@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

TGIF... it's been a funny old week! Lessons learned... "treat people as you wish to be treated" I'd like to acknowledge Liz @Tesco for her exceptional customer service skills & will refrain from shaming the unhelpful/rude woman at @PostOffice #customerservice

Jayne Horspool (@Jayneebell) reported from Hucknall under Huthwaite, England
@PostOffice Thank you Courtney. I am now told by the branch I have to be there before 5pm! This could be a problem for me. Does it really take 30minutes. I don't think so.

@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@coopuk yet again no one to work post office local on the #whitwell branch on a Friday night! Why offer a service then not have staff to work the service @PostOffice

Kelly (@kelly_tengi) reported from Sheffield, England
@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice Hi :) tried to renew a licence at your Babington Lane PO Derby today. The system is down! Is the Swadlincote PO's system down too? When will they back up and running?

@siany_d @PostOffice Sian, it should be sufficient to prevent damage if handled normally. The force taken to split both front and back hard covers as well as distorting every page in the book is beyond anything you would expect , particularly as the padded envelope and bubble wrap were intact !!

@PostOffice Totally support this!!

Roo the Tog - Anticontagionist (@rsdrussell) reported
@bluedaysomeday @PostOffice The fact that you can’t see the issue with every single transaction will be monitored and recorded is the issue. Take a moment and consider what a world without cash and coin would look like.
-
Siân Davis (@siany_d) reported
@laurasaur_790 @PostOffice It is not a service post office provide

Roo the Tog - Anticontagionist (@rsdrussell) reported
@bluedaysomeday @trent900uk @PostOffice And what will the world look like when every single transaction is logged and recorded? No cash and coin, no ‘black market’? Do you think they’ll build more hospitals and schools from the new revenue streams earned?! Everything is about control, top down, total control!
-
Emily Wilding Davison (@Wommando) reported
@PostOffice That's my experience. That you blame each other and neither one can be reached easily or actually sort out the problem.
-
philip bartlett (@bluedaysomeday) reported
@Paddytastic_123 @PostOffice If vending machines can go contactless, then most businesses can. Unless it’s for “Tax” reasons… Banks were good when you had checks, cash deposits and no online or limited phone customer services. The world is moving on. We still need physical post offices though.

suketu shah (@Thegujjuchokro) reported
@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice have send a parcel from London to India paying 150 pounds with 5 days guarantee delivery its been 10 days now and there is no update, plus customer service isnt reachable and there isnt any response to mails. Best service ever.

@sarahcrowsnest @PostOffice They gain by getting customers who can pay without having to go to the trouble of getting cash, from whichever machine is closest. Instant purchase. Cash is dead. Completely pointless in this day and age.

@PostOffice Have you apologised yet for falsely accusing and in some cases criminalising all those post masters and mistresses because of the errors in the software you made them use? Has anybody taken responsibility for the zealous and arrogant approach to these unmerited prosecutions?
