    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

    @PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

    @PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

    @dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

    @PostOffice It's not what I meant your forcing people to withdraw that not the same as just giving away 250k there's a catch a rule 1 person withdraws £10 pounds 1p donated the other draws £10000 still 1p donated so you need by my understanding 250k withdraws before you help people in need

    @PostOffice 2 staff on when the main post office in Sheffield opens is pretty hopeless. Not one person served since I arrived 10 minutes ago. I know there are staffing issues but really????

    At the town post office… it’s queued right out the door & beyond in the rain due to the stupid 2m rule. Pensioners shut outdoors in the cold & the wet. I’ve been stood here for 1/2 an hour already and my feet are freezing. This is what will make you sick! #royalmail #postoffice

    @ispreview @ShellEnergyHome @PostOffice Thank you. I have sent a DM with customer number and E mail. My latest broadband speed 0.2 download and 1.04 upload. These are not the speeds I pay a contract for.

    @PostOffice half an hour on hold to home phone. Broadband on and mostly off for 2 days. Is anyone available to help today?? 2nd time in 6 weeks 🙈
