A transaction from on customer injected into the records of another! Every one knew about it. As those in the PostOffice IT department must have. Any of them should have prevented the miscarriage of justice.

Told that system has changed and need to swipe card myself, did that and reader says ‘use chip’, enter card and it says error. Never had this issue previously when the PO staff swipe my card.

Ali-Pan (@alison_pannell) reported@KeillerDon I worked as a sub postmaster at the time - they treated us with absolute contempt. Luckily it was a very small postoffice so when they said I was £100 down, I did manage to prove they were wrong - or perhaps they could not be bothered to do me for a small amount.
