@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@laurieheykoop @PostOffice Hi Laurie, That's not our website. This is a known scam and we recommend reporting it right away. We would never contact you about a delivery, as this would be from Royal Mail only, and would generally be in the form of a card through your letter box. - Tom

Nearly an hour queuing at the @PostOffice to post a letter recorded delivery. 20 people in the queue - 2 people serving and currently both serving the same person! 4 self-service machines but all out of order.

@ruthcumming @PostOffice I notice the new management are also obstructing the footway with multiple signs that were never there before. They won't get my business in future due to this. If @BhamCityCouncil weren't so apathetic, signage obstructing the footway wouldn't be allowed.

@PostOffice Why DM? So its not public. I've posted hundreds of items. Problem is, the Post Office staff are now arguing over every item, saying that they can no longer even touch sides of the template, which is ridiculous. Just another way of upping your charges. Absolute robbery.

@PostOffice The paper one. The issue is that the Passport Office is saying that the information the Post Office provided us was incorrect. So we've paid for a service that was faulty. What do we do? Can we go to DM so I can explain more?

@jacobbadger @PostOffice It’s happened twice more to us in the last month or so, although those times were due to the handover process I think. No notice either time & one of us goes down that way most days of the week. We’ve started using other ones when out and about now, should’ve done that yesterday.
