@PostOffice trying to send a complaint & your form isnt working. When did business banking customers get stopped from banking loose £1 and £2 coins. I know all other coinage needs to be bagged in correct amounts (ie £5 of 10ps) but trying to bank 2 loose £1 coins and a £2 coin!

@PostOffice Over 30 minutes. The guy behind the counter isn’t the fastest but the root cause here is the place is always under-staffed. Well, technically the woman behind the shop counter could open her post office desk but she never does
