@PostOffice hi I need some help all my local post offices have been closed and I need to send some official documents I’m told by the shop that houses my local post office that I need to use a main on which is 24 miles drive, that can’t be helping can it, I don’t want to travel!

@PostOffice We had a vehicle seriously damaged on site in Rochdale on Friday. The vehicle that caused the damage was red and we were told a Royal Mail vehicle had been on site between 13.00 and 13.30. We are not saying your vehicle was involved but have tried to contact someone

@PostOffice You stated tracking number, Signed for is not tracked.... It a proof of delivery reference number, It is misinformation to the customer on the parameters of what the service actually offers.

@KateJon41196503 @PostOffice to be honest Kate.i never exchange notes for anything unless it's deposited and then withdrawn as cash. Swapping notes is aiding fraudulent activity which is something I can't support. It's too risky.
