    @PostOffice 2/2 no-one can find it but there they "forgot" to ask for signs (according to the person I spoke to) it's been there 6 months so surely they can get signs. Also no customer parking as it's full of employees cars. All 9 spaces full although I was only one there.

    @PostOffice after 9 days waiting for my travel money card and putting in a complaint I received it this morning only to find it’s been cancelled. Utterly disgusted with the service or lack of I received

    @siany_d @PostOffice Not when I purchased using the business suite. It also doesn't explain why the royal mail customer service point hesitated to take the tracked items. It was made to fell like posting tracked items was putting them to great discomfort and 'not the usual way'

    @PostOffice Thank you. I visited post office and they explained so assumed it was fixed and didn’t need any further help from you until I checked online. Do you know how long it will take? Still waiting for confirmation for transactions from Tuesday when error occurred

    @ASOS @ASOS_HeretoHelp is awful! Sent something back over a month ago but @PostOffice used the wrong returns label and they won’t give me a refund! I wouldn’t be wasting my time dealing with this if I hadn’t returned it! Awful customer service.

    @PostOffice Sending package of five miniature x 100c vodka in a presentation case. Told to break package down as only allowed three bottles per package despite limit being 2l. Repack 3x2 packages to be told it’s actually only 2 bottles per package allowed. Repack. Finally posted. Never again

    @PostOffice please can you help, I sent a1st class signed for parcel on 24/12/20 as a return through ebay, when I returned home the cashier did not give the correct receipt, I returned and the cashier was unable to help I have the cash receipt but no reference number, please help

    @Karishamgrover @PostOffice All the staff are kept up to date on the services try remembering that your 5 second free clothing returns aren't the only service the post office orders you did stay it was the staffs fault and you expect them to illegally work through their break because you're too impatient
