    @PostOffice terrible service Dalmuir, Milngavie and Anniesland all had excuses why I couldn't renew my photo card driving licence! all related to photo machine, do they just not want to use it. Frustrated is not the word!

    @PostOffice We will NEVER use credit or debit cards or, crypto. We use CASH only. Anything other than #cash is control and data collection

    @PostOffice 1st (Anniesland) said person that worked the machine was not in come back tomorrow, second (Dalmuir) said they shut the machine down an hour before closing as its deemed a fire risk come back tomorrow and the 3rd (Milngavie) said the machine was broken gave me a renewal form.

    @PostOffice Second time I’ve seen this after a few weeks, so the Post Office have noted everyone’s concerns and decided they were right anyway. Not dissimilar to the way they ignored the postmasters. The problem seems to be cultural.
