  @PostOffice 2/2 no-one can find it but there they "forgot" to ask for signs (according to the person I spoke to) it's been there 6 months so surely they can get signs. Also no customer parking as it's full of employees cars. All 9 spaces full although I was only one there.

  @PostOffice broadband is as bad as the customer service! No callback from a manager, cutoff when being transferred to customer service and charging me to leave for broadband that drops everyday - I know there is nothing you can do as it’s @TalkTalk provided

  @PostOffice Staff member is rude everytime I go in there but today she was off the scale. Totally ignorant. Abusive towards junior members of staff. I know everyone has bad days but she is consistently unpleasant and unhelpful. Not going in there anymore to feel like this when I leave.

  Alarmed to hear Martins newsagent in Blackbird Leys Rd will be shutting next month & with it the local Post Office. I hope @PostOffice secure another premises locally, I've asked @OxfordCity to support in our role as freeholder for the shops & partner in district centre rebuild.
