PostOffice. Shop assistant wearing no mask, happily helping a customer with the photocopier. Maybe @BCPCouncil & @dorsetpolice should take a look.

  • TirEoghain59 Bourneirish (@TirEoghain59) reported from Christchurch, England

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

  • Brynwales Bryn Jones🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧🇪🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@Brynwales) reported from East Cowes, England

    @coldhardfacts7 @PostOffice @DVLAgovuk Richard I asked a question I didn't require abuse #idiot

Wow - it never gets any easier listening to the voices of people falsely accused of theft and jailed. Shocking, heads need to roll #Panorama #PostOffice 😡

  • PipRichardson Pip Richardson (@PipRichardson) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice seriously can’t believe you are not allowed to lend pens out to customers because of #COVID__19 . #gooddeedforday just lent another customer my pen! She was so grateful ... #littiethings that matter !

  • KeithMitchell_ Keith Mitchell (@KeithMitchell_) reported from East Cowes, England

Travelling need to redirect mail from a temporary address at end of redirecting period on line @PostOffice and @RoyalMail #CustomerService appalling can’t help me complete waste of time

  • JulesFM Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

  • TirEoghain59 Bourneirish (@TirEoghain59) reported from Christchurch, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

  • ShellLovesCats Shell. Ice Skating Is The Best (@ShellLovesCats) reported from Lymington, England

@PostOffice is there a known issue with post office broadband? Went down half hr ago, comes back briefly few mins at most with weak signal then gone again

  • rahim94 Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦 (@rahim94) reported from Southampton, England

@_bowandarrows_ @PostOffice meh... I'm done with them. there's bigger issues atm as you've probably seen recently

  • JulesFM Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

  • joypaincity Paul (@joypaincity) reported

@PostOffice my 84 elderly neighbour lives alone and is vulnerable. He pays phone bills to you. I emailed you 3 weeks ago to say he needs your help urgently. Can’t speak to family etc and you have completely ignored me and him. Please help!

  • ClareSommer Clare (@ClareSommer) reported

@PostOffice I ordered stamps on the 4th of December and they never turned up, I’d like a refund please. I can message you the order no. etc. Shocking service.

  • NewPOGuy Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported

@AidyHenn @UlsterBank_Help @PostOffice I believe at the PO centre they would check the dispatch card with the cheques received so they then know if all have got there. The only chance of it going missing and there not being a paper trail would be through the Royal Mail network, which is mostly secure for this.

  • AidyHenn Adrian Henning (@AidyHenn) reported

@UlsterBank_Help @PostOffice Thanks. I had already read through that. I volunteer for a local credit union & our members' cheques we lodged at post office have gone missing. (My wife also had same issue with personal cheque going missing). So really I'm extremely interested to know how the process is secure?

  • AidyHenn Adrian Henning (@AidyHenn) reported

@UlsterBank_Help @PostOffice Issue with wife's personal cheque 'resolved', as in had to (embarrassingly)contact person who wrote it to cancel it because you could not locate it. So again, can you explain how this process is secure from lodging at post office to being processed bank?

  • CarlosD01814644 Carlos De Oliveira (@CarlosD01814644) reported

@PostOffice can someone tell me if a working emotional support dog, verified and wearing his legal harness is or is he not allowed in ALL of post offices? Just had a surprise when on Hackney road I was told my dog wasn’t allowed. It’s a disgrace !

  • EveK1979 Eve Keith (@EveK1979) reported

@MoorgateMermaid @PostOffice Feels wrong to class post as unnecessary, plus there would be some capacity issues around only offering self service.

  • siany_d Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported

@taylancc @PostOffice Did you pay for the appropriate service to compensate in the event of loss of damage

  • GrantRennie37 Grant Rennie (@GrantRennie37) reported

@PostOffice I have a branch counter service issue that I'd like to enquire about, and would appreciate a message back. Thank you kindly

  • ThomasB472 Thomas Brookes (@ThomasB472) reported

@PostOffice Is the nearest branch with self service Standishgate?
