@PostOffice must be up there with the worst companies around 4 doing there job. Caught them on my @ring_uk Doorbell putting a Missed You card through the door whilst my partner was home. Now shes waited all day 4 a parcel from @Apple but postie delivered nothing. Covid no doubt

@PostOffice I went in to renew my passport with a change of name. The website said this service was available at the york centre branch. After waiting for ages I was told they couldn't do a renewal with a change of name because the photo booth wasn't working and they didn't have the forms.

@PostOffice your piccadilly plaza, manchester M1 4AL post office is not open until 10pm as your website and the royal mail rebooking service states. The PO closes at 6pm and the souvenir shop is open until 10pm. Please correct this so other people don't have their time wasted thx

@PostOffice Thanks for the quick reply - much appreciated. Sounds like there wasn't much consultation with you guys before it happened and I do worry that some older people will struggle with the change. Did the @DWP even explain why? Why fix what isn't broken! @dwppressoffice

Hmm our @PostOffice branch transactions conducted half a mile away are showing up as from a place far away. Which is kind of amusing, and probably because it's a temporary branch, but could cause problems in a banking security check...

Unbelievably awful service just now from #PostOfficeTelecoms @PostOffice (now owned by @ShellEnergyHome). Incoming landline calls failing. Waited around 20 minutes, outside on my mobile in the rain (no signal indoors) for an answer. Line was tested, fault found.

WTF can't GB have one, unified postal service? Had the infuriating experience today of one parcel being acceptable by @PostOffice but the other one needing to go to @RoyalMail . Both going to EXACTLY the same address. Unbelievable. #FirstWorldProblems
