    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

    Friend of mine went to go and top up their pay as you go electricity meter using @GOVUK voucher at @PostOffice (only place you can redeem them) and was told ‘too many ppl had been using vouchers’ so ‘the system had broken’. Anyone else had this?

    @PostOffice If you could please, that would be much appreciated & also the cut and paste (literally, the font in the email is different) response via email from customer services is just poor on this matter, the reply was ‘take it up with the council’. Thanks again.

    @BritishGas @PostOffice @professorgreen most incompetent service i have used! 3 different figures given in a month period! Non of the staff know what they are doing and non of them on the same page! Been told one thing and another my many others!

    @IndiaPostOffice @IndiaPostOffice @AshwiniVaishnaw problems are never resolved because I had already share my address in DM. BUT POSTOFFICE OFFICIAL NEVER RESPONDED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DELIVERED MY REGISTERED LETTERS.
