  @BritishGas @PostOffice @professorgreen British gas priority service telephone customer service has turned into an absoloute joke, every time I call it routed to an agent abroad, someone with limited english, lengthy phonecalls for a 2min issue as they have limited understanding of what im saying

  Late Tuesday afternoon I applied to @DVLAgovuk to renew my driving licence using the @PostOffice service. Took longer to park than I was in the post office. A shiny new licence arrived this weekend. I'm more than impressed with both the speed, and how easy it was.

  @ChopsyBristol Was in there getting some change and after waiting as long as you a worker turned the self service tills back on. Don't forget the new @PostOffice in @WHSmith is better than the old location that had more counter staff to deal with customers as well as services available.

  @DoT_India Why post office staff more corrupt in Bihar compare to south state? People are struggling to get maturity amount from postoffice until you are not willing to bribe with them, Complaint system will never work.
