@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@AmazonHelp I have had repeated discussions with people I’ll equipped to engage in common sense and customer service. The 1 return label was not scanned by @PostOffice because they will only do one at a time.

@PostOffice I have been let down again by your incompetence supplying travel money - The postman didn’t leave it at the post office - As a result I have had to buy it at over counter rate and wait 5 days for a refund never ever again. Very poor and unreliable

@PostOffice Can't get through to anyone on your 24 hour medical emergency line for my travel insurance. Used up all my phone credit trying to do so. 24 hour support? Good joke. How do I get talking to someone about this? Need to know how I go about seeing a specialist.

@ShellEnergyHome parents have just found out their post office broadband is with you now. Their bb is not working and they can’t get in touch with you to sort it @PostOffice being unhelpful.
