@PostOffice Why the bank surely if their dankse bank atm is accessing as post office account the issue would been at ur end anyway had to go to another cash machine

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan. I’ve now made s complaint on the Post Office website. No point having a late night post office that ISN’T late night, has no staff, uses Tesco staff to speak to its customers and is rude!

@ruthm4x @Ofcom @PostOffice … paying customers which is what branches need to stay open. While it’s convenient for people it’s also making branches suffer. If branches close customers will have to travel further and could end up costing the customer more money. Support your local branches where possible 🥰

@PostOffice But ,as I’ve said, I can’t communicate via telephone which is why I e been using the customer service email I was given. Waiting 2 weeks to get a response is not helpful when contract issues are time sensitive.

@PostOffice The shell energy email doesn’t not work. I understand you saying you can’t raise this but it’s such poor service- locked in to a new contract mere weeks last year before being informed the post office had sold this service to Shell energy and now I can get no customer service.

@WHSmith @PostOffice 45 minute queue yesterday. One server. Back today with a different parcel and a QR code. Self service machines can’t scan QR codes. Hoping for A shorter wait today. It’s actually a disgusting system. Really poor signage too. And no boxes big enough! Rubbish

@Ofcom Can you also sort out Ilkley @PostOffice refusing to take prepaid parcels & post as they "don't make any money from them"? They shout at people, tell them to "get out & don't come back", very rude, & don't understand the function of a post office. They've been like that for years

@PostOffice hey guys got a problem! Had a package sent to my local branch for collection on advice from my postman BUT I don’t have a card from the original delivery as never got one! What do I do?
