@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@kripa_18 They get aadhar and other valid documents easily than us . Visited 3 times local postoffice for aadhar update and got the updated one 20 days later. Remember the shooting incident in RMN ?

@PostOffice @RoyalMail if a company wants to stay in business, they need to provide a quality service. A Post Office not being open during their hours because the shop owner was too busy is poor, Royal Mail delivery times are poor. Maybe its time to close the businesses?

@PostOffice Don't Royal Mail have some sort of legal requirement to provide a postal service?Or is that just within the UK? Surely they have contingency plans? It seems absurd that they can just suspend the international mail service.
