@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@PostOffice Thank you Courtney. I am now told by the branch I have to be there before 5pm! This could be a problem for me. Does it really take 30minutes. I don't think so.

@Karishamgrover @PostOffice It's a regular problem with a lot of post offices but it's not the fault of the staff that work there that they don't have enough employees to help with the queues. Retraining won't help when people come in with large amounts of parcels of need to use a service that takes time.

The Post Office is an archaic and now expensive service which I can't wait to see be eradicated from the delivery market. Prices have sky rocketed, I need to wait in the freezing cold for an hour to post and the service is shocking. **** you @PostOffice.

@PostOffice Sending package of five miniature x 100c vodka in a presentation case. Told to break package down as only allowed three bottles per package despite limit being 2l. Repack 3x2 packages to be told it’s actually only 2 bottles per package allowed. Repack. Finally posted. Never again

@siany_d @PostOffice Not when I purchased using the business suite. It also doesn't explain why the royal mail customer service point hesitated to take the tracked items. It was made to fell like posting tracked items was putting them to great discomfort and 'not the usual way'

@jjfox123 @PostOffice @WhitchurchHants It was true (see photo). I asked today about it when I went in again. The person said it was suspended due to the mutated Covid outbreak. They said they would now take down the signs.

@LJBCrypto @PostOffice It isn't "new" paperwork though. It is paperwork that every post office should have a stock of and when I've had to ship to China have stuck it in at the same time as the bar code. Suspect you and your local post office are looking for problems that suit your narrative.
