@PostOffice Well that a basic case of over promising and under delivering. Tell me it’s going to be a week and then when you take that long it’s not an issue. If you’ve promised 2 days, your customers will expect it. That’s basic customer service.

our Drop and Go @PostOffice account is shown as pending closure - we're locked out, no tracking numbers or records available. Phone messages and emails go unanswered. this is a disaster. Not to mention we had credit on the account, you gonna keep that? Please help.

@PostOffice what is it that postmen don't understand about a letterbox being primarily for letters? I'm fed up with them trying to force parcels through it and now letterbox has been damaged by him! I caught him and challenged him and he couldn't care less. Poor customer service!

@beachcomberkate @PostOffice @WHSmith All these complaints against this Franchise post offices. Sub post offices have better standards. Maybe the CEO Carl Cowling needs to step up and address these appalling standards of service. That's what happens selling off Crown Offices.

Secondly the office is working currently on secondary network(NSP2), Today also office is working , it’s confirmed from the concerned Postoffice.
