It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

If you had experts in your larger units to wrap and pack I'd pay for the service!

My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

We are cutting down on public services, including law enforcement, and this is what they choose to spend resources on? Insist on knowing EXACTLY is in a parcel and won’t let you buy postage that isn’t the most expensive option. I do online now and pay 30p to have collected! Better than those stupid queues too

Legal and security requirement for schools to be manned and message advising redelivery for tomorrow, when the school is closed!! 🤔
