@L1A75 @PostOffice I understand that there are limits on small businesses operating hours. I can’t struggle to understand why the businesses can’t ensure their website is accurate. It’s simple customer service I’m afraid

My broadband & telephone service has become covered in filthy, ***** oil, & I've now been forced into paying @ShellEnergyHome through their takeover of the @PostOffice. The offer I took up was £17 a month, but the c*nts are charging me £25, & they've blocked both my email & phone

@IAndyHwk Hi Andy, I'm really sorry about this. If insufficient postage was applied you would need to buy new postage as prices are determined by the size and weight. We are a separate company to @PostOffice who you would need to contact about their service in branch. >Mayah

@GayToryJon @PostOffice The vast majority of branches are owned and run by Postmasters who have already worked 50+ hours this week, serving a mixture of customers with a mixture of attitudes. As Royal Mail offer no service on Saturday afternoons, I think we can allow them some time with their families.

I'm not happy about one of the biggest polluters on the planet, @ShellEnergyHome taking over my broadband & telephone service off @PostOffice tomorrow. I did'nt sign up for that. The c*nts want £109 to sever the contract, plus they're overcharging me. £17 a month has become £25.

Post Office ≠ Royal Mail
(@NewPOGuy) reported
@GayToryJon @L1A75 @PostOffice Of course, this isn't really an excuse, the retail establishments should either allow them access or keep it up to date themselves, but I just wanted to say this so you don't think it is the staff of the PO causing the problem.

@PostOffice I would like to send a small packet to Hawaii - when I tried via my PO last week, the Manager there thought Hawaii was in the UK?! How do I get this sent-I presume it would be under the USA pricing as Hawaii is a state of theirs? Any help would be much appreciated:)

@PostOffice Hi there, I need a refund for a crossed postal order. I visited my local post office and was told they cannot encash my postal order and that I needed to contact the national post office. Please help.

@redflag3rd @ShellEnergyHome @PostOffice Aye, that's the number they'll no longer answer me on. So that means they've taken the decision to block me, & zero replies to any support emails. Took my contracy out through UswitchUK website for £17 a month 'special offer' garbage, & they're charging me £25 a month on my bills
