I think it should be part of their training to THINK outside the box lol.

If you wanted fully tracked you would have had to use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The RM website will also confirm it's on it way in the network and not at the PO

After Migration to CBS, office work was not managed on such existing network connectivity, whereas the case of establishment of BSNL line on NSP1 is undergone.
