@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice why send me updates to say I can pick my parcel from GlebeFarmPO, when I get there it’s closed!Shutters are down & padlocked.I asked nearby shops who confirmed that this branch had issues and maybe closed! I have rang and visited 4 times! I’m fuming and disappointed!

@PostOffice how come your in store exchange rate is so poor? 1.09 dollar to GBP in store and 1.21 online. Absolute rip-off in store and total profiteering. Will never use your in store service again after this.

DO NOT use @PostOffice Travel Card for your holiday money - bad advice = my son was charged $83 for taking out $160 and yesterday their system randomly changed the currency on his card from GBP to USD losing £10 in the process. It takes six weeks to look at a complaint AVOID

@IndiaPostOffice why tollfree is not working? Why rakhis sent through speed post not delivered yet? It's just from gurgaon to rohtak and Gurugram to ambala...contact nos. available of S.O. are not working even...just joke going on...courier services r better than postoffice
