  • MrPRSmith Paul Smith (@MrPRSmith) reported from Wragby, England

@PostOffice for customer retention you might want to make it simple to renew Travel insurance. After clicking the link on your email reminder I've been fighting with your password reset process. I've now given up and I'm off to buy it elsewhere!

  • EyesNurse Daniel Overton 🏥👨‍⚕️ (@EyesNurse) reported from Lincoln District, England

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Problem is @RoyalMailHelp, you are advertising the same opening hours and services on your website. So you can’t brush it off that easily!

  • andrewp538 Andy Porter 〓〓 (@andrewp538) reported from Balderton, England

The way the @PostOffice treated those Postmasters and Postmistresses was quite shocking. Wrecking the lives of innocent people all because they didn’t investigate an issue properly. Who the hell would want to work for a company like that now???

  • AshcraftFrames Alan Huntley (@AshcraftFrames) reported from Kexby, England

@PostOffice how do I complain about our local post office. It’s a temporary set up and they are often not open (when they should be) without any indication. Very bad in a rural area.

  • bydarrenstyles Darren Styles OBE (@bydarrenstyles) reported

I cannot conceive how these poor sub-postmasters must feel given what the @PostOffice has done to them, and likely to many others too. What’s done cannot be undone, but bloody hell some reparations need to be made and quick.

  • claredavies17 Clare Bear 🐧 (@claredavies17) reported

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Will you be reimbursing the poor victims of all this who had to pay Post Office Ltd money that they never stole in the first place, let alone the compensation they should receive? Despicable.

  • carbonsaveruk J T Beckett 🟨🟥 💙💚 #Antifa #BLM (@carbonsaveruk) reported

I recall that after Royal Mail was privatised & sold off , the #PostOffice business model was fattened up to be sold off too. Seems their fancy new systems didn't work, but that would have got in the way of privatisation, so no problem, throw the people under a bus.

  • LevinsLaw Levins Solicitors (@LevinsLaw) reported

@pjm1kbw @RidgeWW1 @PostOffice This may be jaded, but isn't an inquiry going to run up against the usual problems of attribution in a large corporation and a lengthy Maxwellisation process? Would rather spend the money on compensating the victims while undertaking a thorough review of private prosecutions.

  • lenkaloser pengwing (@lenkaloser) reported

@victoriactweet @PostOffice PO offers no such service. Special Delivery (next day) requires a signature at the other end.

  • soverncomfort soverncomfort 🔴⚪ (@soverncomfort) reported

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice Piss off. Its not some terrible mistake. It was deliberate. Your organisation deliberately allowed people's lives to be ruined knowing they were innocent. #PostOfficeScandal

  • soverncomfort soverncomfort 🔴⚪ (@soverncomfort) reported

So the @PostOffice apologises. My response to that is f**k right off. Someone has to be accountable for people deliberately having their lives turned upside down. Those responsible should be charged and serve time. Noone cares about your insincere apology #PostOfficeScandal

  • WhatWouldKirkDo Mark Richards-Littlefield (@WhatWouldKirkDo) reported

@grogs0n @PostOffice Do you know, I like that idea... A dedicated email address, small old pc and printer, a nominal fee covering cost of ink and paper... I'm going to look into offering such a service at my PO. I think that could work well... Thank you for the suggestion.

  • kinkythinker Kinky Thinker (@kinkythinker) reported

@PostOfficeNews @PostOffice A true apology would see investigations and convictions for actions. @postoffice, you are STILL in bed with this company as you are still using Horizon systems - slow, and probably still not fit for purpose; like a lot of the people that sought to convict these innocent people.

  • MarkPeterSavage Mark Peter Savage (@MarkPeterSavage) reported

@pjm1kbw @PostOffice And the police for the disgraceful disclosure issues
