@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

  • timmoncaster Timmy two chins™️©️®️🏳️‍🌈 (@timmoncaster) reported from Whitwell, England

@coopuk yet again no one to work post office local on the #whitwell branch on a Friday night! Why offer a service then not have staff to work the service @PostOffice

  • helenfrancesbul helenfrancesbull (@helenfrancesbul) reported from Sheffield, England

TGIF... it's been a funny old week! Lessons learned... "treat people as you wish to be treated" I'd like to acknowledge Liz @Tesco for her exceptional customer service skills & will refrain from shaming the unhelpful/rude woman at @PostOffice #customerservice

  • Jayneebell Jayne Horspool (@Jayneebell) reported from Hucknall under Huthwaite, England

@PostOffice Thank you Courtney. I am now told by the branch I have to be there before 5pm! This could be a problem for me. Does it really take 30minutes. I don't think so.

  • AllThingsDecor_ All Things Decor Ltd (@AllThingsDecor_) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, England

@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

  • kelly_tengi Kelly (@kelly_tengi) reported from Sheffield, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

  • brodiejay2 jill clarke (@brodiejay2) reported from Annesley, England

@PostOffice I need a number for Sutton in ashfield branch . There is no option anywhere for the nature of my complaint . Or a message back please .

  • kecradan Kevin Daniels (@kecradan) reported

@theJeremyVine It really isn't nice to listen to people breaking down whom have been royally shafted by the @PostOffice Persons should be incarcerated. Great show 👍

  • jarede Jared Evans (@jarede) reported

@davidallengreen @PostOffice It was insane that the otherwise relatively successful CEO of the FAW seemed to want to employ the former HR person from the Post Office. **** knows what was going through his head at that moment.

  • saj__azim ZAYN (@saj__azim) reported from Southport, England

Wasn’t in my office last week did go in on Saturday hope my boss hasn’t messed anything up to make me look bad @PostOffice #ManCity #bwfc #mondaythoughts

  • Jakdaw09 Jeff Kaye (@Jakdaw09) reported

@davidallengreen @PostOffice Post Office culture, as for all companies, will be set by the person at the top and the Board. This is the basis of the corporation and the PO showed the basest of cultures in defending bad products/systems against the heart of the business - its people.

  • MartinHallam Martin Hallam (@MartinHallam) reported

@davidallengreen @PostOffice Someone at @PostOffice gave the order that its reputation must be preserved at all costs. Where is that reputation now, pray? Under a heap of destroyed livelihoods and reputations that could have been saved at the outset by one admission. “There is a problem. We will correct it.”

  • phalgunishah2 love for animals (@phalgunishah2) reported

@PostOffice I went to post office to open new rd account, backened person told me new account will be opened once lockdown is over Pls help

  • mjj122 Michael Jennings (@mjj122) reported

@davidallengreen @PostOffice And innocent people went to prison due to these horrible decisions made by people for bad reasons. Justice requires that the people who made the horrible decitions for bad reasons get the same fate.

  • intuitionismRus Neil Davies (@intuitionismRus) reported

@davidallengreen @PostOffice Where are the professional bodies here? Individuals are likely to have broken the ethical rules in supporting this - they should loose accreditation; professional bodies could easily loose legitimacy without appropriate action

  • amidgley Adrian Midgley (@amidgley) reported

@davidallengreen @PostOffice The software was closed source. Open Source software, even in public life, is not a panacea, and does not guarantee anyone will find or correct errors, but ... Open Source software prevents anyone from preventing anyone from examining it for errors and identifying them.

  • access2maths Sarah Mason (@access2maths) reported

Email hasn’t worked all day. @PostOffice @ShellEnergyHome is this what I’m to expect now? Very poor.
