    Terrible staff behavior and no separate queues for ladies/gents at Mahadevapura Post Office, Karnataka! Is this how we serve citizens, @CMOKarnataka? This hinders ease of access & respect. Urgently need reforms in customer service @IndiaPostOffice. #Karnataka #PostOffice

    @RoyalMail I have been charged additional postage on an item weighed @PostOffice and told sufficient stamps had been put on by sender……then you sent them a day later than you specified…….poor service😟

    @postoffice Hello, please can you help me. I sent a parcel from the post office via DPD and they made a mistake so my parcel is being returned back to me halfway to Italy from France. I do not want to pay again to re send it. I have proof of purchase. Thanks
