  • Lemontreemydear Jo Browse (@Lemontreemydear) reported

@BpBurnley @PostOffice That's actually quite an easy one. I used to work in a part of the Post Office that would track down addresses from virtually nothing! You'd be surprised how many letters get posted without any address at all. Really fun detective work.

  • C75Live Music + Art = C75 Live (@C75Live) reported

I've got an idea @PostOffice for these covid/self service times. Self scan parcel drops. I just queued for half an hour so a guy could scan the barcode on my parcel and give me the receipt/pop that printed out. If we can scan food in supermarkets why not that.

  • edwolves Mr Ed (@edwolves) reported

@PostOffice it's a real shame you make it so hard to contact your HO to speak to a real person about some seriously sad and bad customer service in one of your branches. I know times are tough and we're all busy. But it's so important you welcome face to face feedback. #customers

  • NotThatBigIan Ian Acheson (@NotThatBigIan) reported

@PostOffice telecoms, in a packed field yours is truly the most imbecilic & useless customer service I've ever encountered. Whose idea was it to troll customers on hold beyond their death w/the invitation to rate the experience? I'd rather howl into a yoghurt carton on a string.

  • popcultlover PopularCultureLover (@popcultlover) reported

@AdamHMatthews @PostOffice This is the same with all the other major shops in Walworth Rd - M&S, Tesco, Morrisons, Iceland, Boots, Superdrug, etc. All neglected, filthy outside/inside, badly stocked, terrible staff, etc. Wouldn’t happen even as close as SE1. A ******* disgrace how SE17 is treated.

  • BrooksNel Nel (@BrooksNel) reported

@L1A75 @PostOffice Yeah, every day people ask about passports or certification and we have to direct them to the nearest mains, who either are terrible at customer service or haven't had a single minute of training.
