@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@PostOffice Is there a reason why C&D barcodes can't be scanned on your SSK, e.g. "2nd Class Signed For" whereas "Tracked 48" shopping returns can? Customers needing POP could considerably reduce queue times instead of waiting for a counter service if that was implemented.

What is going on @PostOffice? It doesn’t matter how carefully I use your online price finder, I ALWAYS have to pay way more at a counter. And whatever service I request I’m also told that that particular PO doesn’t do it yet it offers me the next more expensive one.

@PostOffice No security issue. It’s parcels for ASOS. Are you telling me royal mail don’t want to return parcels for consumers? If so I’ll report to ASOS. They shouldn’t advertise that you’ll take parcels when it’s when you “feel like it”.

@PostOffice how comes when we pay for track and trace the item can’t be tracked or traced. The post office service is appalling. I will never use them again. Thank you

@RoyalMailHelp Hi, my Mum sent something to me, first class signed for, on Monday Oct 4th. It has not arrived and tracking still says it's at her postoffice. Can you help please? (UK to UK delivery)

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail
(@NewPOGuy) reported
@PostOffice @Squeak020 What neither you our Royal Mail seem to have noticed is that this is an ordinary CoP, with no tracking number. Either you or RM should probably ask the customer is what service it was sent with.

@BBCJohnBeattie @PostOffice Post office don’t issue passports. Someone there will check your form, for a fee, before you send it to passport office.

@BBCJohnBeattie @PostOffice What was the issue? Recognition of the photo online gave me grief back in ‘17 and I ended up at the PO at Anniesland!

@mariaspears @PostOffice It boils down to the simple fact of using our “law-making process” for favourable outcomes and business gain. If POL had a hand in this presumption, well mine is as follows: “it takes two fools to make a bad deal from two sets of organisations” who who’s? #PostOfficeScandal

@BBCJohnBeattie @PostOffice Having similar issues as my online application seems to have went down a processing black hole. You can collect a paper application form from the post office, then click on my previous link to arrange an appointment within 1 week to collect passport for £150. That’s my backup!
