@Dr2NisreenAlwan And rules for office spaces/call centres appear dangerously lax. Once sat down at desks 2m apart, workers can remove their masks. Pt told me 30+ workers who talk all day for a living are in 1 room for 8-10 hrs without masks. @PostOffice policy is #masks are OPTIONAL!

@PostOffice I was wearing a mask, trying to send a donated iPad to a charity in London for deprived kids needing online learning equipment. Your postmaster in Saxmundham was rude, obstructive, mysogenist & encouraged two men in the post office to be rude to me too. He should be disciplined.

@PostOffice In my opinion Saxmundham Post Office is run by an obstructive, rude, misogynist bully @PostOffice and I advise anyone thinking of using it, especially women, to avoid it.

Dear @PostOffice, when I get home from my night shift I will try to connect up to the service that I pay you for. In the last 2 weeks the connection has been unreliable to say the least. 1st call to you resulted in your operative telling me to press the reset button on the modem

@PostOffice Why not offer to call me? I mean I’m sure you’d all be interested if it was against your staff...... but you try making a complaint online, it’s impossible, but we can send you compliments with one click! 🙄

@PostOffice @WhichUK @ConsumerCouncil so my annual travel insurance premium increases by over 11% yet my cover is reduced; cover for cancellation, baggage loss etc down 50%. Cover for WHO defined pandemic removed. So your asking me to pay more for less!
