@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

A small package was posted from EastGrinstead to Pinner for a volunteer to bring, to help kids in Africa @RoyalMail @PostOffice, but a fortnight later it has still not arrived. What recourse is there? Feeling sad as the PostOffice is not what it once was😢

@PostOffice is there anything I can do about missing mail? Over the years I have the odd credit card statement that vanishes, the bank never seems to care. But it is a worry to me that mail has gone astray. And since October I have ordered 6 Lego catalogues, none have arrived.

The @PostOffice thought that 2000 employees had suddenly gone rogue traders overnight after the introduction of a new accountancy software and they never once thought that’s an us problem??? The stories are heartbreaking.
