Weekly magazines, supposed to arrive on a Friday for the weekend, arrive on Saturday or even Monday afterwards. Letters take a week to travel down the road. Legal and security requirement for schools to be manned and message advising redelivery for tomorrow, when the school is closed!! 🤔

RM understandably don't want to have to pay the Post Office fees/commissions so encourage people to buy online. Also better for customer service issues afterwards.

As per report of SPM Tosham, no such instance regarding non booking of articles at 1400 hours occurred in tosham postoffice. In this regard, if complainant have some evidence in support of his/her allegation then please provide with complaint so that matter can be inquired accordingly.
