    @PostOffice @scanx4 Before I could say 'oh and I need to pay for the envelope too,' the guy at the front till started accusing me of stealing the bag and made a great show of publicly admonishing me! It was HORRIBLE and a shame that I now feel unable to go into my local post office.

    @PostOffice do post offices not have to be open as essential service? Local one to close from 1-9 January ‘22!

    @dolphinpcb @PostOffice Peter. Their remains so much inference from the name of the log file they still use. The Known Errors Log which logically implies there are errors they don't know about yet. These unknown errors are now the default reason for losses until POL can prove otherwise.

    @PostOffice Thanks. Rumours rife that this is part of longer term local closure strategy. This would be at odds with our village doubling households over next 3 years. Footnotes to letter support this view. Please advise

    It's deeply concerning if @PostmanPat is the best the postal service has to offer on the frontline but having watched the 'Blue Flash' episode I realise that his laissez faire attitude extends to managers&those working behind the scenes. No wonder they're unprofitable #postoffice

    @PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

    @PostOffice @scanx4 I too have had a horrible experience at the Davidsons Mains PO that has made me feel unable to use this branch. After buying/using a mailing bag whilst in a busy Christmas queue this year. I finally got to the till and said the package was headed I internationally.

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, I phoned the customer services number, great effort from the tech support person to help sort it out (think his name was Fraser). My broadband is still very patchy and dropping out sometimes, but hopefully will improve soon.

    @PostOffice He said £106 was the fee for both paper and digital check. I showed him the webpage with price via phone - that’s when he started shouting, swearing snd throwing letters around behind the counter! Never seen anything like it! 😡

    @PostOffice Thanks Courtney - but I already called your advisors from South Africa (there is no online contact option other than email), and they were fully unhelpful. I'd recommend checking your Trust Pilot ratings and making some policy changes to support customers.

    @tweetercal @PostOffice @RoyalMail It is all terrible. Recently a deliver driver lied about having v tried to deliver saying I wouldn’t pay customs charges. He had not even been here. Had frantic person on Etsy saying the item wld be destroyed by UPS if didn’t pay. I had had no communication re any of it.

    @tammybaldwin @USPS Bad idea. I’d rather get rid of the USPS altogether. The private sector provides services better & cheaper! Over $69 BILLION in losses over last 11 fiscal years. They shouldn’t be buying anything #BigGovernmentSucks #postoffice

    @PostOffice @RoyalMintUK Been to 4 local PO counters(you closed down all our branches) none of them have been sent the 50ps, ironically not delivered on time. Only wanted 1 for my pops who collects coins. Reminiscent of the Alphabet 10p wild goose chase 🙄 Good luck searchers!

    Still angry that @TicketmasterDE is ignoring my DMs and don't want to help me. It's been almost a year and I still don't have my money back from tickets I refunded because of rescheduling. Not my fault ticketmaster/postoffice lost the tickets, I just want my €130 back....

    @OnlyEnnui @PostOffice @RoyalMail It’s the reason I stopped selling anything on eBay. I got sick of RM losing almost every other parcel I sent out and me having to refund the buyer when they didn’t turn up, I was just out of pocket every time, but RM weren’t! Absolutely crap!
