@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@AsianMommiee @Chariflame @PostOffice Web and App for me. I don't want to use Evri, had to many issues. Royal Mail aren't perfect but they haven't cocked up so far. I hope they get up and running again soon.

@PostOffice Is there also an issue with guaranteed next day delivery? I sent a birthday card to arrive today (Monday) and it didn’t arrive. The tracking system isn’t recognising the reference number and your website gives no indication about how to check progress. What do I do?

@stugoo17 @PostOffice They really should just shut the whole damn company down - it really doesn't offer any service any longer that isn't available cheaper elsewhere. They have an army of staff who do absolutely naff-all, because all of the work was farmed out, and then steal money to pay them with.

@topacregganman @PostOffice There’s No update until Delivery with the SF service. Your ref no. doesn’t say it’s Still at PO, it says where it was accepted. TBH, I think the Signed For service leaves a lot to be desired!

@topacregganman @PostOffice Absolutely DO make a claim. RM need to know how unhappy many customers are with the “service”. There’s still a chance it’ll arrive albeit late. If U have 2repost, put letter in A4 envelope & then U can use the tracked 24/48 service instead of SF. It’s only slightly dearer.
