@PostOffice Every night for the past week my internet has been incredibly slow. Not able to stream anything as it freezes constantly. I’ve tried restarting the router. I’m in LE1.

@PostOffice improve your customer service at Lewisham shopping center. I stood in the long que this afternoon, at the counter was told to go back and use the machine. At the machine, parcel needed approval. Stood waiting, no one came.I left without sending Christmas presents.:(

@PostOffice i get "sign into wifi network " iv reset my router loads of times even done a reboot through the admin settings just incase it was a router settings issue still no connection altho i still got all the green lights on my router.. no red..what do i do.. do i call cust' sevice

I sent 3 parcels via @PostOffice on 8/11/21. Two haven’t reached their destination and one was opened and the contents removed prior to it being delivered overseas. Problem seems to be this end, if you want to fight it out between yourselves and @RoyalMail

@PostieMcPost @PostOffice We pay first class click and drop, the hope for next day, if not 2nd day. When the receipt is given there is a bar code which allows you to see when it is delivered. 8 days later they have not tried to deliver Not good enough - not first class service for 10 miles away
