@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice is there a known issue with post office broadband? Went down half hr ago, comes back briefly few mins at most with weak signal then gone again

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@PostOffice They said that they weren’t posting to America, only Europe, so if they took it it would only end up sitting in a pile of envelopes. I appreciate C19 is making things difficult, so this isn’t a complaint by any means. but I only want to send my friend her bday card & present

It’s a bit odd that we leave @PostOffice broadband for bt and in the 2 week wait for bt our internet has been slowed to a snails pace. If they are slowing it down on purpose its disgusting. Can’t wait for by. Nobody go with them they treat you like it’s free no 37 quid.

@RoyalMailHelp @MichelleSupper @PostOffice Hi, I have also just tried to send a package to America and have been turned away, but the USA isn’t on that list as having issues with posting to. The last update (in 2020) says everything is fine.

bloody cantankerous postman @PostOffice i was a sleep went to window said just leave the parcels on the step . he said ok got dressed got down to nothing left there. not even a note to pick them up from the office

@PostOffice I did, I spoke with a lady on the phone, she said that the fault lay with the Post Office staff who shouldn’t have sold that particular service on 15th December saying it was 5 day delivery guaranteed. The package has now arrived - but it was very late for Christmas.
