    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

    @PostOffice Yeah right lol. Just use an X-ray machine so customers aren’t slowed down at the till when sending packages. That’ll save me time as I don’t have to remember what I’m sending as the X-ray scanner will answer that question for us. Save time and help more customers in a day.

    @kraljski @RoyalMail @PostOffice aye it sucks man. I personally knew posties who would sell credit cards they were meant to be delivering, open any gift cards foor cash etc. Thieving rats. Hope ye get yer cash back pronto👍

    @PostOffice @peter_levy 1/2 I applied for passport in April by check and send. Wasn’t given a reference number now there is no trace of my application. PO twitter trying to help but no response from either Area or Regional managers or branch. I have already lost my holiday.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp trying to make claim of lost item as I send it on 28th June, using the first class service, no tracking, nothing from the counter staff, told me I am free to go, now you ask me about proof of posting, how can I proof that?

    @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMailHelp hi there, I send my son a letter back in 28th contains his railcard, until today, there is still no sign of the letter. I would consider that as a lost as I used first class service from postoffice

    @PostOffice @peter_levy 2/2 Been on phone to passport office for hours so has customer care of Post Office HMPO say I am not in the system. Chased it up with PO customer care and they have contacted Area/Regional Managers but they are just ignoring the request.
