I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

Jules Field (@JulesFM) reported from Southampton, England@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

Some idiot driver delivered to 131 instead of 113 in our road, then disappeared. Promises of help amounting to nothing. We need those passports for work, not holiday. Bloody livid!
