@PostOffice @Cashplus the post office is again NOT ON. You provide a service which I pay towards. And I especially didn’t expect your response. My money was bagged up when I went today and I now have no money bags as your post office ran out and is now expecting me to use MY FUEL to go back probably

@siany_d @PostOffice I don't for one minute think the lady in question was going to be using her own stationary, nor did I expect it. Let's agree to differ. I reiterate my first point that the post office displays dreadful customer service.

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Parcel won't fit and just ring the intercom system then I can meet them by my front door takes 1/2 a second and would alleviate all problems. I think it should be part of their training to THINK outside the box lol.

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@PostOffice seriously, standing in a queue of 20 people with only one manned point in the building and 3 self service machines all not being used. Only post office for miles. Really really poor service.

@PostOffice One cashier and 12 people in the queue in the WH Smith's central Ipswich branch. One customer taking an inordinate amount of time and no attempt by the cashier to speed up the process. Seemed more inclined to turn it into a social than a transaction.

@sandratizzard @NFSP_UK @PostOffice John Peberdy was so concerned that he suggested a new losses and gains policy be drawn up. It never happened nor ,as I was calling for ,was a new Contract reflecting digital accounting drawn up. Why was this?

@PostOffice the queue in The Galleries PO was as huge as ever today. 25 mins wait. 1 employee at the counter, efficient but only has 1 pair of hands. Another employee there, didn't help much. They told me they aren't allowed to recruit more staff, lack of budget.

@PostOffice @Resurge888 Can I jump on this? We have post office house insurance, but 19 days after our roof started leaking, you can imagine the state of the ceilings! Even a formal complaint has made no difference. Surely you should be seeking to prevent further damage?

@KateJon41196503 @PostOffice @WHSmith Exactly this. I find it astonishing that publicly and repeatedly the blame has been laid at their door in this thread. Even just one extra full time member of staff would make a massive difference. They are a public service and the service is appalling! It affects people's lives

@PostOffice @FlaskEnd My local post office never offer any services during the postal strikes (including banking services). This is severely affecting our business being unable to pay money in or get change. Please can you advise why they aren’t offering this service when your website says you do?
