@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@PostOffice Thank you Courtney. I am now told by the branch I have to be there before 5pm! This could be a problem for me. Does it really take 30minutes. I don't think so.

Hello @PostOffice - I sent a parcel to a UK address using your 1st class signed-for service on the 27th January and it hasn't been delivered yet. Should I be worried? According to Track and Trace, it's in your system - but where?!

@PostOffice I will do this but I think you need to look at this as a bigger more serious issue. Look at the appalling reviews. I’ve had problems with this PO every time - previously he refused to print proof of postage and another time when I printed my own PoP he refused to stamp it (1/2)
