@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@Atmywitsend3 @PostOffice Not that my transaction will make a huge difference but it does contribute to it. It’s called customer service for a reason. It has been like this pre pandemic so I don’t think this is even an excuse. Get a better excuse for a crap customer service or get a new job.

Went into Hammersmith to find a @postoffice since SW13’s PO has an hour long queue & Castelnau PO has closed. Took 40 mins to get my huge parcel there in a car, polluting our friends in Putney, as #hammersmithbridge is closed. London is in pieces. Fix our bridge @CharlotteV

Is there anyone that is able to help me get in contact with the Post Office? I sent a parcel to USA on the 24th November,international standard. Should have arrived within 6-7 working days and it hasn't arrived I understand covid has had a toll on deliveries etc but..@PostOffice

@Atmywitsend3 @PostOffice Don’t rmb asking for your opinion. If u’re paid to do customer service and failed to do your job then apply for a job that you’ll enjoy. Nobody is forcing them to be there. I paid for the service and the least I expect is a hi and a thank you for keeping that business going.

@PostOffice I have tried contact via the email form but still no response, I was missold postage for sending a passport to passport office and now looks like it's missing. Royal mail say I need to take up with post office for having missold postage service. Can someone help?

@PostOffice Your branches are busy? maybe if the bastards running the post office had not closed down all the ******* main post offices branches where I live and forced all the people to go to this branch there would not be a problem.
