TGIF... it's been a funny old week! Lessons learned... "treat people as you wish to be treated" I'd like to acknowledge Liz @Tesco for her exceptional customer service skills & will refrain from shaming the unhelpful/rude woman at @PostOffice #customerservice

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

No way of contacting the post office except by making a complaint, please @PostOffice sell yourself to a real postal service run by a real country instead of this tory controlled private owned cess pit. Sent it by courier now, cheaper, dropped it off at the local drop off point.

@SkyTedTravels @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice I asked in the post office last week and was told that I have to print the postage labels at home, then I can hand the parcel in at the P.O. and get a receipt. But that means lugging the parcels into the p.o. to weigh them first, then home to print labels, then back to p.o. HELP!

@TankerTimelapse @PostOffice Try Parcels2go. I’ve used them loads of times. Sent a 32” monitor to Netherlands cost me less than £12. Parcel down to Devon less than £3.

@PostOffice been refused service in Galashiels post office twice by manager because we as manufacturer apparently aren't sending items in original packaging and he said he will carry on refusing until he gets some mysterious phone call saying otherwise. @Telegraph @DailyMailUK

@TankerTimelapse @PostOffice We have lost at least 6 rural post offices in recent years. Just before Christmas we lost the one in a pretty sizeable town. There are rumours they will get something back in the Coop, but it’s left a lot of people without a basic service

@SuzieWo20886208 If you went into a coma in the 70’s and woke up today, you would ask yourself; Where are the shops, butchers, bakers, fishmongers, banks, postoffice's. Where is the kindness, laughter, pubs. Where did it all go so wrong! Why do we support illegal wars.

@PostOffice counter staff would have the shock of their lives if they worked in a bank - there's no urgency & completely oblivious to the queue. No customer service stats on the wall here; probably because they'd be off the bottom of the chart. Open another till? Of course not.
