Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

Ray Lock (@thewisdomofray) reported from Cheltenham, England@PostOffice Cheltenham High Street (WHSmith) 20 mins to drop off pre-labelled tracked package so not even allowed to use the most complicated self-service machines in retail. But this is usual. The staff do their best but there are never enough counters open, and no queue management.

I’m disabled I waited all day Tuesday for a package it never arrives then the app says it tried to deliver at 4:44pm i have a buzzer and a bell in my home. I’m now 2 days later and can’t get any information I absolutely hate Royal Mail.

Actual fee to avoid Dig ID shenanigans + Postal order + Fee + £15 for photos + postage❓ £44.08

Paid £9.45 for guaranteed next day delivery by 1 pm it’s only an envelope but yet again you have failed to turn up to my doorstep to collect. The last time it took 3 re booked attempts to get you to come to collect an item 🤬🤬
