@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@joeyconc @RoyalMail @PostOffice I think your latter point is a big issue. Even today they say its fine but now guaranteed to 4pm instead of 1pm and their social is saying minimal delays to 1st Class services. It just isn't true. I literally did majority of my Christmas shopping this past week, here's hoping!!

It's now been one week since I was sent a parcel via @RoyalMail Special Delivery 1PM Guaranteed. Nobody advised the sender at the @PostOffice of delays to this service. The parcel is still sat in Manchester as it was a week ago. No idea how RM are going to clear this mess up.

@KateJon41196503 @PostOffice It’s not A1 customer service when you’re told the post office shuts at 2pm and why a 12.30 drop off was refused.... incorrect information as the branch closes at 5.30pm. I appreciate you’re biased towards Post Office but the branch etc have made my experience miserable.

@PostOffice Could be any of them really; Ive no desire to see individuals blamed for organisation failings too few offices & staff forced to focus on sale at the cost of service 1 Q tho: why can items miraculously be delivered on time with a 3x payment but not as a given service standard?

@rachomics @RoyalMail @PostOffice Its just a shame there's no real sensible alternative for smaller packages like that. I've had stuff I couldn't get delivered to IOM sent to a relatives house and booked DPD through their Local Online website and no problems there (yet)! Silly season.

@PostOffice @PostOffice email sent yesterday and still no phone line or idea from yourselves as to when this will be made live, meanwhile an 89 year old single female is paying for a service she does not have and more importantly than that is still unable to contact anyone in emergencies
