The way the @PostOffice treated those Postmasters and Postmistresses was quite shocking. Wrecking the lives of innocent people all because they didn’t investigate an issue properly. Who the hell would want to work for a company like that now???

@PostOffice ok so one person on the Grantham @WHSmith branch is on lunch... no time indicated as to when back?? Good customer service NOT. Employee some staff please rather than one poor oerson who is going to get loads of earache from this queue.

@GouldMP_UK @PostOffice 🤔 I’m pretty sure the first letter is a K. KB is a Signed For series which your tick on the card is in the right place for. That doesn’t help though because KB722274424GB doesn’t work. I think postie may have transposed or just incorrectly written some of the numbers.

@OmTheReality Can never forget! There were no cell phones..only landlines..I cud not go near the postoffice in RS Puram where was mom was inside..cordoned off.. I was shaking with fear..seeing smoke and blood and stench of human flesh burning..what commotion..! Understood fear first hand !!
