@PostOffice so my local post office wouldn’t take my parcel after I had queued up for ages due her taking an age on another customer as I had sealed it with staples as they may rip the postman’s skin. Are you actually kidding me? Fuming beyond belief.

@PostOffice had to make several trips to them today, each time a different reason to not send the parcel, they provided no help, not even an apology for making me walk 5 miles to the other post office that was closed. it was absurd

@PostOffice ...if a customer rings the 0345 722 3344 number, they expect to speak to a member staff not a automated voice that redirects me to the website. If I wanted to do go on the website I would have gone on the website, I wouldn’t have called up.

@PostOffice Absolutely disgusted with the deplorable service from your broadband operation. Leaving vulnerable people with no broadband for 2 weeks is way offside. Contact ends soon 🙄

Currently in a massive queue at the post office - about 20 people waiting and one teller. Don’t know why they bother having all those other tills as I’ve never seen more than three open at one time 🙄 @PostOffice

@RoyalMailHelp And this is supposed to be an “Essential Service”? Good to know that we can rely on @RoyalMail or should I say it is good that richer areas of London can count of you while the rest of us will need to wait months for our post .... postcode lottery once again ... #PostOffice

@PostOffice Hi Stephen, thanks for your help. To be honest though - it's very concerning this has happened twice in 2 weeks. Is this just going to keep happening? I'm not doing anything wrong and spending a lot of money with you every week yet having this constant issue

@PostOffice Hi, my vulnerable 82 year old neighbour has had no landline or internet service for 2 weeks. You are his ISP. Several attempts made to contact you but support line, online chat and web email all unresponsive. When will you be able to respond?

@PostOffice parcel sent 4th Jan. It was a birthday present. Can't track as you haven't attempted delivery. 'Lost' parcel process takes 30 days. £20 refund doesn't include postage cost I hope? Poor and very disappointing. Presume someone has nicked it.
