    Appalling service from @postoffice. Sent me text saying delivery 1108-1508hrs and then turned up at 0759hrs whilst I was out. Trying to rearrange nightmare.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Parcel won't fit and just ring the intercom system then I can meet them by my front door takes 1/2 a second and would alleviate all problems. I think it should be part of their training to THINK outside the box lol.

    @PostOffice Can you can help when I posted my item it was 2nd class signed for and The self-service machine did not print out the receipts so I left not thinking I would need them I did pay by card so I have to credit card transaction as well as the tracking code now the item is now missing

    @BarkersAboard @PostOffice I think you might be right and to be honest I thing it's only down to one or two staff as I went in two days previous and got proof of postage and a smile 👍 It's such a shame as a trip to the @PostOffice to have a natter in the queue is something we usually look forwards to.

    @lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

    @PostOffice One hour and 7 minutes all told. One customer took nearly half an hour to serve. Which given there was one counter staff and a very energetic man helping with postal issues, meant the rest of us stood for far too long

    @PostOffice is there a reason you hire such unpleasant, unhelpful people to work in your post offices? Is it part of the job description? I have had so many negative experiences in branches, NEVER have this issue *repeatedly* with other services/businesses. So unprofessional.

    @EdenCottage @PostOffice Thank you for supporting the post office where you can by using drop and go. It's a sad situation where branch staff are having to tell customers to use another service, thereby losing income they need to stay in business. Also a massive frustration to customers like yourselves.

    @PostOffice Please send me a link to the 'rules' that make it mandatory for me, as a customer, to tell you what's in my letter before you agree to accept it! At an airport I merely have to confirm that my suitcase doesn't contain a prohibited item - why is the Post Office so "special"?
