@Vaishal21776295 @ArvindKejriwal I think our provisional certificate is not generated as i had a Visit of postoffice they say post office is working 24/7 that of courier service so from this its been cleared our provisional is not generated.

@IndiaPostOffice Thanks for your reply. I will wait for this to be investigated. The letter has a delivery date of 28-4-21 but was delivered to me today only. Is there CCTV in this postoffice? It can help investigate. Stealing and pilferage should stop.

@PostOffice Thanks. vpn issues. Work gave me url addresses to put on router whitelist. Po help desk wouldn't help. My problem started the day after I received my new Po router.

Anyone else having problems lately with getting packages from @PostOffice? They have honestly lost five separate packages of ours over the the last few weeks. And one from last December is still missing. Filing claims is a dead end too. They say sorry and nothing is resolved. 🙁

@PostOffice Probably better-off asking the staff in the branch. I was a customer waiting in line and it just seemed odd the way the PC was badgering a female member of staff about something obviously out of her control.
