The way the @PostOffice treated those Postmasters and Postmistresses was quite shocking. Wrecking the lives of innocent people all because they didn’t investigate an issue properly. Who the hell would want to work for a company like that now???

@PostOffice for customer retention you might want to make it simple to renew Travel insurance. After clicking the link on your email reminder I've been fighting with your password reset process. I've now given up and I'm off to buy it elsewhere!

@PostOffice how do I complain about our local post office. It’s a temporary set up and they are often not open (when they should be) without any indication. Very bad in a rural area.

a friend and i build a railway set with 3 large loops & two sets of points and a bunch of old postoffice 28v relays to run schedules of train journeys. I can write down the equations for all the possible configs&outcomes - would that be a toy model toy model?

@TSB you really do provide the worse service. Branch closed at 2pm on a Friday so can’t pay in cheque. Oh I can pay in @PostOffice as long as I have a TSB envelope! Really! #pointless

I wiped up pee off the PostOffice floor after a kid wet himself, he was crying, the mum was flustered, twas only a dribble, I'm in muck soil & manure all day, a little floor piddle is no problem! She gave me some wipes & I just got on with it, also, he was in a dinosaur T-shirt🥰

@PostOffice The queue in the PO in Staines was so long today / stretched down most of the store! I wanted stamps. I went elsewhere. Maybe install a stamp machine like there used to be?

@sharontokki At least your item is not delivered. Mine was sent by poslaju who didn’t bother to deliver. Just sent me a sms to collect at sungai besi postoffice. I don’t even know where is that d*** place. And worst thing is i suspect is the Kjm bunny tshirts. So geram!!!

@PostOffice Why does nobody ever answer the phones for Travel Insurance Customer Care? Been trying for the past 3 days due to an error by your systems and the automated message ironically says, “We know your time is important!” Clearly not.
