@PostOffice trying to send a complaint & your form isnt working. When did business banking customers get stopped from banking loose £1 and £2 coins. I know all other coinage needs to be bagged in correct amounts (ie £5 of 10ps) but trying to bank 2 loose £1 coins and a £2 coin!

@siany_d @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Unfortunately that’s their issue not the customers. If I have items to drop off then they accept them! That’s how it works. It’s a shame but I as a customer don’t care about her issue with the PO or RM.

@PostOffice any news on driving licence renewals?? Funny how u can’t do the renewals (system issue) and 2 office I been too don’t have the D1 form so I can do it myself. @DVSAgovuk should look in to this.

@TomTugendhat @PostOffice @WHSmith Please lobby government for PO to become a Post Bank or this will happen up and down the country. SPMR’s/operators are paid peanuts for the services they offer hence when it becomes a drain they simply close down.

@PostOffice Ok so asked to post a parcel it went as a large letter so I asked to go recorded , when I went to tap card I realised that I wasn’t recorded so asked him this he huffed and puffed saying I need to tell him slamming the parcel , I explained I did but he continued to be rude .

@PostOffice I asked when they were open and I was told Monday 9 till 3. No mention of Sunday. The website should reflect when the post office counter is open. Seems that it's showing the shop opening times. They never even asked what service I wanted.

Hello @IndiaPostOffice my family’s 5 NSC matured on 16th feb 2022, but post master not issuing check to me. He said his sign gone to head office for verification so it will take time. Also system is not working from 26 feb till date, so he again started making excuses.#postoffice
