@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@CyprusPictures @PostOffice Mine does, she can use her phone, but hasn't a clue when it comes to banking apps. She wouldn't know how to update or fix anything. She goes to the bank for money to spend. Only once has she used a card when she forgot her purse and shop staff explained "contactless" to her!

@PostOffice Why is it that your letters don’t confirm what you actually need? All they say is contact you? It’s not ok to put people in a position of openly calling when they don’t know what information they’re going to be asked for! This was never ok when I worked in finance

@PostOffice Went to make a loan application but the offer went from low Apr to high once you offered, you have lost a customer as I was applying to save money on current loan!

@PostOffice please look into service at Wallingford Post Office, this is not about covid, its been poor since you transferred the licence from KP Stationers. Not open consistently, staff can't do basic transactions, no parcel drop, rude staff, not accessible to wheelchair users.
