@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

Asked for a Manager to call me to explain how their finance processes allowed this to happen and was told that ‘due to WFH for covid, no manager @PostOffice has the ability to call a customer’ WOW! Pretty nervous about what their finance compliance / processes could be like!

I've additional charge of @SavingFirozabad. Pariyar sub-postoffice is located far from headoffice & provide service to ravine villages, but there were no savings agent. I appointed 2 agents in this post office & selected ravine Pariyar village for #BachatGram (#SavingsVillage).

@penguinteamsix @TheFace54827776 MS in the enterprise - at the time - was a joke. It was just terrible. Not talking the workstations, or office automation, but everything else was terrible. Exchange simply could not deal with more than about 100 users. Had NO way of dealing with multi postoffice servers.
