Does anybody know what's going on with the royal mail atm? I posted something on the 11th of January from England to USA with a tracking number, and it says they still have it at the postoffice I gave it to and haven't shipped it yet. My customer isn't happy to say the least 🥹

@MsJamandPickle @PostOffice It's been one of the biggest issues with sorting out the comp claims because those with bankruptcy are being treated as if the bankruptcy was an external thing as opposed to in and of itself being a product of the treatment they received.

@PostOffice can someone please get in touch with me regarding a payment which has come off my bank account twice when paying for travel money in the Newmachar branch. I’ve emailed three times and been back in but no one will help! This happened on 30th January and still no refund
