@PostOffice What a useless waste of an email you sent me. You tell me my interest is an unknown amount and it will soon change to an unknown amount. Why treat customers like idiots?

A @PostOffice inside a @WHSmith is one of the world’s most infuriating experiences, confirmed by the sheer number of tuts in this never ending queue.

@ChadGreenblatt @PostOffice @RoyalMail Our local sub post office is open on Sunday, & opens til 18:00 IIRC, every other day of the week. In fact, just checked & yup, they're open today. They have a lot of elderly customers who rely on them now that most banks have abandoned the area & they go out of their way to help.

@PostOffice @RoyalMail Yes you are the organisation that left people bankrupt due to computer errors and closed many VERY busy post offices. You replaced them with open counters in nearby retail premises- slashing available services and paying peanuts to the retailers who agreed to offer po services:(

@PostOffice @RoyalMail I bought the postage online from @royalmail. Printed the label at home. The Sorting office is 15 min drive from my house. No parking, 4 customer bays were full. Eventually went in .. no customers .. asked about parking and told .. “we have no responsibility to provide any” 🤷

@PostOffice @DeborahMeaden @RoyalMail But if Royal Mail goes the Amazon route, the Post Office will have its own new dilemmas. And the whole country will be full of regrets after a while. Bad capitalism.
