@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@mrdaveyjames @PostOffice @RoyalMail Unfortunately Davey that is not a return label. To use that sort of label you have a Royal Mail account and it must come with a posting docket. You’ll need to go back to the seller I’m afraid. If they use the proper eBay returns service you’ll get the correct label.

@PostOffice I just had a call from a London number saying I had a parcel waiting to be delivered, and I had to pay £1.55. The nice lady said she was calling from you? I take it I was right to hang up before giving her my card details?
