@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@PostOffice Thank you Courtney. I am now told by the branch I have to be there before 5pm! This could be a problem for me. Does it really take 30minutes. I don't think so.

@PostOffice An update on this issue. Chantry post office in Ipswich found that the tablet would only work if they went outside the back door when it was trying to submit to DVLA. Sounds like a reception issue inside some post offices.

Hey @PostOffice Your tracking facility is crap... web and app both not working. What did I pay for if cannot actually track my parcel? Utterly inadequate. How do I get a refund?

@PostOffice Sorry, I wasn't clear. They are offering the service but they are saying it can't be done as my photocard licence has expired and I don't have a reminder letter. Thanks for the prompt replies.

Take money out the @PostOffice cash machine all twenty notes, go in post office pay bills & ask for ten pound notes make it easier sort money, get told we can't change notes, how hard is it to change a note to help pnake things easier for people who struggle

@PostOffice It’s a very regular issue, they are ALWAYS short staffed, even before the pandemic. Lucky if there’s 3 on but right now Its been at least 30 minutes and the poor staff member is still on her own. It really isn’t fair on them, I don’t get how years later it’s still going on.
