@PostOffice Trust me, I won't be rushing back there.. It was only because it was an emergency that I was in there... Our lovely village post office is the opposite of the chaotic one at Diss and I happily use the village one!!

@PostOffice Thanks Stephen, this info is not very obvious on click&drop website. But my question is why cannot be dropped off at Post Office?, it's a service provided by RoyalMail itself, isn't it? They're heavily promoting it on my Click&Drop account (with an offer!).

@PostOffice I posted a parcel to the USA on 30 June from your Larbert office and it has never arrived. I didn’t track it as I didn’t think it would be necessary but clearly if you don’t, your parcel goes missing! Could I get an explanation please as it cost me about £50 to send

@PostOffice went post office yesterday, I asked for 48 hours Royal Mail tracked instead I was charged and given 48 hours parcel force tracked. Terrible

@blackwardrobe @PostOffice Royal mail are a seperate company to the post office, its a business decision they have made about the service, you would be better asking @RoyalMailHelp

Been recently obligated to sell a lot of what I own. Everyday I put parcels at the post office. So bad news : Today the #postoffice was closed. On the door "closed because of closure". Really guys ? But good news : my first 1.5€ for selling #amiibo cards arrived. #vdm

@IndiaPostOffice In a month 15 days Worli sea face post off pin 40025 facing internet connection issue, sending back many cust even if they sr. Cotizen, postoffice never concern abut that, when no internet they r busy with mbl phone & once connection resotre it's alway time for lunch or shutdown
