@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice Thanks but the website kept falling over with an error message, my complaint is lengthy and involves missing cheques. Can it only be submitted this way?

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@joejoinerr @PostOffice No more charity tins, no more buskers, car boots, couple of quid for the homeless, no more bob-a-job, no more TOOTH FAIRY, the list is endless and you have not thought past the end of your nose. It would be ****.

@UltimoMondo @PostOffice Not irrelevant but their lives would be an awful lot simpler if they learnt how to use technology if they are housebound. It’s not like they haven’t had 40 years to learn. Be less likely to be ripped off by the person collecting their cash too. Also wonder how they spend it?

People that work at the postoffice say. It is a zoo! They say it has to be one of the worst places in the world to work! They get paid to deliver packages within a certain time frame and if it takes you longer, then it is on your own time, even if it is Christmas.

@PostOffice @lashes64 Bad campaign with ulterior motives. The post office is so bad they have to resort to this level to ensure cash is still used, and their poor planning not exposed. Too late.
