@PostOffice Trouble is they do not always pay their staffs overtime. However their bigger problem is their competitor's work up to 21:00hrs Seven Days a week. They are still living in their Unionised past, if they want to survive they need to change

@Barclays @PostOffice, it has been 6 days and my cheque has not credited to my account. Why can you not improve and implement better service so payments don’t get lost?!! who will take accountability over this? We did as per the process so where did it go wrong??

@PostOffice Thank you. I have worked for a PO, I used to run one in the 90s. . I am also trained in Customer care. There is nothing wrong with chatting at work. But the customer comes first. You don't chat to another colleague, about something irrelevant whilst serving. Thank you.
