@PostOffice @RoyalMail have been hopeless and totally lacking in any form of customer service 😞 as I said they have sent a very important document addressed to Ireland but they tell me has gone to Canada and tell me they cannot do anything till after 11th November

@PostOffice I sent my father's will. Via Royal Mail to Ireland @RoyalMail sent it to Canada!! I don't think sending it to the wrong continent is a service you widely advertise, but I now fear it is

@PostOffice After Amzn repeatedly sending stock responses teaching me how to use pickup locations, I finally got their "the customer is well pissed off" stock response, which asked me to call them. I've explained in words of 1 syllable & they are going to look into it. Will let you know!

@PostOffice They still show as an option, but when you select that particular one it then fails to appear as where you want it delivered to. Not just me, happens to others too. Other POs seem fine (e.g. Portswood down the road).

@WyndySascha @edwest My old postmaster Julian Wilson was convicted. He died of cancer before his conviction was overturned. He died a broken man, and his death was no doubt related to the hell @PostOffice put him through.

Watching @BBCPanorama last night you may have thought the level of distain for employees shown by @PostOffice would never happen again. @POferries then showed nothing changes and the corporate big players just don't care. Sad but true

@Dixon_Jones @panorama @PostOffice Horrible scandal for the UK. I think that the main failures were human though - the buggy software delivered bad data, but it was humans who decided what to do with that bad data. Terribly sad for all the victims.

@PostOffice the posties for our estate are consistently delivering to the wrong houses in recent weeks. We just got two letters through at the same time for different addresses. My wife’s new bank card was posted to the wrong house. How do I escalate this complaint?
