@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@crystalwitch_x @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Tracked 24 has never been available to purchase in a post office branch, thats a service that royal mail have decided to keep to themselves. The only 24hr tracked servi e available at a post office with royal mail is special delivery and that starts at £6.85

@PostOffice - we’ve not had post delivered for 2 weeks now. Awaiting important official documents that we need asap. Can you tell us when we can expect the post workers in SW18 to deliver our letters/post? How can you run a business that openly can’t carry out its basic service?
