@PostOffice ok so one person on the Grantham @WHSmith branch is on lunch... no time indicated as to when back?? Good customer service NOT. Employee some staff please rather than one poor oerson who is going to get loads of earache from this queue.

The way the @PostOffice treated those Postmasters and Postmistresses was quite shocking. Wrecking the lives of innocent people all because they didn’t investigate an issue properly. Who the hell would want to work for a company like that now???

@mtjmjulie I've had bad experiences with the lovetoshop gift cards and the postoffice gift cards. I wont buy them they any more :-(

@RoyalMail East Barnet PostOffice definitely over charging and ripping people off. They are so rude and defensive if ever they are questioned about prices. Told my wife to “Stop talking so much and asking questions”. Please could this be investigated.

@Morrisons 1/2 pretty disgusted at the service just received in your hunts pond road mini store. Apparently your postoffice trained staff member thought it was more important to be 'chatting' and giving his opinion than serving me another customer.

A ten-day (and counting) Catch 22 with @parcelforce: 1) they claim to try delivery but don't leave card. 2) they don't leave item at local postoffice. 3) postoffice kindly give me phone number of local depot. 4) at depot nobody picks up phone, and redirected to customer service..

@HalifaxBank It's really bad that two big towns have so little service. It doesn't help that any @PostOffice is always packed and woefully understaffed.

Think back to when it was just the #postoffice how bad that got. When the courier companies arrived, you could actually guarantee a delivery day, tracking info, it was much cheaper etc. It shook things up for the public. The #nhs needs the equivalent to happen.
