@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

@x_Tinkerbella_x @PostOffice Hi HeatherKim, I run a PO & I had to stop accepting mail this morning due to Royal Mail’s strikes. I fully support the Industrial Action even tho’ it impacts on my business too. Please do let RM know. They need to put their workforce & customers before shareholders.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice No need for me to send details. Issue lies with Andover sorting office, with lack of staff unfortunately. Good job I knew when my Road tax was due otherwise I’d have been committing a crime.

@PostOffice My local post office refused to take my post today due to 'no storage space'. If this lack of service continues for the rest of the planned strikes I am not sure how my small business will survive over the Christmas period. I need a postal service, Xmas is my busiest period.

@PostOffice I know there's been strikes, but to get dismissive and rude customer service from your staff when trying to explain a problem I've had with click and drop across 2 separate branches THEN during a purchase isn't the level of standard I'd expect.
