@PostOffice Thank you Courtney. I am now told by the branch I have to be there before 5pm! This could be a problem for me. Does it really take 30minutes. I don't think so.

@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@INDhemant2021 Sir, It is to submit that, as of now, UPI payments like Paytm, Google Play, Phonepe are not available at Postoffice counters. However ,if customer has IPPB account, customer can pay the amount at counters by withdrawing the amount at counters itself.

@PostOffice Then lobby the government to lower the charges on card transactions for businesses. Or offer a service yourself. That is the future. I know many young people. Very few under 25 use cash. Old folk like me are dying, cash will die with that. As it should.

@PostOffice have send a parcel from London to India paying 150 pounds with 5 days guarantee delivery its been 10 days now and there is no update, plus customer service isnt reachable and there isnt any response to mails. Best service ever.

Good customer service can really make your day. Many thanks @PostOffice to the lady at Kilburn High Street who streamlined my application of renewing my driving licence. No long form to complete no passport photo to pay for taken in the post office and no postal order Thank you

IT affects everything we do know and we mock stupid breaches due to a weak passwords or a 10 year old CVE But @fujitsu_uk Horizion was horrifically bad, e.g. no logs showing remote log ons for a start, then @PostOffice just saving corporate face, having paid £1.2bn for it 6/7

However, we want to let our customers know that we are doing our best for them, in sometimes difficult situations,& that we, in PO’s really appreciate their support. &How else do we let customers know that RM are taking our customers.
