@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice is there a known issue with post office broadband? Went down half hr ago, comes back briefly few mins at most with weak signal then gone again

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice @postoffice has passed the job to @OpenreachHelp & will update tomorrow. This was already supposed to have been done. Doesn’t sound hopeful for getting problem fixed tomorrow so mom will remain #AtRisk without her #careline & landline with no idea when it will get fixed 😔😖

@PostOffice hi I ordered an item from a Sheffield a business in Deepcar, it was posted/tracked on 1st Dec Togo to Doncaster, still not arrived, have you problems with deliveries in that area

So my parcel has at last moved @PostOffice have managed to move it 385 miles with in the UK in one week! We pay premium prices for a service but all we get is this shoddy one.

@PostOffice and @RoyalMailHelp I had an issue with two of your team, made a formal complaint to Royal Mail, who passed the buck to the Post Office, Who passed it straight back! You both had time to respond to tell me it's your not responsibility, but not time to address my issue?

Been in line for 45 min (so far) at the @USPS in a large city (Boston) because there is only 1 (!!) window open & the self service kiosk is out of order. Great customer service there. 👍 #usps #postoffice #boston Come on, you want people to use the USPS; have employees there.

@PostOffice I am not interested in excuses. This branch has places for four members of staff and I have never seen more than two. I was there on Tuesday the queue nearly went out the front entrance of Tesco and the Branch is a long way from the front entrance of Tesco.

Hey, I've just been around the to Whiteley Co - op would who provide a Post Office service. On the door it says 'If the store is open, we're open which isn't the case as I've just been around there and they're shut. Any reasoning for this? @PostOffice

@PostOffice It is disgusting the way the post office treats the people who are paying for it with their taxes. Customer services line non-existent,, all the main post office branches closed where I live, atrocious customer services.
