@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@PostOffice Not really much more to say. The poor lady was doing her best but I was 3 in line and wasn’t out til 9:15. I have to do business banking. It’s not a PO created problem rather a banking / society one. Shame it’s landed in the shoulders of someone who should probably be retired!!

@PostOffice No post for nearly two weeks then finally 10 letters pop through the letter box at the same time including a medical appointment letter dated 19January and birthday card posted 2nd class on the 16th of January ...today is the 31st of January ...poor poor service ...

@ladychatterley Same for me except I just went the post office. Just took my old passport and they filled out the form, took my photo and did all the work. New passport arrived 7 days later. Amazing service! Credit where it's due 👏🏻 @PostOffice

@PostOffice Terribly poor service today in your High Street Cheltenham store. No self service available, one member of staff on the counters and a que as long as the T G Jones store itself. Already been waiting 30 mins and there’s still 7 people to be served in front of me!

@IndiaPostOffice I haven’t received my Speed Post but the status shows it as delivered I have already raised a complaint 2369408047 I was asked to visit the postoffice but I am currently unable to do so. Kindly check into it Is this the standard level of service from India Post?

@emilyjanewoods @PostOffice Self Service Kiosks need to be manned. If theres only 1 member of staff on then they can't have the SSKs on too. Stafg shortages sometimes cannot be avoided. Perhaps show some empathy.
