Is the @PostOffice credit card app not working?? I can’t into mine. It just sticks on “updating account data”?!

  • xcelticax Jess (@xcelticax) reported from Aberdeen, Scotland

@PostOffice trying to send a complaint & your form isnt working. When did business banking customers get stopped from banking loose £1 and £2 coins. I know all other coinage needs to be bagged in correct amounts (ie £5 of 10ps) but trying to bank 2 loose £1 coins and a £2 coin!

Has anyone ever managed to get through to @PostOffice call centre? I urgently to get a faulty phone line fixed for my elderly mother (82) and have been unable to contact as they are 'experiencing high call volumes.' Absolutely dreadful service for vulnerable customers

  • 945644bill Bill B (@945644bill) reported

@brianwhelton @PostOffice So did the defence not ask ‘are there any issues in the platform that undermine the accuracy or evidential nature of the data used’? Or did the witnesses just lie in court?

  • brianwhelton Brian Whelton (@brianwhelton) reported

TL:DR? In short, 'professional' people working for an IT company lied & abetted in the withholding of evidence, together with legal representatives for their org, their customers legal team, & with very little doubt with the knowledge of their customer the @PostOffice for 20yrs

  • djsenior13 David Senior (@djsenior13) reported

    @BernieSpofforth @PostOfficeNews Disgusting behaviour from @PostOffice awful

  • RuthRomano Ruth Romano (@RuthRomano) reported

Is this any way to treat your vulnerable customers @PostOffice when you are so quick to demand bills are paid and yet when there is a problem you don't want to know? Shocking. How do I make a complaint?

  • shemag12 Sheila (@shemag12) reported

@BernieSpofforth @PostOfficeNews Jesus christ, he has a mask on, is behind glass, the lady is probably triple vaccinated. WTF @PostOffice 🤬🤬

  • simonwhitbread Simon Whitbread (@simonwhitbread) reported

@PostOffice @nzpost all I can say is you should be ashamed. An Xmas GIFT to a close friend, value $78NZD (38GBP), charged ($34NZD) 17GBP + 8GBP handling fee. Any wonder why the postal service is in decline?

  • lucasandersonnn insta_lucasss (@lucasandersonnn) reported

@PostOffice I am disgusted that you allow such terrible customer service at your branch in chesterfield staveley, they gave my girlfriends post which was a Christmas present to any random stranger and took a signature when they couldn’t confirm who it was… avoid them if you can

  • thelaleemoo A (@thelaleemoo) reported

@PostOffice I appreciate that but both times there has been a member of staff doing paperwork at a closed till point, whilst the queue is growing. Suspect management need to review their rota's and or customer service

  • MJBr00ks58 Martin Brooks 🇬🇧 #FreeSpeech #UK (@MJBr00ks58) reported

@PostOffice @AnonCitizenUK Maybe a simple reminder memo to all post office branches would help prevent a similar incident happening again in the future?
