  @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

They’re pointing out that some people actually still need cash and going cashless as the government proposes is a bad idea.   We support #SaveOurCash 1 in 4 people use local @PostOffice to access cash and other banking services. It's even more important for those living in rural areas, older people and those on low incomes. We need to protect this vital service

  Hi @PostOffice @BarclaysUKHelp I deposited three cheques into a charity acct using the Barclays envelopes at my local post PO on 28 June. They have not been cashed so assume they have been lost. Who investigates the loss, PO or Barclays? I'm going to cancel the cheques too.

  @PostOffice What about an obligation on @PostOffice to provide access to cash withdrawals and deposits free at the point of service? (POL didn't seem concerned about access to cash when colleagues and I, from the statutory watchdog, were asking you to safeguard it for most vulnerable) #POCA

  @PostOffice Two parcels have been returned to sender. Sent from south to west London, amazingly both arrived within two days of posting on 30th June. Yet it going to take up to 8 wks to get back to me. What kind of service is this? will I get them back? both properly labelled.

  @CryptoAliB @PostOffice @WithensMan I totally understand what you're trying to say about the importance of cash, but fail to see how putting your cash into a specific account (in this case the Post Office) keeps it as cash. Surely you still need a card or ID to withdraw?
