@PostOffice your travel insurance is the very worst I have ever come across. Like Groundhog Day - emails come and ask for the same info, over and over. 7 months on and my two claims still not paid. Disgraceful!

@PeteTheGaymer @PostOffice Have they no value or is it the retailer isnt processing them properly? They need to be treated instore as a debit card not a gift card, the customer just needs to let the retailer know the value of the card so they know how much to take off

Hey @PostOffice why does your Forest Hill location have a line down the stairs always and one register open? This is a high traffic area. It’s ALWAYS like this. You need to allocate more money for staffing because it’s not fair that a trip to the post office takes an hours wait.

I’m at the #postoffice. 7 unused self service machines and 14 people waiting in a queue for the counters. Because people want to talk to a human, not a machine…

@TjDevonport @RoyalMail Same for me posted cards 1st class at the postoffice on 5th December, only arriving with people now. Believe the later posted items did better as the early post was piled up and they are only just getting to it. I support the strikes but +25 days is insane!

What’s the point of paying for tracking if @RoyalMail doesn’t bother to update it. According to the tracking it’s still sat in the @PostOffice, who swear blind they have no post still sat there from the 10th December I know who I believe and it isn’t royal fail
