@PostOffice Thank you Courtney. I am now told by the branch I have to be there before 5pm! This could be a problem for me. Does it really take 30minutes. I don't think so.

@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

@CalBearCanha @cuppingmaster @_kimms_ I live up north and the Safeway and Holiday stores really try to enforce the masks. They have someone at the doors and walk around. Some people of course will not follow rules. Agree Costco is the best. I find the postoffice to be the worst.😬 Live in country so have PO Box.

@PostOffice (2) She said the post office are not offering this service due to Covid. When I said I’ll check with C/Serv. she said she’ll give me proof of postage just this once. No manners & down right rude. I polityasked her for her name (no badge) and she REFUSED!

@PostOffice (2) She’s middle aged/white/blondish/hair in a bun/ wears glasses/ medium build. She once shouted at me to ‘get away from that door’ when I was just entering the branch! She never shouted at the others. Appalling service from an appalling person.

@PostOffice hi I tried cashing a cheque in at my local post office but they said they don’t let you put cheques in or anything from DVLA. Can I ask if this is true or not? He said small post offices don’t offer that kind of service but my bank advised any post office accepts it?

@PostOffice had to make several trips to them today, each time a different reason to not send the parcel, they provided no help, not even an apology for making me walk 5 miles to the other post office that was closed. it was absurd

@RuthsBestBoy Two of our youngests 21st birthday cards never turned up. Ours from Thortful & another posted within the town. Such a shame. Lots of people need a job, especially one where they can be masked & separated. Come on @PostOffice !
