@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice what a waste of time barnwook road gloucester, says 13.00 shut, staff decided to shut at 12.30 but the came out side to say we're not serving you and the person in from of me was the last time was 12.05 what a joke of a service you have in Gloucester barnwood road

@PostOffice Particularly at this time of year having to get to a post office, buy packing materials and boxes, take them home, pack things, and bring them back to post them is a pain. If you had experts in your larger units to wrap and pack I'd pay for the service!

@PostOffice Your Barnsley branch is a joke customer's queueing out the door 1 person serving and 1 person on the self service which makes it not self service also very rude unhelpful staff

@fagewelsh @GOVUK @PostOffice Hi, for info I have had issues with bulb too,they claim the post office send the vouchers, but when I spoke to the PO they said this was not the case,checked the guidance and the gov say its the energy companies that send vouchers,eventually got a voucher fm bulb not the PO!

I sent a package from Miami to Dallas via USPS Priority Mail service - and it is still tracking to delivery 11 days after being dropped at the postoffice . What's going on with the postal service? Priority payment and expecting priority service - not so true this time.

@PostOffice 🧵 last wk I took my disabled son to have photos taken in photo booth in Isleworth post office. Unfortunately despite careful use the machine took took the £5 note but did not register the additional 4 x £1 coins = no photos. Reject button not working. I spoke to

Friend of mine went to go and top up their pay as you go electricity meter using @GOVUK voucher at @PostOffice (only place you can redeem them) and was told ‘too many ppl had been using vouchers’ so ‘the system had broken’. Anyone else had this?
