    @paullewismoney How many £millions has the @PostOffice spent on this obsession about an infinitesimal issue? Machine sorting with stamp values being read automatically has been around for decades; so, the barcodes were not required for that!

    Our post office in Hoghton Lancashire has a notice CLOSED DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES on the door since LAST Wednesday when I went to pick up a parcel. Really poor service @PostOffice in a rural community where most people have to drive to reach it! Parcel locked behind closed doors

    There is a mass network of corner shops acting as pick ups and drop off for packages all over the UK that are nothing to do with the PostOffice and usually work on behalf of multiple logistics companies. Will we start seeing letter couriered via this method en-mass?

    @PostOffice abhorrent behaviour from the Woolston branch in Southampton. Refused me and my support dog, gaslighted me and my partner and didn’t send the parcel I wanted SIGNED and got second class. Post Office please get in contact.

    @PostOffice @parcelforce The woman at the Post Office put in the wrong address on the system for a parcel I have sent so now it hasn’t been delivered within 24 hours as promised and won’t be until Monday. Unbelievable incompetence as seemingly no resolution when I call. Shambolic

    From a reader: "the @PostOffice told me I shouldn't put stamps on a Special Delivery Guaranteed letter it would slow down delivery". These people ARE trained but their training in financial services & other products means they have lost sight of basics on the mails. 1/2

    @RoyalMail Except for the fact that @PostOffice branches still haven’t received September stamp issues from stamps and supplies and they have customers waiting.
