@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@PostOffice Yes they told me they cant help and need to contact issuer of cheque cancel and they are saying if I do that will take 12 weeks. I don't think this is fair when it was paid into my account via one of your GPO's and I have a receipt with details.

@Fox_Claire Initially thought you greedy sods! We need to ask a serious question do you want an automated life? Supermarkets no cash & only self service= no actual people Postoffice now also wanting automation & post hubs Railways no staff? Police automated contact? Where will everyone work?

@PostOffice had to do one of those official complaint forms online, the message came back that it can take time to resolve, pretty sure 2 months has passed. That’s seeming rather slow. Any other way I can get this dealt with please?

@PostOffice almost 12 weeks to deal with a straight forward claim still not resolved. Repeatedly asking for the same information via email. Can't get through on the phones - couldn't get through when I had an issue on holiday either. Worst travel insurance I've ever had!
