Good to hear he’s back up and running this is just down the road from me I was shocked to see so much damage to such a well run and friendly credit to the @PostOffice brand.

@PostOffice Well that a basic case of over promising and under delivering. Tell me it’s going to be a week and then when you take that long it’s not an issue. If you’ve promised 2 days, your customers will expect it. That’s basic customer service.

@PostOffice @Cotswolds_D @RoyalMailHelp Good Lord. This response is beyond bad. No empathy, no attempt to help, just passing the buck onto someone else. "Not my problem" Dreadful.

If a person is not employed in a govt or eligible service, they must be a #graduate to take this #insurance policy; otherwise, they cannot avail it. Interestingly, while many jobs do not require a graduation degree, becoming eligible for @PostOffice insurance still requires 🤔

shittest app going, @PostOffice @RoyalMail … I’ve requested for a package to be redirected to my local office, yet some ******* idiot keeps trying to deliver to my home address, I won’t be in, as working. Is there a communication failure between @PostOffice APP & sorting office?

@PostOffice @bakedcamembert Sick of seeing that lame standard reply, you sell the service and often take the letters directly at the post office. The contract is between those posting letters and The Post Office because you sell the service.

@ashton38m @PostOffice Yep. I don't really have another convenient option because I live in a small town in Wales, but if I had literally any other way I would **** them off in a second.

@DavidLammy the reasons why cases are taking so long to go to trial has little to do with juries. Look at the Police, CPS & Prosecution Counsel tactics of withholding disclosures. This was a key issue in #PostOffice & #Encrochat cases. Remove juries & it’ll end up at ECHR

The post in London is utterly broken. I get post maybe once a week. Weekly magazines, supposed to arrive on a Friday for the weekend, arrive on Saturday or even Monday afterwards. Letters take a week to travel down the road. Something needs to change. @RoyalMail @PostOffice
