@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

@paulhar82213853 @PostOffice @WHSmith Also doesn't help when orders can take weeks to arrive, due to the incompetence of Post Office Stores. I've seen me waiting upwards of 4 weeks for an order to arrive, and then when it does finally come it's missing half of what I ordered

@DVLAgovuk I need to renew my license (presumably so new photo reflects my now haggered face) but can’t online due to expired passport. @PostOffice refused (your system is broken apparently) and can’t via post as don’t have a cheque book (I’m not that old despite said face). Help

@PostOffice I had to take it another half mile to another office and I'm not strong, when I got there, I collapsed to the ground, almost fainted. When you put times on your website, you MAKE DAMN SURE THE STORES ABIDE BY THEM.

@IndiaPostOffice hello sir your dombivli west postoffice is working so slow that to take money from own account it takes more than 2 hours waiting in line for in temp of 30 to 35 degree celsius. There are aged people who are waiting for so many time.
