@RoyalMailHelp please can you advise? As the Royal Mail website also states signed for can be dropped off at a @PostOffice branch. Especially if you have bought a signed for service and require proof of postage.

What a joke @PostOffice handed me a counter fit £20 note on the 1st December. And still waiting for a callback after several emails still no call. Very poor customer service

@PostOffice 4th time lucky. Got my item sent International Tracked from 41 Victoria Road RM1 2LH. Couldn't send International Tracked & Signed because it's going to a PO Box. FUN FACT! Despite being an inferior service to International Tracked & Signed, International Tracked costs £1.70 more
