    @PostOffice can you help us? My little girl is looking to post her letter to Father Christmas 🎅🏼 but on the website it says you’ve missed the boat, the last posting day is 10th December? So I am assuming it’s not been updated since last year?

    @PostOffice clearly there are times when someone is off sick and that's understandable but they can never accept a parcel from me..maybe they need more support or staff trained?

    @siany_d @PostOffice @RoyalMail I did disclose as I was asked what it was .. that’s the main issue . I’d never post if I knew it was forbidden. Would take the train and hand it face to face

    @PostOffice Thanks, something needs to be done about it as the only staff there are getting moaned at when it’s not their fault which is not fair. This is a big post office serving a bit town so it should be giving a much better service
