@PostOffice your Chesterfield town centre branch is joke. One member of staff on this morning. I was waiting about 30 mins to send a letter. Self-service machine were switched off!!

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp I never understood the bizarre need to separate brand from customer support on Twitter. Just seems a banal attempt to limit pr impact of issues :/. I got an email so it appeared to work, despite the site being broken.

@PostOffice what is 24 express service. We paid extra to make sure it reaches our client the next day and there is no signs of having the Pearcel and seems no one know where it is.

Might actually help if the @PostOffice staff spoke English, but other than random @Morrisons staff providing cover, the last 4 PO I have been to are run by staff with limited English, which isn't their first language!!!

A postoffice in urban area The token m/c brokem,UPI not accepted,long ques in 2 counters, many counters with zero customer not able to multitask,system slow, ageold slow dotmatrix printers. 1 speed post envelope takes 45 mins. And increased rates from 1st Oct. @IndiaPostOffice

@CatHobbs @ZackPolanski I've noticed how shite the @PostOffice has become since privatisation. All the local postboxes shut, massive queues to use services and hardly ever open sorting offices. Privatisation never works unless you are one of the shareholders siphoning the cash.

Just been told my local @LloydsBank is closing and will need to do my banking at the local @PostOffice instead only issue that is closing too! This kind of thing is killing local communities let alone making things a nightmare for the elderly and disabled

@DrMartinGray @RupertLowe10 @Keir_Starmer It’s goinf to cost a lot to implement, it’s an it solution like the NHS unified healthcare system or the PostOffice system. It will be outsourced to the cheapest provider. It will be riddled with bugs. It would be cheaper to just tattoo everyone with a number on their arm.

@PostOffice item delivered to the wrong address 3 weeks ago, found out who got the item via photo of delivery, they returned it 2 weeks ago to the Post Office. Local Post Office said to come to you as the blame is with the Post Office for delivering to the wrong address. Help!
