@PostOffice Trust me, I won't be rushing back there.. It was only because it was an emergency that I was in there... Our lovely village post office is the opposite of the chaotic one at Diss and I happily use the village one!!

@PostOffice I’ve used multiple devices with chrome on each. Not sure how it can be a problem my side with so many different devices using chrome and more than stable wifi. I have raised this is as an issue on the phone this morning as well.

@LizardLady11 @PostOffice @PostOffice Click and Drop is a Royal Mail Service and not a Post Office Service. You are in fact hurting the post office branch by doing the online postage. It's better to have it processed in branch or using the Drop and Go account that is a Post Offics product so helps.

@PostOffice Hi, can you tell me if you have any service problems in the ng3 nottingham area. we have had no post since wednesday and with 9 people in a house this is very strange. I am expecting 3 parcels all posted over a week, but they are not tracked.

@Philatelovely @tagula_blue If the sender posted it at a @PostOffice counter the stamps should have been cancelled with the counter date stamp. If it was just dropped in a box, then I'm afraid it's very much pot luck, and the pen is much quicker than any other method, especially with 19 stamps to cancel!

@PostOffice Not exactly obvious. The first line is "Send a parcel right now without registering, and drop it in a parcel postbox, postbox, Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP), or Post Office® branch." And certainly not "Click & Drop: postage that fits around you – buy, print, drop"

@PostOffice I had to abandon queuing after 15 mins to post a parcel that I'd already paid postage for. All I needed to do was hand it over. No cashier interaction required. Why is there not somewhere is all POs just to drop off? This system is broken.
