@ApeGilded @PostOffice Well, intelligence dropped quickly there! You mean Royal Mail my dear! The Post Office is where Your mother collected her child support, which obviously didn’t go on your education!

@PostOffice my 84 elderly neighbour lives alone and is vulnerable. He pays phone bills to you. I emailed you 3 weeks ago to say he needs your help urgently. Can’t speak to family etc and you have completely ignored me and him. Please help!

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail
(@NewPOGuy) reported
@AidyHenn @UlsterBank_Help @PostOffice I believe at the PO centre they would check the dispatch card with the cheques received so they then know if all have got there. The only chance of it going missing and there not being a paper trail would be through the Royal Mail network, which is mostly secure for this.

@UlsterBank_Help @PostOffice Thanks. I had already read through that. I volunteer for a local credit union & our members' cheques we lodged at post office have gone missing. (My wife also had same issue with personal cheque going missing). So really I'm extremely interested to know how the process is secure?

@UlsterBank_Help @PostOffice Issue with wife's personal cheque 'resolved', as in had to (embarrassingly)contact person who wrote it to cancel it because you could not locate it. So again, can you explain how this process is secure from lodging at post office to being processed bank?

@PostOffice can someone tell me if a working emotional support dog, verified and wearing his legal harness is or is he not allowed in ALL of post offices? Just had a surprise when on Hackney road I was told my dog wasn’t allowed. It’s a disgrace !

@MoorgateMermaid @PostOffice Feels wrong to class post as unnecessary, plus there would be some capacity issues around only offering self service.
