@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@sam_angelina22 @PostOffice @WHSmith Write a letter of complaint. I don't know if people really write these things any more or whether it's too old-fashioned, but it makes you feel better if nothing else.

3 parcels to send & a queue outside the @PostOffice, so I pay for & print the labels. @RoyalMail website says "Drop off a prepaid item" at a "Customer Service Point" round the corner. Fantastic! Except... "Oh no, we can't take those here, go to the Post Office." 😡

@PostOffice And in service do I write 2nd class International standard International tracked I feel like it's obvious but also not at the same time As there's no drop down options, I could just write anything and what if it's slightly wrong?
