@PostOffice 15 mins. 1 worker was ignoring queue and putting parcels unto bags, another who was talking was busy doing something at counter 2. Position 1 had long problem and was on phone for ages. Finally counter 2 opened up.

@PostOffice Kempston post office, no wonder it's got so many poor google reviews. Just wanted Special Delivery next day (for the tracking and better insurance) didn't want Saturday delivery but they added it anyway and fleeced me for an extra £3 after I said I didn't want it!

@PostOffice Is there an issue with the Click & Drop service today? I printed an International Tracked & Signed label this morning and took the parcel to two Post Offices (Station Road, Kiveton Park & Union Street, Harthill) and both are having trouble with it.

@PostOffice Why are the rates so different between pre loading the card and purchasing cash? App (pre load card) = 1.1490 V Website (Cash purchase) = 1.1692? I've just preloaded some Euros and the difference between the 2 means I'm about €20 down!

@PostOffice @ThomasFisher01 @RoyalMailHelp As a PO branch manager, I can confirm there is an issue with click and drop tracked/signed international post items across the the network. Helpdesk advise branches to put them through as prepaid, and branch to put new tracking label on. Hope this info helps
