    @PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Parcel won't fit and just ring the intercom system then I can meet them by my front door takes 1/2 a second and would alleviate all problems. I think it should be part of their training to THINK outside the box lol.

    @BarkersAboard @PostOffice I think you might be right and to be honest I thing it's only down to one or two staff as I went in two days previous and got proof of postage and a smile 👍 It's such a shame as a trip to the @PostOffice to have a natter in the queue is something we usually look forwards to.

    Appalling service from @postoffice. Sent me text saying delivery 1108-1508hrs and then turned up at 0759hrs whilst I was out. Trying to rearrange nightmare.

    @lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

    @PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

    @PostOffice Well they have already said they are going to send an engineer out, but that’s not the point. We have just lost our chance to put a food order in because of the quality of this service.

    @PostOffice Can you can help when I posted my item it was 2nd class signed for and The self-service machine did not print out the receipts so I left not thinking I would need them I did pay by card so I have to credit card transaction as well as the tracking code now the item is now missing

    @petemorristwit You can pay it in at the Postoffice. Just write you sort code and account no on the back if you have no paying slip and ask for a NatWest paying slip. Support your local PO.

    @Crutchfield I received my catalog before Thanksgiving...but I feel like someone at the #PostOffice flipped through it at some point in the delivery process, because some pages were loose. Like they don't have enough problems...🤬

    @KotakBankLtd I have applied debit from mobile banking on 19th november.The card is dispatched through speedpost. The card has reached to my nearest postoffice on 27 november,its been 4 days they haven't delivered my card.Please look into this issue ASAP. CRN -221701565
