    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

    @PostOffice Thank you Courtney. I am now told by the branch I have to be there before 5pm! This could be a problem for me. Does it really take 30minutes. I don't think so.

    @PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

    @PostOffice OK well this is a problem because even royalmail argued they couldn't take them, and more importantly the PO branch didn't tell me this, they said there was a barcode error. So confusing who's job it is when you follow website instruction on posting!

    The Post Office is an archaic and now expensive service which I can't wait to see be eradicated from the delivery market. Prices have sky rocketed, I need to wait in the freezing cold for an hour to post and the service is shocking. **** you @PostOffice.

    @PostOffice Please do because this isn’t the first time this has happened like I said. It’s becoming a regular problem in Chalfont St Peter. The staff member ‘Quereshi’ at the window is ridiculously slow, even though customers have told him and he can see a queue, he really isn’t bothered.

    Snotty imbecile @PostOffice hangs up on me after being in the queue for over 30 minutes. Who the f##k are you employing? You don't attempt delivery or leave a card and that's my fault. Calls me a liar and then hands up on me for calling her rude?? Wtf

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp The refusal of taking parcels happened at the post office. They scanned fine at the Royal mail non customer, customer service. Not only was it an extended wait outside in the cold but the attendant was very rude and didn't explain anything.

    @Harri_Leigh postoffice has no problem delivering junk mail, but losing real mail hellyeah! they need to suspend all junk mail till after the holidays and im tired of excuses and the slow down just to get bailed out i have had VA nedicatiosn sent over night lost, bills missing enough excuses
