The way the @PostOffice treated those Postmasters and Postmistresses was quite shocking. Wrecking the lives of innocent people all because they didn’t investigate an issue properly. Who the hell would want to work for a company like that now???

New customer, my router has not arrived and there is no help!!! My router is stuck at Tyneside MC! PostOffice can't help, Now TV can't help. Terrible service.

@PostOffice I did, I spoke with a lady on the phone, she said that the fault lay with the Post Office staff who shouldn’t have sold that particular service on 15th December saying it was 5 day delivery guaranteed. The package has now arrived - but it was very late for Christmas.

Never get @postoffice broadband or telephone their customer service is nonexistent. And 2.5 megabytes download speed is absolutely abismal eveb before the current fiasco

New @nowtvhelp go live was Monday and router has not arrived. Neither @PostOffice or @nowtv have a phone number or email, how the hell do they think this helps!!!! Rubbish service!!!

Dear @UIDAI, kindly support your service provider with facilities. We couldn't able to do any correction/update because your service providers say a reason to escape. Pissed off 😓 #PostOffice don't have facility #IndianBank won't work after 3PM #RevenueOffice has limitations

@postoffice Please do something about Martins newsagents, Regents Pk Rd, N3; queued for AN HOUR with old people and kids today ... They are glacial slow, just like the weather. Bad at the best of times, with social distancing impossible.
