@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

Omg @OldNavyCA @OldNavy is the worst! Said my order was canceled but then it shipped. So now I gotta go into a store or postoffice, while my town is in lockdown, to return stuff. I'm 7 months pregnant, working from home, not going out, to avoid COVID. Thanks Old Navy.

@PostOffice I shouldn’t have to prompt a thank you. By speaking to him like I do a 4 year old? I told the shopkeeper but it’s not good. Horrifically rude. Don’t wear a suit and lack manners. Defeats the object? Just like my parcel to be handled with better manners.

This awful @PostOffice employee’s conduct has me wondering how lenient the PO must be with their employees that he felt confident enough to speak/behave in such an appalling manner. And in a store full of customers, no less! #customerservicefail
