@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Wasn't expecting help. Just annoyed that I have to go out of my way to pick up a parcel because it wasn't left and my local delivery office was shut down. Thanks for the reply though.

@PostOffice @RooshShah Ah yes, the guidance for PPE which is essentially just buy it yourself. No help from POL for that, no help from POL for cleaning supplies and sanitizer (which we're supposed to offer to customers). Thanks for that Courtney.

REALLY REALLY disappointed to learn that my local @SPARScotland will be losing its @PostOffice! Our village now face an 8 mile round trip to post anything. I support my local store however since you took over from @NisaLocally and stripped out the USP’s it’s getting difficult!

@PostOffice I've lost my tracking number. However I have the date I sent this, tracked and signed service, and I also have the postcodes to and from. I've a screenshot of my transaction with the post office as well.. Can you help me please. The docs inside are legal docs hense why I sent it

@PostOffice just had to use one of the pens on your counter to complete a tracking address sticker. I’ll know to bring my own next time but doesn’t feel v Covid secure - maybe staff could fill them in on customer’s behalf?

@Thabisoo some people cant afford bank charges on that R350. The Postoffice service is bad if the is no electricity they stop in 2021 they don't have alternative power supply #POWERTALK
