    @PostOffice hi I need some help all my local post offices have been closed and I need to send some official documents I’m told by the shop that houses my local post office that I need to use a main on which is 24 miles drive, that can’t be helping can it, I don’t want to travel!

    @PostOffice Is there a reason why C&D barcodes can't be scanned on your SSK, e.g. "2nd Class Signed For" whereas "Tracked 48" shopping returns can? Customers needing POP could considerably reduce queue times instead of waiting for a counter service if that was implemented.

    @PostOffice - how do I get to speak to a real live person to help me with a problem of redirecting mail? On your website I am sent in repeated circles of 'support' and 'help' that neither support nor help. Aaagh! A phone number please. #frustration #goingpostal

    @PostOffice can anyone help with a @asos return which is missing the returns label but is sat at @RoyalMail and I was notified to say Royal Mail had picked it up but now they are trying to deliver it to me!? Confused? Same here!

    Was told by PO customer service lady that I could close account over the phone if I had security details. Took me an hour to track them down (opened account in 2003) and rang back only to be told by another agent I can't do it over the phone. So @PostOffice who's right?

    I've written about it before @PostOffice - postal workers throwing rubber bands all over the streets. Found 2 on my driveway & 1 in my porch this last week. Don't give me crap about them being bio-degradable. That takes a year or more. This is a national issue. STOP doing it!

    @MSNBC @MaddowBlog He is sending business to companies he has stock in all the while destroying the US postoffice by depriving them of their biggest money making time of the year! It is deliberate to destroy and privatize the postal system! Biden needs to get off his *** and correct this problem!
