@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Will you be reimbursing the poor victims of all this who had to pay Post Office Ltd money that they never stole in the first place, let alone the compensation they should receive? Despicable.

Appalled at the treatment of postmasters by the @PostOffice ,commend @BBCPanorama again for its diligence In investigating a serious flaw in the system. @PaulaVennells1 at best your refusal to answer questions is worrying, at worst negligence in the extreme #PostOfficeScandal

@grogs0n @PostOffice Do you know, I like that idea... A dedicated email address, small old pc and printer, a nominal fee covering cost of ink and paper... I'm going to look into offering such a service at my PO. I think that could work well... Thank you for the suggestion.

@Caldale58 @nickwallis @PostOffice A leopard will never change its spots. I’m a postmistress and I’m one of hundreds that have had a letter through my door to say they’ll be paying me £2000 less for doing exactly the same work. Queue a large number of post office branch closures and strikes very soon!

The Post Office scandal is off the scale - accused by their employer of fraud because the employers computer system was flawed, the employer pursued them to prison & refused to admit any problems for years. What a shameful organisation @PostOffice is

@pjm1kbw @RidgeWW1 @PostOffice This may be jaded, but isn't an inquiry going to run up against the usual problems of attribution in a large corporation and a lengthy Maxwellisation process? Would rather spend the money on compensating the victims while undertaking a thorough review of private prosecutions.

@leebbailey @PostOffice It’s heartbreaking. These poor people - many who were probably seen as pillars of their community - their lives broken apart; shattered. Utterly devastating. Today is vindication, but at what cost?

@pjm1kbw @PostOffice Horrendously sad. A huge injustice against some very lovely people. Very sad to see how understandably broken they all are 💔

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Piss off. Its not some terrible mistake. It was deliberate. Your organisation deliberately allowed people's lives to be ruined knowing they were innocent. #PostOfficeScandal
