    @PostOffice Well that a basic case of over promising and under delivering. Tell me it’s going to be a week and then when you take that long it’s not an issue. If you’ve promised 2 days, your customers will expect it. That’s basic customer service.

    Good to hear he’s back up and running this is just down the road from me I was shocked to see so much damage to such a well run and friendly credit to the @PostOffice brand.

    And the worst thing about all this is: your members and customers are quickly losing faith in a “building society” that is the only “bank” on the High Street that has no banking deal with @PostOffice . I don’t know why I joined you. I’m leaving once I can get help for my o/d ..

    @PostOffice You stated tracking number, Signed tlfir is not tracked.... It a proof of delivery reference number, It is misinformation to the customer on the parameters of what the service actually offers.

    @PostOffice "System Issue". I wish I could give my customers a 5-7 day fix time for their" IT system". I live in the real world though, not Post Office incompetence World. No doubt they'll only open some afternoons again, even when fixed.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMail @WHSmith Frequent issue - we had only just spotted the sign in the window saying that it was shutting at 2pm, so rushed to get the post down and joined the queue at 1.30pm. 30min wait-we have customers paying for a next day service! Hence why we use Special Delivery

    @PostOffice Can it please be sent by recorded-delivery? Considering the thousands I've spent on the account it would be great to know that the customer service experience extends until the full closure and refund of the monies remaining. 3rd times lucky on the letter 🤞🤞

    Also this week. @PostOffice and @VeoliaUK vans in disabled spaces. Totally unacceptable. I won’t be accepting deliveries or service from anyone that blocks the pavement or highway, and urge you to do the same. 2/2
