@PostOffice for customer retention you might want to make it simple to renew Travel insurance. After clicking the link on your email reminder I've been fighting with your password reset process. I've now given up and I'm off to buy it elsewhere!

Anyone here ever managed to get a response from @evri about a lost international parcel? It’s been a month since I sent a package from the UK, handled by Evri. No movement. No tracking updates. No customer support. No escalation path. The @PostOffice says they can’t help

@emmalouchu @PostOffice Yes, the post office has always been busy ...but now the queue isn't moving forward....it takes at least 10 times longer for each transaction to be done and there are only 3 staffed counters. It has not been that bad since COVID.

Just been told my local @LloydsBank is closing and will need to do my banking at the local @PostOffice instead only issue that is closing too! This kind of thing is killing local communities let alone making things a nightmare for the elderly and disabled

So I sent a parcel through @IndiaPostOffice on 22nd to leh. it still hasn't reached . You call the customer care team. They don't pick up.complaint registration site, doesn't seem to be working. So I went to the nearest POstoffice at sector 30 noida. People seem so disinterested

@PeterStefanovi2 @PostOffice….. @UKLabour got to be one of the worst scandals in 🇬🇧 (am I allowed to put a flag?) well I don’t give a rats arse it’s there now….shocking that they are still waiting to be compensated 🤬 after what some have gone through

In one of the 'timelines' I recall opening YorkLanes designed so all profits should end with me...since I paid the costs. We opened a postoffice but I had to vacate once my partners husband arrived. Har returned many times to blank looks and "may i help you?".
