@ShonaRattray @PostOffice It really is bad, my understanding is that there are still people in jail because of it or at least still under supervision/probation orders. They deserve to be compensated properly.

  • rtty Boris Johnsons Love Child (@rtty) reported

@fujitsu_uk Are you going to apologise over the @PostOffice Horizon scandal or sit back and pretend it never happened and that you helped put innocent people in prison, lose their livelihoods and all their money? It’s disgusting that Fujitsu had remained silent in this scandal.

Listening to the pain, heartache & misery of those poor people who were jailed, vilified, shamed by managers from @PostOffice is just heartbreaking. 💔 Where is their justice??

This @PostOffice debacle / disgrace beggars belief…how did people end up being sent down for 3 and half years? It’s insane. And this has been going on for 14 YEARS with no compensation to date, and £1 billion possibly in the offing, which will be picked up by the taxpayer.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Hi - I logged a “complaint” with customer services but because the address was wrong to start with they said to get in touch with the sender .

@SBDVintage @PostOffice And yet again ! 30 people in a queue, 1 member of staff and all 3 self-service machines not working. @PostOffice didn’t you get the memo earlier in the week, that your services were appalling.

@PostOffice Not exactly great customer service from Post Office is it? And please don't point me towards a complaints form as I'm sure everyone has had it up-to-here with the lack of service from the Post Office :(
