    @PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

    @PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

    If you wear hearing aids do NOT use the @PostOffice #Northend Rd #Fulham. I couldn’t understand the woman & she told me I was the problem. Man. What happened to this country.

    .@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

    How is it possible to claim "no commission" yet charge exchange rate for currency with 10% mark up on actual bank rates. It looks like a scam at worst and at least dishonest and could catch many people out. Especially those more vulnerable. @MartinSLewis @PostOffice

    there are two kinds of pro kannada people 1. had bad exp in bank, postoffice with hindi or hindi crush broke them, these will fold for low bar half assed compromise 2. have hard ideology, want to reinstate lost glory, vision is all encompassing, total revolution become latter

    @PostOffice abysmal customer service. Contradicting information on the website. Start a chat only to be ignored and then when I ask where I can make a complaint they end the chat.
