@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@Rantsofus1 @DiverseLearners @PostOffice The Post Office Twitter team has informed me that my #SwapOut letter could have been given proof of postage. That was the issue in my original tweet. I would assume that a major change to how customers pay for postage would have been common knowledge to PO staff.

@CobboldMassive @RoyalMailHelp Separate organisations since 2012, but POs should be accepting LL that don't need custom declarations if sent standard airmail. @PostOffice should be able to help more

The fact that I have to open an investigation with the @PostOffice when it’s YOUR JOB @RoyalMail to collect parcels and process them is just disgusting Your claims process is vile @RoyalMailHelp pure deflection. No customer care. I have jumped through hoops for 2 months 🤬

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Thanks, I figured it out in the end (and also realised I'd been taken to RM rather than PO website sorry). You can remove the collection in basket, but for some reason you are forced to select a collection date first 🤨. Very poor UX.

@PostOffice trying to buy postage online. I want to drop to my local post office, but the only option I seem to be given is to have it collected. That doesn't work for me. How can I buy online and drop at PO?

Are @RoyalMail scamming the @PostOffice ? Why are International Parcel services now only available through RM website and not PO counters? How much revenue are PO losing? How will non digital users (e.g elders) manage? When will normal service on International parcels be resumed?
