@becky_doc @PostOffice @PostOffice ahh so you sent directly with Royal Mail then. I'm afraid this will be their issue. If you posted through the post office and let the branch do the postage label then you would have had the proper receipt and then be able to use the track and trace.

@mindisablank @PostOffice Short staffed maybe, we are going through a pandemic afterall. Poor staff i bet theyre stressed themselves dealing with queues and rude customers, without having tk see comments such as yours on twitter.

@PostOffice I assume you are customer services. I want a telephone number. Please try and remember this is a publicly funded. The customer service in my local post office is atrocious. This is the branch in Tesco Brent park.

@PostOffice @irenaborkowski @irenaborkowski Hi Irena- my suggestion would be to support your post office branch and don't do online postage. Let them print their labels as that's the salary that they make. By you doing online postage, you are actually gonna cause them to close the branch.
