@PostOffice Well that a basic case of over promising and under delivering. Tell me it’s going to be a week and then when you take that long it’s not an issue. If you’ve promised 2 days, your customers will expect it. That’s basic customer service.

@Rantsofus1 @PostOffice Unless they were emergency biscuits, due to a targetted, nuclear strike taking out all the existing biscuit supplies, I would think an actual, paying customer would take priority. Especially, as the fella at the shop counter, where you buy said biscuits, was doing nowt. #eejit

I find it difficult to believe that they have gone missing after being scanned as being received. their only response was ‘you could try and come again or phone’. It’s a @PostOffice location - pretty poor service or maybe theft.

@IndiaPostOffice The performance of Mukundapur PostOffice, Kolkata - 700099 is very poor. Most of the days there is no link due to which work gets pending. The higher authorities do not come to know anything about the work culture here. Idle clerks spend their day in the office.
