    @The_Mod_ster @PostOffice @thameswater Some companies pass on the processing fee for paying at a post office to the customer. Thames Water are one. Its to encourage you to pay elsewhere

    @PostOffice really rude staff and terrible systems at the Post Office in Gravesend Asda. Awful service, becomes more helpful when your more pushy rather than actually helpful. Change your processes and staff!

    @PostOffice that, the other customer service advisor told me nicely that it’s not active yet and he is not sure when the service is going to be live as the upgrade is in the process all over England post offices, I thanked him left the store. Now today the day of 5th March 5, 2022 10/14

    @PostOffice am supposed to and on my turn on the service window I was greeted with a smile by the customer staff, following telling him the reason that I am here for SIA application he told me that the system is being upgraded and they are waiting for it so at the moment he cannot 2/14

    @PostOffice today I have visited 6 branches which on your finder say they can do driving license renewals. Now, 8000 steps, 40 miles and £5 in parking. I confirm they do not. None of your tablets work & none of the branches know it’s not just them with the issue #hopeless

    @PostOffice You know the postoffice and other parcel delivery people should never ask a neighbour to take a parcel. The neighbour may feel obligated, uncomfortable about it because they don't know or trust the person the parcel belongs to. Never ever ask a neighbour unless req.
