  • Firewraak : O [ = = ] O : (@Firewraak) reported from Birmingham, England

@PostOffice Thank you for the apology. Yes tbf I thought your comment was rude and condescending. I know you offer banking services, this is why I joined @Cashplus as I had access to 11,500 @PostOffice of which 300 are directly managed by Post Office Ltd to deposit money.

@lucyallan @TelfordTories just incase you are interested now, the @PostOffice tried to get the judge to sack himself because they did not like being judged for their CRIMES. Refused, last ditch attempt will be poor appeal attempt then justice will be served @PaulaVennells1 😉😉

  • PaulDre64160747 Paul Drew (@PaulDre64160747) reported from Birmingham, England

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Parcel won't fit and just ring the intercom system then I can meet them by my front door takes 1/2 a second and would alleviate all problems. I think it should be part of their training to THINK outside the box lol.

  • PFYP_Jeff PowerForYourProduct Ltd (@PFYP_Jeff) reported from Dudley, England

Appalling service from @postoffice. Sent me text saying delivery 1108-1508hrs and then turned up at 0759hrs whilst I was out. Trying to rearrange nightmare.

  • JON_BANKSY Jon Banks (@JON_BANKSY) reported from Birmingham, England

@nickwallis @PostOffice Them let’s stop letting the ******* get their way and being allowed to bury shit and nail them. Anything less is a massive slur on our justice system.

  • BikeAndBoatUK by Bike & Boat (@BikeAndBoatUK) reported from Stourport-on-Severn, England

@BarkersAboard @PostOffice I think you might be right and to be honest I thing it's only down to one or two staff as I went in two days previous and got proof of postage and a smile 👍 It's such a shame as a trip to the @PostOffice to have a natter in the queue is something we usually look forwards to.

  • Firewraak : O [ = = ] O : (@Firewraak) reported from Birmingham, England

@PostOffice Well, A: you do deals with the likes of @Cashplus to act as a place to deposit money. So I would advise you cut the attitude. I am a customer. Don’t be so rude!!! I will not accept your bad attitude towards me. #badcustomerservice

Post Office Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Mozzersm Stevie(wonder)Morris (@Mozzersm) reported

@PostOffice Glitches, outages, and innocent mistakes can also cause problems, leaving you without the ability to buy things when you need to. merchants have no way to accept payments when systems malfunction. Even something as simple as a dead battery could leave you “penniless,” in a sense.

  • jmt_1976 JMT_1976 (@jmt_1976) reported

@PostOffice This is crass in the extreme. Which focus group and management sat in a room and thought this was appropriate ?! I mean WTF?

  • fneepette Feminist Fandango (@fneepette) reported

@PostOffice This is utterly bizarre placement. Why on earth didn't you partner with a domestic abuse charity and ask their advice. You want to make money. They want to save women. Support their campaign rather than saving your profit.

  • BoudicaJael Boudica Jael (@BoudicaJael) reported

@EyesWatchin @nigelsutherland @PostOffice I don’t think he really has any idea what’s it’s like to scrape pennies together. Lots of us do though. Cashless would be terrible for the vulnerable of society.

  • fezziwig_mr 🇬🇱Mr Fezziwig🇺🇸 (@fezziwig_mr) reported

@EyesWatchin @ElleInTheUK @PostOffice Everyone can use a bank account. Bank accounts have been around more than 300 years. If you have bad credit you can get a basic account. Everyone who can operate a Post Office account for benefits can operate a bank account. Everyone.

  • DianaBrewster11 Diana Brewster (@DianaBrewster11) reported

@Lynzb99 @PostOffice Does it ever occur to you that some of these so called “absolute ******** sat at a meeting” are actually women who have themselves a lived experience of being poor as children and whose families were victims of violence reliant on trying to get by on tiny sums of cash to survive?

  • npjackson123 Nicholas Jackson EU citizen 🔶⬛ (@npjackson123) reported

@Muzzascot @PostOffice @RoyalMail I have done, they can’t make them as their is no law, never has been.

  • ClemFandango66 Clem Fandango (@ClemFandango66) reported

@happycabby1 @FionaMi83345859 @PostOffice You related the issue to jabs "There are people in some countries....". My point is that there are many people who say they are "unable" to adapt to NT, but then find that they are suddenly "able" when the alternatives are Skype their grandkids or not see their grandkids at all.
