    @siany_d @PostOffice @decappeal Nowhere else does it mention USA or America. It also doesn't even define Zone 3. So the page has three clear errors.

    @IndiaPostOffice HSR Postoffice, Bangalore ( 560102) doesn’t accept any other type of payment than cash . When are you going to change ? You are losing a customer . I sent the international courier by DHL though it’s expensive .

    @PostOffice Hi @PostOffice - there also seems to be an issue getting to your travel insurance site and a 403 error???

    @PostOffice Can you clarify whether the Driving Licence Renewal service is available at any Post Offices? I am starting to think that it is not available anywhere.

    @PostOffice So there are three errors that say to use World Zone 1 for USA, and nothing to contradict that, meaning anyone pricing up postage to USA to charge people - as with me - will end up with the wrong price, and end up having to pay a lot more.

    @PostOffice USED the Alfreton branch today to re-new my PASSPORT but the lighting wasn't good enough to take a good picture so I had to go to the one at CHESTERFIELD, the lighting wasn't good there as well but the person there took a chance and sent it off, poor set up at both.
