@Jusmasel2015 @nickwallis @PostOffice Don't forget it's just not the claimants who will seek damages. Anyone who currently owns a Post Office will need compensated for "the brand" being totally worthless. The horse has bolted on PO and the barn door is broken.

Dear @PostOffice I've paid £642 for mail redirection for 6 months for my business. Last time I visited our old office I collected quite a bit of mail. Today I am told there is more to collect and we have had no mail here for a week. It's not working is it! How do I resolve?

@PostOffice @CarlosD01814644 Some people do label their dogs as 'emotional support animals' when they are assistance dogs. Even if this isn't good practice, the law does not require a dog to wear anything in particular so if someone says their dog is an AD and it is acting as such it should be treated as one

@PostOffice May I please request a higher management person to deal with my complaint. My assistance dog has been allowed in all brunches, today it seems different. The lack of consistency in information and rules is not the way forward to look after your customers.

@PostOffice @ShibiTCT But that is my issue with this. The lack of consistency doesn’t give us customers any satisfaction, one place allows it others don’t. It’s a post office branded house, rules should be equal and I have been in this brunch before with Oscar many times, it’s bizarre, absurd

@PostOffice Waverley Mall PO - counter staff lovely. Member of staff dealing with ‘self-service’ tills, curt and unhelpful - perhaps a different position in the branch would be better for them?

@PostOffice who do I contact please to get some money back? Instead of paying £3.20 for 2nd class parcel postage, I paid £6.57 for 1st class recorded only for the parcel to be left on the drive, no signature obtained. At least it was still there! Shocking service.

@PostOffice have just been to the post office collection point to pick up my parcel only to be told they can find it? Please help me find my parcel, nothing online helps in the slightest so you guys just take parcels and it’s fine??

@PostOffice It’s not the case. I find that you are repeating yourself. My point is that the lack of consistency is not the way forward to look after customers. I was allowed in that brunch before with my support dog.
