@PostOffice Thank you Courtney. I am now told by the branch I have to be there before 5pm! This could be a problem for me. Does it really take 30minutes. I don't think so.

@PostOffice if a package keeps getting delivered to the wrong address and I get told to pick it up but I have no red card, as wrong address, and the woman at the depot is rude and doesn't believe its going to the wrong address so is unhelpful how am I meant to get my package??

@PostOffice Thanks Courtney. As I said in the video, I won’t be using the Royal Mail account again after I was driven out of the store yesterday and refused service. They have made it very difficult for my small businesses to even operate. I will await your reply to see if we can rectify
