@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

  • ADAM1274 Mr P (@ADAM1274) reported from Bournemouth, England

Wow - it never gets any easier listening to the voices of people falsely accused of theft and jailed. Shocking, heads need to roll #Panorama #PostOffice 😡

  • JulesFM Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

  • PipRichardson Pip Richardson (@PipRichardson) reported from Southampton, England

@PostOffice seriously can’t believe you are not allowed to lend pens out to customers because of #COVID__19 . #gooddeedforday just lent another customer my pen! She was so grateful ... #littiethings that matter !

  • TirEoghain59 Bourneirish (@TirEoghain59) reported from Christchurch, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

The post offices refuse because they say royal mail don't pay them anything for them. Royal mail have just posted huge profits, yet costs to customers has increased and quality of service decreased. @PostOffice

  • stevenmorrish Steven (@stevenmorrish) reported

@NewPOGuy @PostOffice @dongle1 At our branch we had a customer come back as their cheque had not arrived with the bank, they contacted NatWest who said that a paying slip SHOULD have been put in the envelope, and the Post Office should be telling people to do so,So there is mis communication somewhere for sure

  • NewPOGuy Post Office ≠ Royal Mail (@NewPOGuy) reported

@power_of_h @PostOffice They would've paid a lot of attention to a wedding ring as we have to make sure the customer is informed about their options regarding compensation. The message will say this till it is signed for at the other end due to you only buying Signed For, not Special Delivery (tracked).

The @PostOffice are refusing to engage with people about the forced takeover of their broadband & telephone service by @Shell on the 16th of March, when they only informed their customers on 7th March. Is it legal to force the takeover on people who have no wish to support them?

  • Niam2810 Emily Richards-Littlefield (@Niam2810) reported

@JimJamGin @PostOffice I'm curious, why would you be liable for costs for an account that isn't in your name? And how is that an issue for the post office?
