What happened to Customer service at the @PostOffice ? Why can’t they politely ask does your parcel contain any of these items on the list. Instead of being rude and asking “well what is it” then being asked to list what’s inside.

@PostOffice Can’t describe the vile service I received in Livingston Centre 2day!! A lady (no name badge) with blue hair, she couldn’t be arsed, was rude, and gave me wrong info (while discussing her colleagues dinner!!) disgusting & patronising when I asked a question!!

@PostOffice why don't you have more people working in your town centres? The few staff you have look stressed and over worked, they are sat at positions next to each other, so not social distancing, and as a customer, I don't enjoy waiting for 20 minutes, no-one does.

@PostOffice I’m trying not to be a prick about this Stephen but it’s happening more and more. I put £4000 behind that counter last year and I don’t seem to be getting much service. Other branches it’s no issue. My business is now suffering as a result.

@PostOffice not blaming the staff, they've been put in that position and using guidelines (not law) is poor policy making, there are far better ways of asking, I have sent a lot of parcels with various companies and I have to say you are by far the worst,
