After many years of buying insurance from @PostOffice we have tried to amend, + then cancel a policy that has not yet started, to be told it's not possible, and that the @PostOffice will keep our £568 for a service they will not be providing. #disgrace #ripoff #postoffice

@robuttley @PostOffice My local PO always has the more common foreign currencies, and it hasn't been a problem to pop in for USD or EUR without pre-ordering. Failing that, are if your local Tesco has a bureau de change.

@Rajeev_GoI everytime I go to postoffice, server is down. Same with most govt depts. Will @BlueDart_ ever say server is down? Efficiency? Helplessness? Entire govt back end should be put on cloud ofpvt cos. Only way out

@SaveBrontePO @PostOffice That sign is regularly displayed in Haworth coop and when asked it is always put down to staff not being trained. You would have thought they had plenty of time now to train! Clearly not a priority for @coopuk
