@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Problem is @RoyalMailHelp, you are advertising the same opening hours and services on your website. So you can’t brush it off that easily!

@PostOffice why do you never have enough staff? Uxbridge and the queue is about 45 mins with only two counters open. All three self-service stations not working. Lunchtimes are busy, in case you didn't know.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice absolutely disgusted with the service in my local branch. I had to go in due to the website issue. Asked for 24 tracked which is around £5 for the size of my parcel. Told that you don’t do it anymore even though you do and I had to pay £11.15!!

Anyone had any recent problems with postal deliveries? I sent a card to my friend in Oxford last Wednesday, the 7th, and she's still not received it. She hasn't received any of the cards that were sent her. Can't find any info online. #postoffice #royalmail

Would definitely think twice about using @PostOffice insurance again. Never had issues before, but after trying to claim for a hospital visit abroad for my son, realised they sub let to another company, who are very reluctant to pay all the claim. Ongoing 2 weeks later.

@PostOffice Thanks. Maybe you can sort out Hayes PO too. There are never enough staff. Honestly puts me off using the PO.

@PostOffice Yes the photo was taken before I sent it. at 5:40pm The Post office workers came out to close and told them go leave but the youngsters were a bit mouthy at them. Would definitely suggest closing off the stairs at the back as lots of school kids and youth cause problems there
