@PostOffice for customer retention you might want to make it simple to renew Travel insurance. After clicking the link on your email reminder I've been fighting with your password reset process. I've now given up and I'm off to buy it elsewhere!

Alan Huntley (@AshcraftFrames) reported from Kexby, England
@PostOffice how do I complain about our local post office. It’s a temporary set up and they are often not open (when they should be) without any indication. Very bad in a rural area.

The way the @PostOffice treated those Postmasters and Postmistresses was quite shocking. Wrecking the lives of innocent people all because they didn’t investigate an issue properly. Who the hell would want to work for a company like that now???

@nickwallis #UK #postoffice #scandal Pete Murray @SongMacom 34m software and corrupt personnel. software alone would not have wreaked anything near this amount of damage to so many.

@BBCNews Outrageous that the word of the Postoffice regarding the security of this dodgy software would be taken. It should have been independently tested then those people would never have been found guilty. Was it incompetence, a flawed system or something worse?

@JohnGor30307844 @DavidLammy @PostOffice Absolutely. Enquiries now equate to losing things in the long grass. Accountability and responsibility for this terrible crime - which the cover up was - should be pursued far more swiftly.
-
Happy Hatter (@HappyLuton1982) reported
@PostOffice you should be hanging your heads in shame. These people have had their lives taken from them because of a false accusation. I hope they now sue the **** out of you and hope they can get some sort of their lives back now. #postoffice

Weathergirl #FBPE #FBPPR #FBPA 🇪🇺🔶 💙 (@NoraHutson) reported
@489Marsh @BBCNews This was a disgraceful episode and such a waste of public money and court time too. But the worst is that some innocent people went to jail over this, lost jobs and livelihood, and some have died, still deemed guilty. #PostOffice

Thinking of the 44 postmasters in Court today. To be accused of stealing, convicted of theft & in some cases put in prison because of a faulty IT system is just awful! Shame on you @PostOffice - you’ve already paid £58m in compensation, are we the public going to pay for this? 📮

Tim B. (@The_Swell_Shark) reported
Just been reading up on this #postmaster case on the BBC website. Fair to say @PostOffice you are an absolute **** show and frankly should be ashamed of yourselves. Sending innocent people to jail for nothing & the hurt all concerned incl. Friends and family is appalling 1/
