@PostOffice seriously can’t believe you are not allowed to lend pens out to customers because of #COVID__19 . #gooddeedforday just lent another customer my pen! She was so grateful ... #littiethings that matter !

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice @RoyalMail should be though, should be one big public communications network fit for the 21st century rather than a cash cow for a few.

@PostOffice @decappeal @BBCCiN Charity is always good. BUT Pay your workers more than min. wage. Re-open branches, you are supposed to be a public service. Get your bloody act together for all the postmasters/mistresses you lied about, accused, prosecuted and helped imprison. You’re a damned disgrace.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Do you know what one of the most common questions in our town facebook group is? Is the post office actually open today? It's so short staffed so often, despite being in a WHSmiths, that they resort to handwritten signs about opening hours and we never trust it's open at all.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail That, and properly compensating the poor souls you put through hell with that dodgy system.

@byewig1921 @PostOffice @RoyalMail People should have been jailed for that debacle .it was clear the chance of so many being dishonest was remote so the problem was likely to be the system .it was .

@PostOffice @viltrumyte wrong. service was founded in 1516, and the name “general post office” and “post office corporation” were the legal names of what is now known as Royal Mail. your company was founded in 1987 as a subsidiary of Royal Mail that just looked after the shops.
