@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

@dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

@PostOffice Thanks. Rumours rife that this is part of longer term local closure strategy. This would be at odds with our village doubling households over next 3 years. Footnotes to letter support this view. Please advise

@PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

@PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

@YourMcColls the service in Holme on Spalding Moor is appalling! 4 out of 5 times I’ve been either the @PostOffice has been closed or the whole shop. The few staff you have are brilliant but if you can’t staff 2 shops in the village at least close 1 and fully staff 1. Disgraceful

Anyone using Travelcard at @PostOffice we have one in greece... We need to top it up. We find this impossible due to using a local sim card... We found the system not to work... Something to do with connectivity of systems. (data roaming is not possibly due to connectivity issue

Well absolutely **** that. What is the point in being able to do my banking at the @PostOffice if I need to go to the bank to do it? If I could have gone to a branch I would have, there isn't one open I can get to while they are open.

@Payzone_UK @PostOffice I wouldn’t bother have now not been able to take payments for over a week with faulty machine. Sent wrong device twice still not working. Not been able to take card payments for 11 days a counting in a time when nobody carry’s cash. Thanks Payzone I can truly say your useless!

@folkloresswift @PostOffice You will need to give date and time you went in, however as we dont store addresses if theres several the same the branch may not be able to help

@PostOffice £1000 missing from my account .. after depositing way back 30/10/2021 at one of your branches .. I have emailed customer service on the 7th November and still no work back also a complaint was raised on Monday the 8th .. still no word back!!!

@PostOffice Please sort out your Honiton branch, it’s a total shambles! Every week there’s a sign outside with random opening hours! Just gone down to post a parcel at lunchtime, to find out they shut at 2pm and now won’t be open the rest of the week apart from 5 hours on Friday!

@PostOffice If you could please report this and let me know the outcome. I should not feel pressured into wearing a mask when it is not mandated. The owners of this establishment should not be able to force this upon anybody especially as they facilitate a public service.

Absolutely shocked with @PostOffice #lupset refused service as I refused to pay 50p extra to pay contactless during a pandemic
